Bigger thn London average rooms, excellent room condition, perfect location...I enjoyed the express checkout...

The mattress is need of urgent replacement as you can feel the springs will pop up soon.

The food in the restaurant was good quality. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice relaxed atmosphere in bar and foyer area

Pleasant and comfortable stay

I booked this hotel for the parking that was available. The directions for parking were unclear and I ended up parking at a location that was probably not as directed. A clear map showing the local parking stations would be most helpful and even a valet service would be appropriate for this class of hotel.

Very convenient to catch the Heathrow Express.

The room was not available until a little past 3pm, the mini bar fridge had such a small compartment for the guest to use and it had previous guests rubbish in it still, the shower towels had stains, and the bed was not fully made. The reception staff were not friendly and were snobby.

Excellent location next to train and underground stations

For the cost we would have expected free wifi internet connection. Poor selection and amount of tea and coffee in the room. i had a parcel delivered to the concierge for me but the concierge could not find it for 2 days.

Convenience - near Paddington Station. Large room size and tea & coffee making facilities.

We were able to leave luggage at the hotel before check-in time, whilst sightseeing

駅から上がる扉が手動。空港から着く客には不便。自動にすべき。２点目として、サウナの使い勝手が悪い。使- 用するにはルームキ－の登録が必要。また、鍵つきロッカーの使用が保安上の理由から認められないと後から言- われ、服を床に置いた。それならば、ロッカーのﾄﾞｱを外し、外から見える棚とすべきと思う。これをクレー- ムしたところ、レセプションの従業員の態度が非常に悪かった。

ホテルから直接ヒースローエクスプレスのホームに通じるブリッジがあり、空港の行き来がとても便利だと思う- 。設備も整っていて、部屋も広く過ごしやすかった。
