Very good breakfast buffet, with smart and helpful waiters. Nice room decoration and facility. Near Hyde Park. Good location, convenient for Underground and Airport Express. Some junior staff was unable to handle customer problems. Gym is small. Inflexible internet service, it charged 10 GBP per 24 hours connection. But what I need was only 30 minutes to check several emails and do online flight check-in.

Location, location, location. Couldn't've found anything more convenient in terms of transport. Underground 1 min walk, National Rail -1 min walk. Transport to and from the Heathrow airport is extremely convenient. Shops, sightseengs, restaurants - everything literally round the corner. Will definetely return.

it's so easy to reach from paddington station and the rooms were really great, a decent size particualerly for london, great facilities in the room, comfy bed i could even plug my ipod in to play through their radio/speakers.

On train station to heathrow near tube Bar/nightclub very noisy and attracts hip hop crowd, so I did not go there. No other entertainment for hotel guest. Would prefer upscale piano lounge. Front desk busy all the time and slow to answer phone

We chose the Hilton because of its proximity to the station but were very pleased by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who were always polite and willing to help even correcting the bill without question. Excellent breakfast and very comfortable rooms. I would have liked and been re-assured by better signage from the station entrance to the reception area because I felt as I was entering a meeting / dining area

Ideally situated for arrival from Heathrow for weekend. Staff very helpful. Lovely room ( decorated within a few days previously). Plush yet relaxed hotel. Lots of choice of eateries nearby. Walk along canalside to Little Venice and beyond. Cost of Internet access - 15gbp per day even for wifi in public areas. Cost of food and drinks in hotel.

Very friendly reception. Auto-link to Hilton Honors for upgrades. Cafe in main reception is great for impromptu meetings. Slightly far from elevators to certain rooms (I wasn't even furthest away).

Hi, I booked my room thought booking.com for a rate of 130.80 GBP. However, i have been charge approx 180 GBP (205 euro) on my credit card for this room. I pointed out the error when i was checking out. You accepted this error and told me i would not be over charged. Yet, i have been over-charged by an amount of 50GBP.
