Location Location Location!!! couldnt be better! The staff were so friendly and helpful. From the moment we checked in, we were looked after fantastically... Our room was very nice and very clean.We stay in the area around 8 times a year. We would stay at the Hilton London Bridge again. Just loved it!!! If i had to quibble it would be the view from our room..... not a big thing but we were looking at a building site! But i understand that building has to go on..... |

We booked very early and therefore got an excellent rate for this hotel right in the middle of London. The room was lovely and the breakfast was great! |

Hotel staff was good and friendly, breakfast was nice, very quiet during the night I paid for 2 mineralwater bottles (300 ml) ~ 10 pounds :) because the hotel have refridgerator what automatically add to my bill items what have been only picked up and put back. Actually it was written on the refridgerator, but my son (3 years old - do not speak english) unfortunately did not read it before. And very expensive internet - therefore we did not use it. |

The hotel was modern and comfortable with friendly staff. 2 mins away from london bridge, underground, and london dungeons. Bedroom was very large, great ammenities, clean, great bathroom and separate shower. Maids were efficient. Breakfast was good. overall i thought the hotel was great. would return again and again. (the pictures on the hotel website are very accurate. I did not like how maids came in bedroom in the evening to turn on lamps and peel back bed cover, this was unexpected and although was a nice touch, i would have preffered them not to be in my room other than the morning clean. I think that £22.00 for 2 drinks in the hotel bar was outrageous,i would not drink there again. |

Staff on reception and in bar and breakfast restaurant, knowledgable, pleasant and very polite. We got an upgrade on arrival .. very welcome as we were running the London marathon. One point .. a chamber maid knocked on our door at 8.30 am .. but apart from that a pleasant stay. |
