On friday 19th September for our 11th Anniversay we stayed in your hotel for the first time. Myself and my wife found our stay an absolute delight. Your staff throughout the hotel were very happy and very happy to assist us. We will definately recommend the Hilton to our family and friends aswell as travelers. May i take this opportunity to thank all your staff for a wonderful experience. Kind Regards Ken and Jean Shaw

Staff very helpful Room very clean
Bar was nice and staff very friendly but service was very slow and there was confusion over which table ordered drinks.

Staff friendly and helpful Rooms comfortable Benefit from gym and swimming pool
Nice hotel, clean, comfortable with good pool and small gym - good for a short stay in the city and close to the city centre - functional, staff nice, no view from standard room
Quiet location and yet a short walk across the bridge takes you to the centre of Newcastle. Tea facilities in the room and great views.

The comfort, mainly
Could not find anything wrong !
Stayed just the one night, very impressed with staff and their attention to our needs. Will obviously stay there again if we're in the area.
From check in to check out everything was great, room was great and the view over the tyne was fab, and it got better in the dark, the bridges and quayside all lit up nicely
Having to pay to have wifi in room
Everything was perfect. The room, the staff, the breakfast, the public areas, the health club and pool were all positive experiences. I was really pleased that the hotel were able to meet my request for a room with a river view. Top quality hotel, you get what you pay for.
very clean and very polite staff
The breakfast was super and the pool was great. The room had a nice view of the river.
The carpet was dirty
Rooms could do with a spruce up / not up to 4 star more like a 3
We were upgraded as it was out wedding night. It was fab. Staff were lovely, the hotel was spotless it was great
Friendly service Great restaurant Good location
Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress was smaller than base. We kept hitting our shins on the base. Terrible pillows. Very poor shower facility
Location and views
My executive room stank of fish. I should have complained but was in a hurry to meet friends. When i returned I was too tired but woke up in the middle of the night and couldnt get back to sleep as it was so awful. Executive lounge had very poor choice of food. Once the chicken curry ran out the only choice was mac cheese and had to ask for more wine to be brought out. Will not go back. Very disappointed as havent ever had a problem with other Hiltons.
Liked the Tyne view
Noisy, TV did not work, staff were not very friendly
