Convenient location. Charming staff. Half price offer (would not otherwise have stayed there). Municipal sitting around atmosphere in entrance - but not surprising, given its location beside shops/station I suppose. |

From the station Ldn Paddington you access directly the Hilton Hotel and arriving from Heathrow Airport you don't have to look for a taxi to bring you in another part of London. |

Good facilities in room and excellent choice at breakfast. The chef was happy to cook me a fried egg to my specification! Attentive, polite service at all times. Our bed was a little hard - poor quality mattress? |

Very convenient for the train station, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the later than usual closing. Being charged for wired internet access, when wireless internet access is advertised. |

The room was very nice with more space than one would usually find in a London hotel in this category. The breakfast was a feast. It was very noisy until 12.30 with either loud karaoke or a very poor band playing. |

Ease of accessability for tubes and trains. Walking distance to Oxford Street. Loud fracas between another guest and hotel staff at 1am. Complained to reception the next day. Manager was to speak to me but never called. Poor guest relations from side of management. |

Extremely comfortable bedroom Lifts were verfy slow. Annoyed that after ordering room service there was a tray charge of £3.50p. The room service menus lists prices for the various items but at the bottom of the page says that there will also be a tray charge. Surely this should be taken account of in the cost of the different items. |

Beautiful grand old hotel right next to Paddington station. Lovely big room, which is great when you have several suitcases, and very quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet and friendly helpful staff. Only 2 of 3 lifts were working on 2 days and then only 1 on the third day, but it was a weekend so maybe harder to get maintenance work done. |
