Location, proximity to Paddington Station and Heathrow Express. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Lots of construction noise and no advance notice that this was going to be an issue.

I liked the location and the surrounding area. The hotel is clean and comfortable and is near to the major attractions of london. The hotel has no facilities at all. Also it didn't offer Halal meat to muslims.

the location was fantastic staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing, overall a very pleasant stay. It was my 11 year old daughters birthday and the hotel left her fruit and apple juice in our room...... .it made her stay......... it was a lovely touch nothing

They switched my room without telling me, I checked in to one room and they had an issue with the key machine so I decided to come later and pick up the keys so I left my room and when I came back at night I asked for the keys and they gave me keys for a different room. Although they moved all my stuff from the previous room they left my passport there and they rented it to a different guest. So I was panicked from losing my passport. It wasn't a pleasant moment and no one has the right to move my things without telling me first.

Proximity to Paddington Station . Very good breakfast . We asked to change rooms as we were allocated a room overlooking very noisy construction work which was 24 hours . We were found a much quieter room .

The staff were very friendly,the location was excellent and the food great. It was my husbands birthday and the addtional touchs of a card and gift in the room were very much appreciated looking forward to returning again

I recently had a trip to London and stayed at Hilton London Paddington. I am also a Hilton HHonors member. I selected Hilton London Paddington because the location is suitable for me. I had an unpleasant experience with my recent stay. It was not the first time but I still kept coming back. I checked in on 27th of March and used my card to guarantee the payment. Everything was fine. Later on, I received the note that there was a problem with my card. Since I was a return customer, I immediately contacted the front desk staff that I will pay by cash when I check out. Some of them recognized me as a return customer so I was told that I do not need to worry and I can clear the payment when I check out. On the 1st of March, I went to the front desk to check my pending amount to be paid when checking out. When the staff (who work on a different shift with those whom I talked to earlier) saw the note on the screen that there was a problem with my card, they started panicking and tried to tell me to clear the payment as soon as possible. So I told that person that I will clear the payment by cash after lunch since I was waiting for my driver to pick me up for lunch. When I was sitting in the lobby, the staff came to me and again asked me to clear the payment. I felt embarrassed and disappointed that I was treated like unreliable customer. I am a Hilton Hhornors customer and all my contact information are registered in the system. Why I was treated that way? Then I decided to check out 1 day earlier because I could not stand the way I was treated at a high standard hotel like Hilton. 1) I have contacted the front desk right after I was informed about my card and made the agreement to pay by cash when checking out. 2) I have asked about the amount that I had to pay and informed that I will pay after coming back from lunch. I was willing to take care of all my bills.

Room was good and being able to access my room early after a trans altantic flight was very nice. The hotel is quiet Lobby area can get quiet busy and perhaps needs some serious re think to make it less busy busy Also it is used as a short cut from ther lawn to thee street

We were able to leave luggage there when we arrived early. Our room was very nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Super convenient for Paddington Station and for access to other transportation for sight seeing. We had a wonderful stay. There are a variety of restaurants near the hotel including Chinese, Indian and Greek although since we weren't too hungry we picked up a sandwich and dessert from the M&S in Paddington Station and ate it in the room. It was excellent. Everything was wonderful. We had no complaints.
