The location was fab overloking the bridges ,staff were very friendly even smiled when i complained that my food was wrong and he got it changed in an instant! The gym was of a high standard, pool abit on small side but very clean with good size steam and sauna. Breakfast was amazing with fantastic service and smiles all asking have we had a lovely weekend and yes it was. We got a good deal but the last one I have been quoted for may we will be going else where, its good but not the Savoy. If price gets realistic we will be back! not a complaint really but couldnt believe I couldnt have a tuna sandwich when it was on the menu. How can you run out of tins of tuna?

We got a free upgrade. The room was excellent with a great veiw. Reception staff Eva was very friendly. Bathroom products good quaility. Nice bathrobes.

Very good location for Quayside and not far to walk to city centre for shopping/bars etc. Staff very friendly and efficient and catered for singles, couples, families, groups equally. We were on a (mature!)girlie weekend and had a good laugh without hotel staff making us feel uncomfortable. The hotel is located on quite a steep hill making it a little strenuous when walking back!

the location itself, the outlay of the Hotel the Lobby and the Restaurants At check in the room was not ready. I requested a queen size bed but ended up in a seperate double bed. I also asked to be called when the room is ready which did not happen at all. Concierge was not available at check in and check out. Staff at check in was unfriendly and stressed out. This is not the service i expect at the Hilton and next time i will choose a different hotel based on the above facts and how i was treated. Room floor was dirty as well with dirt on carpet

Good location being a short walk out of the city. Large well appointed bedrooms. Good staff. Great deal by booking early. Good to get a hotel where a pot of tea at 17.30 is not a problem. Small but excellent pool.

The staff were excellent (staff at breakfast on Saturday & Sunday had to be asked for tea & coffee, Thursday they asked us as soon as we sat down at our table). The view from our room and the dining room was great. Couldn't fault our room, sorry pillows abit hard and lumpy, it had everything we needed.

The location and the Spa. The room and the reputation of the Hilton Group. The service of one of the reception staff. Ufortunately I did not get his name, but he brought extra tea &, coffee supplies to room 318 on 26/04/12. The check in lady. She was not up to the usual standard of staff. She did not even tell us the time of breakfast. We had no booklet in the room detailing your services. IE Time of breakfast, Afternoon Tea etc

Was really impressed with this hotel, excellent location, very friendly staff. Check in and check out were hassle free, everything was ready. Good breakfast selection, staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms of a high standard, slept well, no noisy corridors despite the hotel being busy! Only one minor comment, found it quite hard to cool the room down, the air conditioniong system was a bit difficult to alter.

Staff were very helpful, I fainted and they immediately brought me a glass of water. The rooms were very nice, spacious and very clean. We ate in the dining room and the food was tasty and well presented, the bar service was excellent.

The location good, hotel very good, rooms were tastefully decorated. Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly and helpful, directions to places spot on. Really enjoyed stay and would definately stay again. We came to see dancing on ice, so the best surprise of all was that the skaters etc were staying here as well, and we met some of them and had our pics taken with them , top night. No complaints about hotel etc; if anything bedrooms could do with a little sound proof insulation, as people going along corridors at 2am could be heard.

rooms that were well equipped light and airy, and well furnished with lovely views very closeby tthe Sage concert hall no cosy place to sit to read or have a drink. the area available for this is too open and like a passageway
