Good all round hotel.
Helpful staff and location. Good hotelier
Dirty, stained bedroom carpet. Hotel lobby had black gaffer tape holding worn carpet. Tiny claustrophobic room. Overpriced. Better off at the Marriott.
The receptionist was lovely when we checked in, also we got a free upgraded room.
Two things 1,The bed was soo uncomfortable and creaky.2,the hygiene was decent but not upto 4 star standard at all, would'nt expect dust on the lamp shades or stray hairs in the bathroom either,im disappointed no way would I have paid full price and so glad I didnt.
poor lighting in room
location, location, location, staff, the concierges, car parking
the stools/seating in the bar! impossible to sit on!
Excessive noise from party until1am
Couldnt fault anything.....
Except whoever stayed in the room before us hadset the alarm clock for half six!!!!! On a Saturday!!! It went off like a bomb twice and even when we unplugged it it started beeping!!!
Location and facilities. Gave us a room with enough space for a mobility scooter (see didn't like).
Given a room at the furthest point from a lift and only one lift accessible due to stairs along the corridor. Details at booking said city view; we got the top of a scruffy office block beyond a wall.
Great location in heart of town - main station is really less than a 10min walk. Leisure club and swimming pool are good size and breakfast was fab. Great price as well
Little bit difficult to find when driving - you should park at trinity gate but Victoria centre was only £10.50 for overnight stay Very creaky floorboards in my room
Breakfast was amazing, clean comfortable rooms. Very pleasent staff.
Only £1.00 discount on car parking!! Very expensive. Room was tiny.
Good locations, council parking opposite the hotel, breakfast was very good, nice sweeping pool with two tipe of sauna.
We couldn't open windows in our room (used sleeper to keep it opened). We were waiting for more than 10 minutes in a queue to get in to restaurant for breakfast.
Staff very helpful and breakfast was very good.
Parked onsite just as well as car parks all full.I shared my room with my 15 yr old granddaughter ,no bedside table and carpet and net dirty and fraying. No clean towels or replenish of tea, milk and sweetener.when we asked for fresh towels housekeeping gave us 1 only until we complained .We went with my daughter in law and my 10 year granddaughter for two nights they were kept awake by a disco .When we complained they wavered the £30 parking fee.
Loud function which could be heard on the third floor
Customer Service was excellent
Location, friendliness of staff, fantastic range of choices for the breakfast buffet, and the deal.
Don't try to locate the hotel using sat-nav!
Friendly reception and staff Central location Fish tank!
Small room Creaky floorboards Poor tv channel selection
Good central location.
The reception staff asked for a card for any extras to charge to room. Then tried to charge booking to the card without asking if this was the card for the booking. not good
Small room as double and room is very noisy
Breakfast. Efficient heating. Central location.
Dull room with poor lighting. Could hear next door neighbours TV and their coughing through the inter-connecting door. Room not properly cleaned...found used bottle of water from previous occupants in the sofa-bed cushions. Sofa-bed not fit for animals.....it is a killer.....your body just sags onto the iron frame because mattress is so thin & worn-out. I booked for a double bed as advertised online...found instead two single-beds put together. Very hard mattresses but soft pillows...luckily I only had to bear with this for just 3 restless nights. Promise of bathrobes & slippers in room but none found. Restaurant actual opening times differ from those indicated in brochure found in room. Swimming pool + jacuzzi look so inviting online but in reality freezing cold....three cheers for the warm sauna. Just one slow lift to cater for everyone in the hotel.
Comfy room, temperature right
Very squeaky floorboards!!
Good breakfast. Although bottled water runs out very quickly during breakfast time.
Rooms outdated. Small and in definite need of upgrade. Bed noisy.
small room with no view, car park full on arrival with no prior warning. Bathroom had loose tiles, finish was substandard for the cost of the room.
Spa changing rooms very old. The whole place could with being modernised. No airconditioning on room. Generally not what I expected from the Hilton brand,, but was relatively cheap
