My stay was most enjoyable because the staff were help full presented them self's well the hotel was welcoming and very very clean.The rooms were very neat and beds comfortable. I give it full marks to the manager and his team as the support he has from them shows Mrs d Reynolds Excellent coffee

This was our first time staying and i must say we had a lovley time our room was next to the gym, the room was insulated so well we couldn't hear any noise very quiet, the bed and room was luxurious. food in the bar area was pricey, compared to the bufet menu in the resturant. we will be visiting again loved it.x not really just the price of the menu in the bar area. compared to the the bufet in the resturant i suggest people book the resturant for value for money.x

Free parking (many in your chain charge) Breakfast was delayed due to buffet hot plate breaking down. Evening dinner had to go and find someone to bring us coffee but is was 10.20pm £4.00 for a bottle of water

Very comfortable bed and spacious room and en suite bathroom Good choice and quality of food at the buffet dinner and breakfast Excellent value The bar was clearly understaffed with staff serving drinks and going to the kitchen to get meals for customers which necessitated a long wait to be served for a drink, this is one aspect which could be improved.

The room was excellent and clean. Car parking was good and the restaurant was fine. We booked breakfast for our third day and paid cash at reception. It was a good job we checked our final bill as we were to be charged twice, once cash and once credit card. Getting this sorted took time as there was no one there to give authority, no receipt was given for the cash either.

Diner was good..! First we got a room next to the highway, and ask for another room. That''s was no probleem. But the bathroom was old, very old..! we stayed often in Hilton's (amsterdam airport/Antwerpen/luxemburg etc etc,....This is the last time we stayed in a Hilton. Why..? Hilton has got the name, and often a very nice entrance/lobby/restaurant, but when you got into the room it's old and dusty and dated

On our arrival the reception ladies were fantastic, very welcoming. One of the best service in this country we have had. All the staff were happy in there work apart from the bar ladie who was polite to us but put under stress by lack of team on bar with her. We ate in the restaurant and also have to say the food was also excellent. Breakfast was organised and food quality also very good. The only issue we had was the bed was not comfortable at all and pillows were not great either. All in all a lovely break. Bed quality poor including pillows
