The attitude of Staff- friendly, helpful and respectful The Food was good, Cleanliness Excellent service
Friendly staff from the minute you walk through the door.
Excellent staff. I arrange for some flowers to be delivered to my room prior to my visit and asked reception to place these in my room which they duly did without any fuss. Much to my girlfriends delight. All very knowledgeable regarding the surrounding area. Excellent facilities as well although I did not try the pool. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel as value for money and a classy place to stay.
Plates and leftover food from room service left outside of rooms in the hall way.
Friendly staff Big comfy beds Big bathroom Lots of towels
No negatives to say
All of it.
Pool and gym were excellent as was the breakfast
Struggled for signal on Ee and WiFi was an extra 15 a night
Good service friendly
Staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of all facilities.
No biscuits with beverages needed to ask for more tea and milk as there all weekend and no maid service.
Position for m20 great room large and comfortable price was very reasonable
No lift to upper floor. Restaurant evening meal terrible.
good breakfast, fresh and great choice, very friendly staff at the breakfast, good location, free parking
quality of the room, window didn't close properly allowing us to "enjoy" the November cool night, cigarette burns in the curtains, smelly carpet, dirt in the corners and on the floor in the bathroom, beds on wheels and moving with even slight movement while in bed, very dirty (old dirt) tables in reception, bar staff biting nails through whole evening shift. Big dissapointment, glad we just stayed there for one night.
Room service was swift and good value. Great crisp sheets. Nice clock/radio
Carpets were a little tired.
Size of room
Bed very uncomfortable. Room was lovely size but looked shabby. Sink was chipped and bath discoloured. Not enough milk for beverages.
Jym and swimming,
Restaurant was a bit small.
We were happy with all the facilities and breakfasts were excellent
Great facilities, nice bathroom, easy parking, good location.
The bar area is a bit impersonal and bright.
The size of the room..
To be honest for the money I for 1 night was crazy, I was extremely unhappy with the quality of my room, The bathroom was dirty and the toilet had not been cleaned, There was dust everywhere and the bed had not been made properly either. I was really unhappy, I know the standards of cleaning I am housekeeper..
Good bed Nice pool, sauna and steam room
Poor WiFi reception and only for one hour at a time (but apparently you can log in again) Spa seemed to be being refurbished Squeaky bed
For the money i pay low quality
Smell in the room very poor bed
A very nice hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. Good public area's and the bedrooms offered all the amenities you would expect.
In the restaurant the service was a little slow. Unfortunately when the staff were clearing the tables they wheeled out a canteen trolly and parked it next to the table. They then scraped the plates and threw the cutlery into a metal tin, not what I would expect from a Hilton restaurant. The lobby bar needs to dim the lighting in the evening, too bright to relax on the comfy sofa's
The Chef was nice at the dinner. The breakfast was excellent. The orange juice was fresh and refreshing.
We did not feel so welcome at the dinner initially but the chef and the cashier were helpful and we were happy at the end.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Staff and Facilities
Can be noisy if there is a function on.
The quiet room.....Kiri in reception was very helpful with directions...
Its reasonable price and fairly ok facilities
Initially they gave us a room with occupants on it when we went . Concerning part was what would have happen if we found someone doing something that be private . Though we were given drink vouchers but still. Also there people who were so loud that we could here everything and around 2:00 i rang reception and toned down a bit . Also there seems to be a room next to us which closed and opened even very early with clanking plates or stuff. It was bad and sadly this was my first romantic weekend with my boyfriend supposedly .I was very disappointed for a Hilton
