Viihtyisä perhehuone, ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä aamiaisravintola ja 23. krs. gourmet-ravintola (aasialais-fusion keittiön herkulliset curryt ym.), fitness-osastolla pieni uima-allas ja sauna rentoutumiseen. Sijainti hyvä, metroasema lähellä. Sisustus/huonekalut aavistuksen kuluneet, lähellä ei hyviä ravintoloita, hotelli suuren liikenneväylän vieressä |

Erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. Huone oli suuri ja siisti. Hotellilta hyvät kulkuyhteydet kaupungille, sekä jalkaisin että julkisillakulkuvälineillä. Yksi parhaita aamiaisia mitä olen hotelleissa nähnyt. Yläkerroksen ravintola loistava. Hyvä palvelu ja hienot näköalat kaupungin ylle. Hotelli oli suuri ja asiakkaita paljon. Aamiaisravintolassa samaan aikaan paljon väkeä ja siksi melko rauhaton ja äänekäs paikka. |

Huoneet olivat siistejä ja siivoja kävi joka päivä täydentämässä saippua- ja kahvitarvikevarastoja ja siistimässä huoneen, aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja valittavana oli niin perinteistä englantilaista kuin kevyempää vaihtoehtoa. Laukut sai jättää säilytykseen ennen check-innin alkua. |

i did not like any thing in my stay yes their was, i request them to empty the fridge but they ask me to pay 25 pound to empty it, i really do not know what the reason for paying if i did not want to use anything in the fridge?? it was shame of them to ask me to pay for emptying the fridge!!! this is the first and last time i deal with this hotel !! |

The staff really bothered to give good service, one example: When the que to the breakfast restaurant was long one lady picked us up and took us to another, where there was no que. These small gestures are important for how you think about the hotel! |

As a lone traveller it felt safe and secure A 4.30am wake up call which hadn't been ordered, massive queues for breakfast which made me late for conference I was speaking at.Average quality food, have had better at similar priced hotels in London |

Arrived in london really looking forward to my stay at the hilton, however when i entered the room and looked around in the bathroom, only to see the shower hanging from the wall. But to be fair within twenty minutes of saying something we were moved to another room which was of a 4 star standard. |

Large hotel, lots of facilities all contained within the building, which was great as the weather outside was pretty grim! Very handy for Oxford Street, theatres etc. Don't have to go through the congestion charge zone to get to it! Breakfast very good and value for money. The rooms were a little tired, bed very hard (for my taste); I stayed in one of the Tower rooms, and you get the impression that the whole twoer needs a good decorate! |

On checking into our room, we found the bathroom dirty, the mini bar had a bottle left from previous occupants and had not been cleaned, After complaining we were given a different room which took 20 mins to get the key working after 3 trips to reception. The answer from staff was " Go to reception " |

Staff were friendly and helpful especially as the breakfast room was full and we were escorted to an overflow breakfast room which was excellent. The bathroom needs a complete refurbish. The shower hose was broken, the silicone sealant showed signs of mildew. The shower curtain was dirty and the towels looked and felt old and past their sell by date. |
