The staff were so friendly, room was small but clean and comfy.breakfast was superb. Close to shops etc
Around the corridors hotel was a tad tired but still clean.
The hotel is in a great location for exploring the center of Nottingham.
Room No Aircon Small bed No Fridge Small Room Hotel too hot 20 minute queue to breakfast
Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and warm. Staff were very happy to help with any questions regarding directions etc.
Hotel pool changing rooms needed some attention.
Nothing to dislike.
No hot chocolate in the room........
Complete lack of concern from the staff - took me 20 minutes to check in. Very slow response to requests - often had to ask more than once
The hotel is located in the heart of the city close to the theatre, shops and bars. The building is old and the floorboards creak but the room we had was very spacious and very well equipped. Generous toiletries in the bathroom, and a window in the bedroom that opened allowing us to have some fresh air. Loved the pool and sauna. Breakfast was very good and freshly squeezed orange juice a welcome treat from the usual carton juices served in hotels. We found all the staff very helpful and efficient. Thank you for a really nice shopping trip, we appreciated being able to leave our luggage and return later to collect, we will be back!
no bottled water or biscuits in the room, minor point really.
Location was perfect
The price of breakfast is crazy £18.95
Central location, value for money, cleanliness of rooms
The location is good - within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and pubs in Nottingham. The room is what I expect from a Hilton property. It's clean and comfy, with a comfy bed and a choice of pillow densities. The bath had a soaker tub, and the shower was good.
The hotel seemed tobe quite busy, so reaching housekeeping was hard. I ended up going down to the front desk. But once they reached the staff, we got our extra towels, etc right away.
The location was excellent, close to pubs restaurants etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool facilities were good.
The price of the drinks was extortionate. £15 for 2 glasses of wine!!!! There was a long queue for breakfast on the Sunday morning despite the staff turning the tables as fast as possible. The room was on the small side but probably ok for an older city hotel.
Clean room, helpful staff and excellent breakfast good locations
No free wifi even for 1hour Rooms are too compact Ventilation is poor
excellent location and very nice breakfast, staff were very professional and knowledgeable
having stayed in many premier inns on business I was very disappointed with the room at the Hilton. we were on the 6th floor which seemed to be of a poorer condition than the rest of the hotel. The room was dated and the bed was small and uncomfortable
Location clean and friendly
Knocking noise in the night, poor view from room
Staff friendly, clean and quiet room. Good breakfast
Room a bit small
Location to resturants
Paying for parking No free wifi in rooms Small TV in room
The floor squeaks alot. U can hear walking upstairs
There was nothing I couldn't of complained about. Thankyou
When you had a problem with your room they was straight there to sort it out which was brilliant
Location Swimming pool
Compact room, I though was expensive for what you got
location superb and overall excellent value for money. staff very helpful but the concierge had to be the best !
2 night stay but seemed to be forgotten on 2nd day, we managed to get ourselves clean towels & reported to reception that no one had been to the room on day 2, so no coffee refills etc... immediately we received room service with a pot of coffee, and after returning from being out our bins had been emptied.. sadly slept in same bed sheets for 2 nights and used wet towels...
great location. friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble
some of the building was a little tired looking.
Location and pool area was ok
Most of the names i had put to the 12 rooms had not came through and in fact only 11 rooms were showing.. Luckily we had a person didnt show up so one guest got put in a single room when a twin was paid for... All this confusion went on over 3 hrs even given out a key to a allready occupied room at one point.. The hotel also tried a number of times to charge extra for breakfast which was included.. at least 4 i know of did not have breakfast because they thought they had to pay,, and at least one had to be refunded after paying. My request of staying in the room for 2 nights was ignored even after recieving an e mail saying it was fine.. Our cards didnt work so had to re check in. At the very least for the stress this all caused and the loss of most of the afternoon the breakfasts not used the downgrade to a single i should be compensated by either the hotel or booking.com it was a total embarrassing disgrace..
