Th room was really nice at the 15th floor, amazing view on Manchester and the bar on the 23th very nice too. The view worth the price of the hotel. |

The location is great for shopping and very close to Old Trafford football ground. It took several minutes for us to check-in. We were woken by "messages" on several occassions, early morning during our stay. Our bathroom door did not shut properly and did not have a lock on it. |

Reception staff were extremely helpful. In the executive lounge I felt highly insulted as from the moment I arrived till when I left i was asked if i was in the right place and my room number numerous times and shot some very uncomfertable looks from the staff for no real reason, I felt very uncomfortable forcing me and my fiancee to leave earlier from the lounge than we had planned |

The executive lounge with complimentry drinks was very good, the high speed lift to give acces was also a good idea I thought the staff were badly trained with a lacklustre attitude, the foyer cold and unwwelcoming. |

This place is well worth a few pounds extra. Make sure you put a tenner to one side and go to Cloud 23, at sun-set if you can. Breakfast excellent value. |

Excellent location for all the City's shops, bar's and restaurants - great for a weekend get away. Staff were spot on too and nothing was too much trouble. Exec Lounge was a nice surprise and a popular spot for a few free drinks in the afternoon before a cocktail or two in Cloud 23! |

Child friendly, relaxing, impressive, centrally located, friendly staff Unfortunately we had a broken chair and a missing door number. Whilst this did not cause any inconvenience (although we were not able to sit on the chair) for the price and impression offered to us from the hotel we did not expect to find faulty items. |

Staff very polite and professional. Beds very comfortable. Liked the valet parking service. Not enough chairs in the foyer, my husband could not sit in the ones provided. Lighting in the room was complicated and not bright enough. Shocked to find the room was not actually paid for although I thought I had booked and paid on line. |

Location. Very quiet room, Comfortable bed with superb views over the city. Small bedroom, not being able to receive radio. Disappointed not to be informed by reception of executive lounge facilities on 23rd floor + no info in room. |

We liked the staff and ambience , just what we needed as it was a break from the children. The silver chairs at downstairs bar. And furniture in room was a bit damaged. |

We were offered a reduced rate upgrade on arrival which gave us an executive room and breakfast. The rooms are very well appointed, facilities excellent and the views over Manchester impressive. |
