TubeのEdgware Roadからすぐで、Paddingtoｎにも歩いて行ける距離ですので、観光や空港との往復にも便利です- 。 ロンドンは全般的にホテル代が高いので仕方ないですが、ヨーロッパの他の地域の同程度の値段のヒルトンに比- べると、少し見劣りがします。大きめのホテルなので、週末などは朝食のレストランがいっぱいになると宴会場- のようなところに通されます。朝食自慢のヒルトンらしくバリエーション豊富で楽しめましたが、座った席が非- 常に寒かったのと、コーヒーがぬるかったのが残念でした。 |

駅に近くて便利、一人でしたのでダブルベッドのゆとりのある部屋、清潔でルームサービスなどもスムーズでし- た。 冷蔵庫のものを動かしただけで自動チャージされていちいち間違いを連絡しなくてはいけない。インターネット- が支払わないと出来ないなんて、今時部屋でするくらいはノーチャージにしてほしい。レセプションでのインフ- ォーメーションがめんどくさそうに早く済ませようとしているのが感じられあまり感じ良くなかった。 |

チェックインした時に、予約していた部屋よりもランクUPの部屋にしてくれた。もちろん料金は予約した部屋- のままで。広くてきれいな部屋で快適でした。 ２泊したが、２日目の朝出かける時にチップを置いて出かけ、部屋に帰ってきたら、１日目には部屋になかった- ティッシュやシャワージェルが置いてあったり、お茶菓子で置いてあったクッキーが増えていたり等色々、随分- 対応が違いゲンキンナ事するなと思った（笑）普通、この位のランクのホテルならティッシュ位は部屋に備え付- けられていても良いのではないかと思うが、チップを置かないとティッシュも置いてもらえないのだろうか？ |

パディントン駅から徒歩５分くらいなのでヒースロー空港とのアクセスが良く、地下鉄の駅も目の前にあるので- 、ロンドン観光に最適でした。客室は清潔で、ホテル内にはレストランの他にカフェ等の売店があり、近所には- スーパーやドラッグストアもあるので、快適に過ごすことができました。 |

i did not like any thing in my stay yes their was, i request them to empty the fridge but they ask me to pay 25 pound to empty it, i really do not know what the reason for paying if i did not want to use anything in the fridge?? it was shame of them to ask me to pay for emptying the fridge!!! this is the first and last time i deal with this hotel !! |

Friendly staff and willingness to service our requirements eg show tickets, room service etc Service charge on everything was dissapointing as was the bar prices for drink/food. |

The staff really bothered to give good service, one example: When the que to the breakfast restaurant was long one lady picked us up and took us to another, where there was no que. These small gestures are important for how you think about the hotel! |

As a lone traveller it felt safe and secure A 4.30am wake up call which hadn't been ordered, massive queues for breakfast which made me late for conference I was speaking at.Average quality food, have had better at similar priced hotels in London |

Arrived in london really looking forward to my stay at the hilton, however when i entered the room and looked around in the bathroom, only to see the shower hanging from the wall. But to be fair within twenty minutes of saying something we were moved to another room which was of a 4 star standard. |

Large hotel, lots of facilities all contained within the building, which was great as the weather outside was pretty grim! Very handy for Oxford Street, theatres etc. Don't have to go through the congestion charge zone to get to it! Breakfast very good and value for money. The rooms were a little tired, bed very hard (for my taste); I stayed in one of the Tower rooms, and you get the impression that the whole twoer needs a good decorate! |

On checking into our room, we found the bathroom dirty, the mini bar had a bottle left from previous occupants and had not been cleaned, After complaining we were given a different room which took 20 mins to get the key working after 3 trips to reception. The answer from staff was " Go to reception " |
