The service, the design of the hotel and the view. Not the hotel, just the fact that reception told me that i would get a discount on my NCP parking ticket, took the ticket to validate this but when i got to the car park, it charged me full price. Disappointed. |

Pleasant, clean and friendly. Staff very nice and helpful, breakfast great. Although the hotel was very modern, I fealt that it was a bit on the pricey side. I have stayed in nicer hotels for less. |

The location and the experience of utilising an exclusive hotel for a weekend birthday surprise. I completed my room 508 leaving card and handed to reception upon leaving. The visit turned into a disaster as we got no sleep due to room 506 playing loud music and despite several calls to reception complaining this continued on/off until beyond 2.00am. We stayed on Friday 19th June for one night. |

I loved the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and the bar area Bathroom, not very spacious and not fully equipped (eg; lack of toiletries and not stocked up on tissues) but very clean and modern |

The jacuzzi, steamroom and sauna are fantastic and you can use them for no extra charge when staying at the hotel. The room service food was terribly expensive for what they served, as was the breafast in the morning! |

The warm welcome - the generously sized rooms - efficient staff - the spectacular views - the small but well placed pools - the situation. |

Was dissappointed to not be able to go into Cloud 23 as the queue was too long, and told that we had to queue to gain entry. We were not told we had to pre-book. |

Convenient location Wasn't impressed with the Cloud 23 Bar which we were looking forward to visiting. When we entered the bar we were unable to sit at many of the tables which had reserved signs - even though nobody appeared to be using them for the duration of time that we were in the bar. The bar itself was nothing special. |

Modern bright rooms, large bed, large bathroom. The view from the full length windows. Bar23. The prices in Bar 23 - £24 for a bottle of poor wine. |

Security preventing non-guests entering the hotel after the United v Arsenal Champions league game. I used the valet parking service, but on giving the recommended 25 mins notice for the car, it took over 30 mins as the concierge was quite busy. The buy-movie function didnt work on the TV in the room. |

Overall standard - ranging from location, the reception, the breakfast restaurant and the bar. Very impressed - have decided to have a weekend break in Manchester every couple of months (shopping, eat out at) and would definitely choose this hotel again. May seem trivial but the lighting in the room could be improved - the downlighting was excellent for relaxing but it would have been better if we could have had a "good light" in the room on occasions when needed. |

An excellent hotel in prime central Manchester location. Rooms were comfortable with amazing views over the City. Staff were pleasant and efficient. The Cloud 23 cocktail bar is a bit over-rated - certainly not worth queuing to get in. Although the views are great and drinks Ok, it was sooo... pretentious (and some of the soft furnishings were very tatty!) |
