Hilton London Tower Bridge  

Otel tercihimizi standartlarından emin olduğumuz zincir işletme olan Hilton' lardan seçerek yanılmadığımızı gördük. Hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadık. 16 yaşındaki oğlumla aynı odayı paylaşacağımız için sanırım daha geniş bir oda verilmişti. Personeli oldukça kibar ve işlerini çok iyi yapıyorlardı.Şehrin oldukça hoş bir bölgesinde ve Metro ve Otobüs duraklarına neredeyse 100 metre uzaklıkta olması da seyahatimizi rahat kıldı. Fakat yinede bilinmeli ki Otel konumu itibari ile iş merkezleri açısından daha elverişli olabilir. Turistik bölgeden ve alışveriş alanlarından biraz kopuk . Otelin de içinde bulunduğu konsept binaları şehir planlamacılarının görmelerinde yarar olduğu kanısındayım. Bu arada yeni seyahatlerimi yine bookıng.com ile yapacağım.

We had a great stay. Staff was excellent and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Customer friendliness is of a very high standard in this hotel and we felt very welcome. We arrived at 8.45 a.m. and were allowed to check in on arrival! Very comfortable rooms, great location and a terrific full breakfast. This was not the first time we stayed at the Hilton London Tower Bridge and we shall certainly come back again. I can absolutely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was actually perfect for anyone to enjoy a weekend city break to London. It is five minutes from stops for the tube and the London Bus Tours for tourists as well as being near the Thames, London Bridge and the Tower of London and other tourist attractions. The hotel itself is superb, the breakfast buffet offerings were very nice with something to cater for everyone taste and the staff were well trained and couldn't do enough for you. The room was spacious and well designed. The hotel is in a quite area and it is easy to get to sleep. The hotel bar was pleasant and not overly expensive with a good atmosphere and friendly staff. Overall we were pleased with the value and relatively low cost of our stay.

The dinner menu was very nice but being a person with a big appetite i felt to portions could be a bit bigger-the was no offering of chips or indeed any type of carbonhydrate.

Their service, A lovely warm welcome at reception, at the bar and at breakfast. The Hotel is quite beautiful, our room was really spacious and comfortable and for us Location was super convenient. Location is fantastic, loads of things to do around and really close to a tube station.

Felt safe in the area, the hotel staff were lovely and very helpful.. I would stay at this hotel again although I found it to be expensive...

The was strange trouble because i did not bring the adapter with me to the reception desk to check-out. Late-check out was very expensive.

Excellent location, very near Tower Bridge & London Bridge railway & Underground stations. Also near the charming Borough market & Southwark cathedral. London Dungeon & other tourist attractions on the doorstep too. Excellent for o2 - just 4 stops on the Tube, or you can even take a boat on the river Thames. Very good service at the hotel - clean, comfortable, efficient, good breakfast.

Slightly annoyed by the building noise at 8am Sunday! Also, as in many other hotels, despite the cards left in the bathroom saying you choose to re-use your bath towels if you hang them on the towel rail, they were removed. Stop doing this people!! If we leave them hanging, it's because we like the idea of making a gesture, albeit tiny, to protect the environment!!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable.

I accidently knocked a couple of cans of soft drinks in the fridge. It was only as I closed the fridge door that I saw the sign saying that any drink lifted up would be automatically charged to you. I am sure that this must catch a lot of people out, especially foreign tourists. I also ended up being charged £8 for two soft drinks, which is an absolute rip off.

Excellent location for short holiday-trip to London, close to London Bridge Railway/Underground station. Modern, clean hotel, very friendly and supportive employees. Very good value for money.

WiFi not free, even rather expensive.
