Swimming pool, sauna etc.... Really friendly staff too, very pleasant stay, no doubt we will use again.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very enjoyable and catered to our needs.

Sleeping was awful, very uncomfortable. No private changing facilities, pool a bit too small.

Close to the Stables at Wavendon and to the City Center shops

The reception is dark and that makes it unwelcoming but the staff there and everywhere were very welcoming.

Breakfasts were very good.

Bar prices very high and could not check in when we arrived as the key card was not working so we had to wait in the lounge area and could not get changed. This made us late for our show!

Excellent staff throughout. Lovely buffet breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Good value for what I paid.

Hotel in need of updating. A/C on in restaurant made it very chilly! Shower temperamental with hot & cold water!

Staff where very friendly and the quality of the buffet breakfast couldn't fault,hotel was clean.

The room although was a good size it needed updating,duvet didn't even fit cover and bed hard. The cost of the drinks and restaurant was extremely high for the area! Felt like London prices!!! £2.00 for a Capri sun! The room was not value for money and this made it very disappointing stay.

Locks on french doors bad-fitting or broken. Hole at bottom on door where locks broken off and replaced.

- being given a room for the disabled without being asked - in room no mirror near sockets (a first in any hotel we have stayed in) & hard to reach socket to plug hairdryer in (remember this was a room for the disabled)

Fantastic price. Lovely room nice and spacious. Comfy bed. Would definitely stay again.

Good value for money

We were disturbed numerous times during the night by people who couldn't handle their drink! The hotel did send someone to ask them to keep the noise down which helped a bit. Obviously with cheap hotels you get a certain type of guest.

The location was ideal for our stay to Blecthley Park and Woburn. The staff werevery friendly, welcoming and helpful. The price was very good and on the weekend we stayed was cheaper than the budget hotels

There was only one bedside light and not one either side of the double bed. The fixed shower head was low and you had to bend down to wash your hair. We had to ask for an extra pillow as they had provided 3 pillow for two people.

Friendly and efficient staff, a lovely room with lots of space and a comfortable bed. Toiletries you actually want to use! Fab breakfast - probably one of the best I've had anywhere.

Have stayed here before and thought it was excellent, this time round a few things in the room itself were under par - no (proper) tea bags, taps that wouldn't budge to turn on and no one to answer the phone when I tried to get someone to come and look at it for me.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere and good food. It was a shame we were only staying one night so didn't have the time to experience the spa & pool area.

Quiet location easy to find and plenty of parking
