Serviceinriktad och trevlig personal, fantastisk frukostbuffe, stilren och modern atmosfär, rent och fint rum, ett bra läge i ett nyrenoverat affärsområde, nära till tunnelbanan. |

Frukostbuffén var fantastisk och att kunna ta eftermiddagsfika och kvällsdrinkar i exekutive-loungen utan kostnad var också en fördel. Personalen var väldigt serviceinriktad och rummen hade hög standard. Vi bokade ett executive rum med två sängar men fick i slutändan dela en dubbelsäng, alternatviet hade varit att ta ett standardrum med två sängar. Jag tycker att man ska få det man har bokat och att det är fel av personalen att skylla på att det är fullbokat och därför kan de inte ge oss det rum vi bokade. |

Trevlig omgivning. Läget på hotellet vid themsen och närheten till kommunikationer etc. Servicen var klart undermålig i förhållande till vad man kan förvänta sig. Den var inte i paritet med andra liknande, även hilton hotell vi bott på. Personalen var inte otrevliga, men bjöd inte alls på sig själva. Viss personal pratade så dålig engelska att de fick upprepa flera gånger något man beställt för att man skulle förstå dem. hjälp med taxibokning slutade med att vi fick betala cach ??! |

The Porter at the nightshift was not very helpful to get a taxi. took about 30 minutes to get a cab and we had to do it ourselves. |

The room was nice and big, the location is excellent for city trip in London, we were very happy to get upgraded (by mistake) to a better room and to be given some free drinks. We payed a very low price - 125 pounds per night for the room. The hotel staff was nice. The shower was terrible. The stream was that weak that my wife had to take a bath in order to wash her hair. |

Particulary the staff I have traveled all over the country and stayed in many hotels and I can honestly say Ive never met such wonderful staff they area credit to the company. |

The staff were absolutely excellent - courteous and professional. The ambience, design and decor were also top notch. Considering the price of the room, we were very suprised that breakfast was not included. £42 in addition came as a shock. |

the buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of continental and English or even both, staff were very friendly, rooms clean and on the whole comfortable. Its a small point but the twin room we had could have had more storage space/drawers for smaller items and they could have been more generous with tea/coffee making facilities. |

First class service. A wonderfully friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was excellent. Do wish you had secure parking closer to the hotel.Also, on a couple of occasions I was left hanging in the air when phoning the switchboard/reception. |

The room was very clean and modern, as was the rest of the hotel, and the bed in the room was extremely confortable. All members of staff encountered were pleasant and smiling and went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice and served until 11 on the weekend which was very welcome. The location of the hotel was ideal as well, located just near HMS Belfast and Tower Bridge, with London Bridge station just 5 minutes away it was very handy for sightseeing and getting around. |

Great experience, great value for the money, nice location, only 2 minute walk from the metro, great breakfast buffet was included, also tthey upgraded uo the executive floor with full accesss the executive lounge with was a nice bonus at no charge. would stay again for sure |

It is in a nice area with plenty to go out and see nearby. It was very accessible by train from the south. We were very comfortable and it was quiet, soundproofing seemed very good. Lovely breakfasts. Our particular room was rather dark without any form of outlook which was disappointing. |
