Pricing for drinks and the non optional inclusion of service charge on all drinks brought at the bar. Twice trying to charge me for drinks I did not purchase.

The location is excellent, the reception, concierge and restaurant staff all extremely likeable and efficient and very helpful.

Location amazing - ideal for trip to Shard, Tate Modern, Clink, Tower Hill etc. New and stylish hotel. Asked for room away from lift which was arranged, this means view is of office block not Shard. Very quiet, very comfortable night.

'Do not disturb' sign did not prevent maid knocking to wake us as 8am. Gently complained to floor manager and desk, met with incomprehension. Perhaps other tourists are earlier to bed and quicker off mark than us? Hey ho!

Staff were very helpful and friendly, even printing off attraction vouchers for us! Breakfast was great with a huge selection to suit everyone's tastes. It was a birthday weekend and we received birthday cake delivered to all of our rooms which was a lovely touch. Hotel was very quiet inside and out and we heard no road noise at all, in fact you would have thought there were no other guests in hotel it was so quiet. Staff at breakfast were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely girlie weekend and would definitely use the hotel again.

Air con in our room caused us a few problems although others in party had no problems. And one very minor criticism was the coffee at breakfast. Not brilliant so we had tea!

No free internet in the bedrooms. So the Pret a manger next door has free wi-fi and a 4 start hotel where you pay +100€ per night doesn't?

Location! Perfect for getting around London, right beside Tower Bridge and HMS Belfast. Tube station a 2 minute walk away and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Also, great customer service, lovely comfortable rooms. Really loved it and will stay again!

location was good, rooms were clean and when they realised I was a gold card member I was upgraded to an executive suite and the executive lounge.

Service at breakfast wasn't good and I would not expect paper napkins at a 5 star hotel. When I asked in the Executive lounge at 5.40 if there was any wine I was told it would not be out until 6pm. As I did not realise this I would have thought they would have offered to get me a glass. Drinks in the bar were extremely expensive

Was our anniversary. Notified the staff when booked, and received free upgraded room, wine, and dessert. Room clean with view of Shard, close to tube, and breakfast was perfect.

No free wifi was unusual for such a nice hotel.

Shower was weak. This should not be the case in this day and age and at the price of the room!

Small very over priced rooms, a little starchy unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The central location was excellent which made walking along the side of the Thames very interesting. Weather was a bit cold for end Feb. But was at least dry.

No complaints whatsoever about the Hotel in general but was dissapointed you had to pay for the Wi-Fi.
