The room was large, with two queen sized beds (although it advertised king size) It did not represent the Hilton name well. The in-room and business center internet was a 15 GBP charge per day (most "lesser" hotels offer it for free) The maid service was lacking. |

Good hotel to stay at prior to crossing the Channel via Eurotunnel. Large shopping centre and Tesco's nearby. I have the feeling that most people stay only one night, then continue their travel. Consequently, dinner / breakfast give the impression of being mass produced. Dinner was very ordinary. |

Good location - as it was Maidstone River Festival, town was very heaving & noisy so glad we were a little way out...spent a bit on cab fairs to & from town but hotel was worth it. Staff very, very pleasant indeed, got a greeting & smile from all, very unusual these days! The only thing (& this is a usual gripe!) - price of drinks & snacks in bar & limited menu in restaurant, plus pricey, which meant we went into town to eat both nights. |

All the staff were helpful and went out of their way to help with .anything.very relaxing hotel to stay in Sheet on one of the beds were dirty so we did not want to sleep in that. I did not want to complain about it just in case someone thought i was being stupid about such a thing. |

The room are looking great, but you could do better. I think Hilton could do better than having a cheap curtain hanging down in the restuarant area, which is part of the recepition, the presentation of the recepition area neded upgrading. Also there is no air condition in the room explain why. |

Nice spacious rooms and cosy lobby for drinks. The food was very bland. The room was too cold for me. The staff didn't know that the room was promoted on this website with a note that said that the money for the room would be taken from the credit card at time of booking and not at the hotel. |

A spacious feeling all over with very good decor and a very quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Staff were pleasant and helpful and food was very good. This is not a hotel in a delightful setting, but the building and grounds have been tastefully designed. |

The rooms were spacious, bed comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean with good toiletries. Staff friendly and helpful. Good facilities especially the spa (wish I had taken my cozzie) Lights in the bedroom were operated by master switch so that the bright spotlights over the bed were on constantly. Could not switch them off without turning all lights off leaving it in darkness. Would have been nice to sit in bed with just table lamps on. Instead felt like I was a film star on the stage under spotlights!! |

friendly staff, decent buffet breakfast jacuzzi was out of order and the fact that the hotel has a jacuzzi was one of the main reasons we booked there. Walls are thin so it's a bit noisy with noise mostly from the hallway, and a bit from outside |

Clean, comfortable room. Passable breakfast (I guess buffets are never hot!). Not the hotels fault, however I booked specifically to be able to use the leisure facilities... Sadly a child had been sick in the pool and it was closed.... Could have saved a lot by going to an hotel without leisure facilities... |
