Location, Breakfast & Staff were all really very good.
Brilliant staff members, complimentary room upgrade and sweeties as it was a honeymoon :). Fast room service. The pool and spa was lovely and breakfast was delicious! Orange juice was the best Iv ever had :D
Lovely place and staff
Bottom of Bath very slippery whilst showering.
Location, friendly and helpful staff
An average hotel, rather expensive for an average place, and breakfast not included in the price, other hotels offering a cheaper price with breakfast, not really the quality you expect from the Hilton brand, the leisure complex was rather small and dingy.
Clean and comfortable with hot water.
No breakfast in the price.
Cost of drinks in the bar Shower was vey low on power Decor was a bit tired I have stayed in better travel lodges
Facilities could be more modern
Staff Food Bed and bedding Space in the Room Decent bathroom Good car parking Reception area Although we didn't use them the pool and other facilities looked excedllent
Signage for the hotel from the road system was very poor/nonexistent - luckily although we got lost and ended up at BT's Kent's Hill training facility, they re-directed us with great aplomb, suspect they do this a lot. Shower in bathroom was poor
Only one bedside lamp werong side of bed!
The room & price to stay
Having to wait for 10 minutes to check in because only one till was available due to shift change over...! At reception.
Breakfast was very nice, and included in the price of the stay, which was suprisingly cheap. Good value for money, especially with all the facilities. Spacious rooms with large comfy beds.
The television was poor quality, with very limited channels. The shower was also pretty poor.
Hot tub and pool
Towel rail not heated
Lovely hotel. Nice breakfast. Close to town
Room was a bit shabby could do with some reburbishment. Drinks very expensive at the bar
Noisy guests ar 4pm!
Breakfast was good
The rooms where shabby they need redecorating corry door's shabby too , whent in the spa and there was to much chemicals in and it took a layer of skin off my hands , couldn't get in the pool as well because of a baby group learning to swim with there parents was very awkward and dissatisfied I couldn't go for a swim
Location to venue at which I worked. Basically a comfortable hotel with a reasonable restaurant and bar
The room was comfortable and a decent size, although the bathroom was small.
The room service took over an hour to arrive and several phone calls to check the progress and chase up the order. When the food arrived the excuse was the restaurant was busy. This reason was unacceptable as the service should give equal importance to customer food orders via the restaurant and room service. I also requested an alarm call and didn't get one!
The Room and Bar Area and the Pool
Slow food service, the service was a total mess, the food was cold
Convenient for us visiting The Stables Theatre at Wavendon. Helpful, cheery reception staff, comfortable room, made for a very pleasant stay.
near to the city ,great choice of breakfast. staff were always on hand to help nice relaxing surroundings would stay again
nothing not to like, I understand the décor is a bit dated but the rest makes up for it.
Breakfast expensive. The cold collation had a good selection & was fine, but the hot side was very poor & cold.
