Hilton London Paddington  

The location for Heathrow travellers is excellent. The staff at the concierge desk were fantastic - particularly a young man I think his name was Asran who helped us with checking in to our flights and printing the boarding passes on 2 occasions which made the unpleasant Heathrow experience a little more bearable. Also the hotel's willingness to keep a small bag containing our heavy hiking boots while we went on a holiday in Italy was much appreciated. Again, Asran and Rohan Poyrekar, the Asst Front Office Manager were most helpful.

The location in the Paddington terminal is excellent. The hotel is used mostly by business people, which gives the place a specific feel, but the hotel is very nice, and everything is high standard. My room was nice and big.

I don't like that they make you pay for internet access in your room. I know: it's very common. But it's definitely a big negative for me.

Hilton beds are simply comfortable everywhere I stay with them. Also location is amazing from paddington station directly into hotel!

Ritesh checked us in and checked us out. He just said hello...never said anything else, never told us breakfast times, gym location, didn't make any contact and placed the room key on the counter and then said room number. When we checked out, he asked our room number and that's it, no conversation. Never asked how the stay was, if all ok, assistance with luggage... Nothing! He really needs service training, big time! He wouldn't be working in my company as the face of the company.

Location and Heathrow Express nearby

Very comfortable room with good amenities. Also very helpful and pleasant staff. The location above Paddington station is ideal when coming from Heathrow on the Express Train. No need to struggle with cases on transport or walking. Very accessible.

These days free wi-fi should be included. The price per hour or for 24 hours was a bit rich. However this is very difficult to find in London. A very expensive city for decent accommodation.

Very comofortable, stylish double bedroom. Central location. Good breakfast with attentive service.

Check in person was not very welcoming. A warm smile and a 'welcome' would have made a lot of difference.

Hi, I booked my room thought booking.com for a rate of 130.80 GBP. However, i have been charge approx 180 GBP (205 euro) on my credit card for this room. I pointed out the error when i was checking out. You accepted this error and told me i would not be over charged. Yet, i have been over-charged by an amount of 50GBP. Please refund this to my account ASAP. This service is not acceptable Thanks Gerard

Flimsy economy toilet paper - surprising since other bathroom items were of a high quality

Some staffs are very polite and greet us with a genuine smile. Room is good and comfort. Breakfast is up to standard as well. The best part is the hotel is very near to Paddington station.

Some staffs are impolite and unprofessional, in particular a staff at front desk who gave me a long face and shake his leg when serving me. There are rubbish in the room when I checked in means that the cleaners doesn't do a great job. Lastly, there should be bigger warning notice that the mini bar is automated and will charge us once an item is removed from its original place.

Very comfortable room, very clean and lovely helpful staff. Fantastic location as we came up from Bath on the train.

We are coming up to London in July for a concert and wanted to see if we could book a room. We were told the hotel has been booked all summer by the Olympic Committee and there was nothing available - this seems a bit narrow minded. The Olympics will happen once - we come to London several times a year and stay in hotels but are unlikely to use the Hilton again if we are unable to book. Shame on you, cashing in like this.
