Rooms Good Location Good Bar Good
Having to que for a Cloud 23 Bar Keys not working for room door Not enough seating in ground floor bar
staff very helpful. excellent location
The tea and kettle is hidden can not get to it in the cupboard on the floor , and the shower control poor with not a proper pressure shower
Great service will defiantly revisit soon!
Location room views clean quiet for a city centre
Mini bar expensive main bar and food expensive , so ate out. queue to get to 23rd floor bar with none residents. So did not bother!
Handy location and great executive lounge
Some of the furnishing a little stained
Great hotel that I've stayed in twice now. This time was an executive king room which was lovely and gave us access to executive lounge with great views. Would stay there a third time and again and again
everything was fantastic
The room that we stayed in was fantastic with a great view of the city.
As we checked in the man on the front desk made us feel very uncomfortable and as if we shouldn't of being there. He didn't really say much to us he just kepted giving us hacky looks! I thought his behaviour towards us was disgusting he did not make us feel welcome at all.
Like the large rooms
I dont like the fact that I pay good money to stay & breakfast isnt included with certain bookings I think this should be reconsidered.
Quality and price
Non-arrival of room service
The room was on the 18th floor. Great view of Manchester and nice, modern room.
The executive lounge was okay. Wasn't much in terms of food for afternoon tea. No pots of tea either. Evening was packed and no where to sit. Won't bother again.
The room was lovely with great views
The package I had booked stated free entry into the executive lounge - we were not told prior to our arrival this closed at 8pm - we never got chance to use it! The spa was very basic
Amazing hotel luxury rooms perfect location and I love every things in hotel such as services employees
Nothing's every things perfect
Room was spacious and more than adequate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cloud 23 is a must as is the spa facilities. We will be back
Loved the views from various points of the hotel from the floor to floor window in the bedroom, same ceiling to floor views when in the corridors, pool was beautiful and also had the amazing views. The executive lounge was just stunning situated on the 23rd floor was a real jaw dropper, worth a look even if it's just for the complimentary tea or coffee youl be amazed. Parking is so to hand right next to the hotel, everything is a stone throw away as soon as you leave the hotel your surrounded by bars restaurants and even a cinema. Me and my partner decided to go to the cinema and watch a late viewing was about 11.00 pm when the film started we didn't leave our actual hotel room till 10 minutes before starting we were on the 19th floor, so you can see how close that was. Staff were lovely. We stayed for my partners birthday and the hotel made it feel that extra special I would recommend anyone to stay there :)
I honestly have no negative comments even to be picky I can't find a fault. From the experience me and my partner had it was a lovely stay
It was lovely hotel and so comfortable and clean
The staff were very helpful .. The cloud 23 bar was super along with the staff there.....breakfast was good ..
Over priced .. Wifi waste of money ... Waste water in the Shower would not flow away .. Blocked ??...woken up by noisy people in the hall and in the next room ... " at it all night " ... Really for a Hilton I did not rate it ...I have been in quite a few countries this year and there hotels were far better and cheaper ....
The view from my window although I booked it 2 months in advance. Also, the exorbitant prices of commodities in the mini fridge.
The location, breakfast, room, staff. The view was impressive.
No free wifi was a disappointment. The room key was problematic at times. A prebooked car park would have been useful.
