    Roof top Bar Gym and Pool Location

    Bedroom smoking could have done with windows open and a air freshner but I was the none smoker . Break fast expensive so went out instead

    Reception staff were very help full. Friendly staff in all places of the hotel.

    We waited half an hour to check in Need I say more? I could not believe I was at a Hilton. The staff seemed completely disorganised. The length of the queue did not seem to stop them talking to each other. I kept thinking more staff would come to help out but they never did.The carpet in the room had big stains on it and the room was smaller than I had expected. I would never use this hotel again in London. There is much better value and service to be had elsewhere.

    Location was good and facility was clean and at decent standards.

    Staff has proven to be unprepared - not trained, not customer oriented, made our stay very unpleasant -> good at least they kept us out of the hotel... so we visited much more than we planned :)

    The environment and the lobby , good for meeting people from different cpuntries

    The staff in help disc , they are totally not helpful and they do not respect the resident , I think the management shoul pay more attention to this .

    Nice resturant called satay house nearby.

    Queuing for 30 mins to check in,waiting for a lift!!.

    Great location for us, right by the tube so easy to get to Oxford Street and all the London attractions. Staff were really friendly, despite it being so busy in the hotel during check in time (2 weddings taking place), the gentleman Edem made us feel welcomed and was extremely friendly and accomadating.

    We used the pool, sauna and steam room. Changing rooms for this were untidy with towels everywhere. Could do with implementing a family swim time e.g. 3-6pm ,so those guests who want to get up early or spend some time doing a few lengths can do so without having to dodge the children doing handstands in the middle of the pool

    Quiet room with a good layout and nice view. Excellent flexibility on breakfast times especially early opening times.

    Limited pool area time.

    I have enjoyed the location and the view from my window. The sports bar was perfect and we saw soccer games in it.

    The hotel was crowded and very busy. The breakfast was very hard to enter and very crowded. The parking area was narrow and expensive.

    Reception staff member Sandra, was extremely helpful and considerate of the needs of our family. She arranged for twin rooms which suited our needs perfectly. Fantastic!

    There was not one thing I liked about this hotel. To call it a Hilton is a joke. I've been in Holiday Inns that are far better.

    The location, the staff, the rooms which were small,unkept and not quite clean.

    Location ambiance

    Staff take very long time to attend to a customer. I have observed that they are taking an average of 10Min or more per guest check in. There are 15 customers standing in the que for check in with only 2 check in counters operating.

    Swimming pool, rooms( max 2 stars), breakfast buffet ( less than average), TV malfunctioning....

    Stafff were good. Foyer, lounge area and restaurant were okay

    Room was very small, outdated and airconditioning didn't work adequately. Money needs to be spent on rooms. Expected more from a Hilton hotel. Not very good value for money
