1- the location is good 2- the breakfast is good 3- the staff is good 4- the number of car parking on site is very good.

1- The shower mixer was fualty 2- No small freg in the room 3- only one lift serving the whole hotel. 4- the sound insulation between the rooms is not good, as we can hare couples on the other room making love with loud voice. 5- the swimming pool is small. 6- there is no children play ground

Staff were very pleasant Good choice of breakfast Good value - much cheaper than more central hotels Good sized room and bathroom with towels and simple toiletries supplied. Reception and breakfast rooms were very nice Tea/coffee facilities in the room Hotel is only a couple of minutes drive from the main centre.

Room Decor - bathroom had broken tiles, desk was covered in dust and the chair didn't fit under the desk meaning it was difficult to pass by it around the end of the bed. Cleanliness - room was stuffy, and had a musty smell as if not been used for a long while. Tiny swimming pool - very disappointed :( Shower in the room dripped all night then went to use in the morning and couldn't turn it off. Staff at breakfast forgot to offer us tea or coffee despite everyone else's table having a tea pot on it - but I guess this is an easy oversight.

The staff were highly efficient and I was even offered a glass of wine on "the house" Can't beat that for service. The entire ambience was fabulous for me, including the food. So much more up market than Premier Lodge, Travel Lodge etc. Would definetly book Hilton again as a value for money short stay accomodation

Room service Tray charge was in small writing,and not on every page, So for the little I ordered was surprised by the £5.00 charge

Very friendly and helpful staff, set on lovely grounds, nice garden and decking area to sit and relax. Rooms were nice and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The staff were really friendly and efficient. The rooms and breakfast were excellent value for money.

The toiletries in the bathroom had not been restocked, so there was insufficient shampoo and conditioner and I ended up washing my hair in exfoliating body wash! The bath didn't drain properly. The room smelt musty and of food.

Big Rooms

Couldn't find my booking, dreadful food, bedding was stained with holes in it being so old and the hotel is becoming dated overall. Still waiting for them to email over my receipt 3 days later as the printer wasn't working

The rooms were clean and comfortable and well equipped. The onsite health facilities (hot tub, pool, steam room, gym etc) were very good. The breakfast was very nice. We got a twin room for only £55 (reduced from £119) so it was worth it, but I would not pay the full price for a room here.

The toilet did not flush properly (had to wait ages between flushes for it to refill) The bathroom was very basic and cheap for a 4* The onsite pool was rather small.

A relaxed friendly atmosphere. A great reception, bar and restaurant area. Staff were helpful. Great food. Enjoyed the pool area. Good location. A real bargain as we booked as early bird offer we found in January.

Bathroom had a bit of mould. My in laws room had a damp patch on ceiling. We found a broken glass outside a room at 7pm. Still there at 11pm. Tried to call reception from room but no answer. In the morning glass still there. We told housekeeping. It was still there at 11.30am when we left.

The room we booked was excellent value for money. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bar service was chaotic although there were not many customers. On returning to the hotel after our evening out and waiting to get drinks from the bar, we saw people walking away who had been waiting for some considerable time and could not wait any longer. We also had to wait much longer than is necessary.

Heating: The convector needs more sophisticated controls Electrical Sockets: There were no sockets near the bed to plug in laptop/phone charger. Apart from that all the sockets except the one next to the TV were round pin (non-UK).

Restaurant was nice, staff friendly and bed was comfy.

Didn't really think our queen senior suite was really worth what we paid bathroom was no better than you would find in a travel lodge, boyfriend was very disappointed

The lay out of the hotel for my evening conferences I organise and on one particular night we decided to stay at the hotel. Water aerobics teacher on the Thursday was excellent.

I thought the hotel room number 309 was overpriced for the standard of room. I paid £119.
