Hotellet var helt topp. Hotellet var ganske nytt og ikke i gammel stil som hoteller pleier å vere i England. Vi hadde rom med frokost og det var en kjempeopplevelse i forhold til vanlig engelsk frokost. Eneste minuset var att det kanskje lå litt langt i fra shoppingstrøket Oxford street. |

Rommet var moderne med godt design. Middagen i restauranten var upåklagelig, fint anrettet og god smak sammen med god service. Personalet på hotellet var hele tiden hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Synes at rommene bør være klare til innsjekk, når innsjekk er først kl. 15.00 på ettermiddagen. Vi måtte vente en halvtime. |

Servicen var utrolig bra.Kort vei til tub og buss, koselig område som har vært under sterk utvikling de senere år. Hvis noe kunne vært bedre må det ha vært restauranten i hotellet her opplevde vi dårlig service den dagen vi hadde booket en 3 retters middag, frokosten var derimot helt super også servicen:-) |

The staff were excellent, the room was clean and very comfortable and furnished to a very high standard. The hotel was in an excellent location very near to the underground and in easy walking distance of many attractions. |

The hotel was well placed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. express checkout convenient. Able to leave bags during day after checkout.A good hotel I did not read the label on the mini bar and was charged for a beer which I picked up and put back. I found this a bit annoying. |

I liked the fresh design of this Hilton - very comfortable beds, fast web access and the excellent buffet breakfast. They are a 5 minute walk from London Bridge Tube station, perfect for my business in the city and 30 minutes from London City Airport. Staff were well trained, friendly and volunteered information. This part of London around Tower Bridge is a lot better than it used to be. Mini bar in my room was automatic, so putting in a medicine bottle in the fridge to keep it cold twice triggered a sale of a Coke at 3.25. |

The Porter at the nightshift was not very helpful to get a taxi. took about 30 minutes to get a cab and we had to do it ourselves. |

The room was nice and big, the location is excellent for city trip in London, we were very happy to get upgraded (by mistake) to a better room and to be given some free drinks. We payed a very low price - 125 pounds per night for the room. The hotel staff was nice. The shower was terrible. The stream was that weak that my wife had to take a bath in order to wash her hair. |

Particulary the staff I have traveled all over the country and stayed in many hotels and I can honestly say Ive never met such wonderful staff they area credit to the company. |

The staff were absolutely excellent - courteous and professional. The ambience, design and decor were also top notch. Considering the price of the room, we were very suprised that breakfast was not included. £42 in addition came as a shock. |

the buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of continental and English or even both, staff were very friendly, rooms clean and on the whole comfortable. Its a small point but the twin room we had could have had more storage space/drawers for smaller items and they could have been more generous with tea/coffee making facilities. |

First class service. A wonderfully friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was excellent. Do wish you had secure parking closer to the hotel.Also, on a couple of occasions I was left hanging in the air when phoning the switchboard/reception. |

The room was very clean and modern, as was the rest of the hotel, and the bed in the room was extremely confortable. All members of staff encountered were pleasant and smiling and went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice and served until 11 on the weekend which was very welcome. The location of the hotel was ideal as well, located just near HMS Belfast and Tower Bridge, with London Bridge station just 5 minutes away it was very handy for sightseeing and getting around. |

Great experience, great value for the money, nice location, only 2 minute walk from the metro, great breakfast buffet was included, also tthey upgraded uo the executive floor with full accesss the executive lounge with was a nice bonus at no charge. would stay again for sure |
