I overslept and almost missed my flight. The receptionist on duty was fantastic, helped me print out my boarding card went back to my room to get my passport, booked me a taxi - he couldnt have been more helpful. I was in a total panic and without his help would have definitely missed my flight, The room was clean and very comfortable. no room serv ice after 10 for an airport hotel isnt great. Minibar would have been good. |

Very nice stay, excellent location, very close to the Stansted Airport, It is really 4 stars hotel, for very cheep price The 2 pounds for bus transfer to and from airport is stupid, and the driver take only cash! They could add this to the Price. And the staff in the reception - the guy as I come at night on 11.Dez, was ill !!! And is caughing and sneezing every 20 sekund direct in my face!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I only stayed for a few hours, but the room had nice facilities for the price I paid, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. No complaints, but having wifi in the room would attract more people. It was the only thing missing for me. |

Good restaurant service and choice. Excellent breakfast and served from 5.30 a.m.for early flights. Car parking good value compared with other hotels. Good Shuttle service. Would be helpful if tickets for Shuttle could be placed on Hotel invoice.......driver unlikely to have change on early morning 'bus |

The price was reasonable and the rooms were comfortable. The car park was expensive and should be included in the price for an overnight stay. Lack of staff on a Sunday and nobody to serve at the Costa Coffee bar. |

I arrived late ,around 12pm the bar and restaurant were open until 1 am I was told ( there was a huge party spilling out into the lobby)I went to the bar & asked for something to eat, the bartender then said the restaurant was shut.He said I could order off the room service menu & then eat it at the bar,which I agreed to.After 30 minutes he said " Well you can eat, but you have to go back to your room to eat it"What was ridiculous was that the open kitchen was right behind me! I gave up & walked out.It was just a property with very obviously poorly trained staff with no regard for the client.I Will never stay there again & warn as many people as I can. |

Good value for money. Comfortable room. Individual temperature control. Good shower. Tea/Coffee and kettle provided. Food in restaurant was very nice and good value for money (buffet £19) for class of hotel. Waiting staff in restaurant were pleasant but forgetful. |

However we slept well and it was reasonably comfortable on the positive side. With no disrespect intended , you should take the the word 'courtesy' from the disciption of the bus shuttle. I paid £10 for my family which is hardley courteous. And I think a 15£ slug for the use of the internet to receive a couple of emails is a discusting rip off. 'Live and learn' |
