Good gym and sauna, good food at bar, decent room, if a bit small 2 £ for shuttle bus to be paid to driver, more hassle than real value, why not just charge 2 pounds more in the room? |

The hotel was well equiped with bar, restaurant and leisure facilities. The room was clean and everything you would expect from a Hilton. I was not impressed having to pay for my car parking for the night I stayed in the hotel. The hotel is not the cheapest and adding an extra charge is excessive. |

Great bed, pillows and duvet. Bath in bathroom instead of just shower. Would appreciate choice of teas, better, incl earl grey and proper herbal tea instead of those awful fruit fake ones. Chamomile or peppermint are better generic choices |

The grubby bathroom. If it is called airport hotel I expect that the shuttle is inclusive and that it runs more frequently. |

Nothing wrong with the hotel The corridors look tired , which did make me expect the rooms to be tired ( I was wrong however).Possibly the reception staff could expect the shuttle bus at peak times and have staff ready ( instead of rushing , 5 minutes after the bus arrived). |

The staff were helpful and the bed was comfortable. The shower was particularly good - unlike most UK hotels! The room looked rather tired and run down. The carpet was worn through to the backing in places. |

A good welcome, easy to book in. The reception was good, the rooms were very well equiped, with large screen TV. The Restuarant and Bar Area were very well equiped. Staff very attentive to the extent of too much attention. Breakfast was good. The automatic assuption at breakfast that you wanted orange juice, which was carried to the table as you were shown where you were sutting. With a comment of du want a drink. Rather than Would you like a juice. But I am being very pickie. |

Room had everything you could need. Breakfast was fabulous - one of the best I've had in any hotel anywhere in the world. Loads of choice and cooked to perfection. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Didn't get a chance to use the gym or pool - unfortunately but will certainly stay again if flying from Stansted. Disappointed that the complimentary bus from Stansted Airport charged £2.00 per person per journey but it was regular, reliable and handy. |

Staff in the restaurant and bar were not able to cope with the more than two customers at any one time, I waited almost twenty minutes to be served and had to make a point of it. |

Handy for the airport, nice, clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was very good. The fact they charge for internet,£4 for a bottle of water in your room and on checkout they charged me £2-50 for something? The transfer bus costs £2 each way. |

Proximity to stansted airport The Buffet Dinner was adequate but I felt that the staff rushed us through. We couldn''t relax at the dinner table. |
