the staff was very helpful and friendly; the location of the hotel was great, just 300m from the metro station (London Bridge Station); the room was comfortable and very quiet; tea facilities in the room; fast and large lifts; alarm clock/radio with support for external mp3 players (worked great with my iPhone); comfortable bed

the wireless internet was rather expensive (but very fast!)

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. The staff have always been very welcoming and attentive. The reception staf in particular have been very good.

There was no kill switch for all the bedroom lights near the bed. This meant doing a tour of the room each night turning them all off. Also I don't think they are lowering their CO2 output by switching on the lights and TV all day. Everytime I turned them off the cleaner put them back on again.
