Hilton Manchester Deansgate  

The building is fantastic with its floor to ceiling windows and excellent views of the city. The staff are helpful and the executive lounge is well stocked and efficently managed.

With only three elevators servicing 23 floors and with no means of getting in and out of the stairwell it can be an infuriating wait to get up and down during the busier periods of the morning. The reception desk was understaffed around the check out time resulting in queues. The hotel charge £20 per hour for a late check out. This is the first time I have experienced this and found it rather unusual how strictly they policed this policy.

Cleaning of the room prior should be at a far higher standard. Hairs where found in both the bed and the bathroom. Rudely awoken by roadworks outside at 08:30am, these works seem to be just starting so if anyone is staying during this period I would suggest a room on the opposite side of the building. Arrived by car and was told there was no parking available due to it being full. Was given no alternative location so had to drive around and get a taxi back to the hotel. Hotel staff (not all) could be doing with having some communication skills training.

Went for my 30th birthday for a night out with the girls. It was perfect location for deansgate bars(2MIN walk away) very glam hotel, cloud 23 bar worth a visit! Would go again :)

We were supposed to check in at 3 but the rooms weren't ready for us at 3, thats the only problem we had.

Great hotel, good location,friendly staff the bar cloud 23 had great veiws across Manchester really enjoyed our stay, will return and stay longer. Excellant!

How could anyone not like this hotel, its got everything you need and more.

Everything was excellent. Go executive and try out the exec bar.

Great location, great staff & very comfortable

Great looking hotel very modern and great views too with well kitted out rooms being very spacious with wifi, mini bar etc. we used the gym and pool and sauna faciltys whilst there to make the most of it, so made it all the more relaxing.

The couple of things I could pick on would be there were afew stains on the carpet in a spankingly clean and tidy room which stood out like a sore thumb, and we couldnt adjust the shower to turn down as it was scalding hot to the point of dangerous,but surly a maintenance issue??

hotel lobby was very nice ,staff friendly and polite,spa was very good.executive lounge very nice staff excellent.

only one member off staff on in the bar could not get served so orderd room service instead.for a king room found it to be small an bathroom was not very clean.

I found the hotel absolutely fabulous, the reception staff were absolutely fantastic, the rooms were great and very clean and i just loved the Cloud 23 bar, the views from it were awesome and the service was great. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.....

The only thing that i didn't like was the dinner menu, there was not alot of things that i liked..........

The staff were very helpful. The room was perfect and the views of manchester were amazing. The executive lounge was good . we also went to cloud 23 and we both also enjoyed it. All in all we both enjoyed staying at the hilton and cant wait to go back.

Quite expensive for what it is and parking is expensive.

From the friendly and helpful reception staff to the breakfast crew nothing was too much trouble. Great location for getting in to central Manchester for the shops and restaurants etc.
