The room was very tired. The bathroom was in need of some repair. The rooms were extremely noisy when walking around so you could clearly hear other people in there rooms

Excellent Breakfast & Health Club.

The Bar did not serve draft beer which was disappointing.

The hotel was in a marvellous location and provided all you needed to enjoy your stay. However, what really stood out were the staff, their exceptional friendliness and desire to help and assist all the time. The staff make the Hilton such a wonderful memborable experience.

Possibly the creaky floor boards, but the hotel is 130 years old and this can be overlooked!

Room was small, have paid less and got bigger and of same quality hotel No air conditioning, even though room had a window it had a unit outside that sounded like a tractor every time it kicked it therefore window was kept shut thus providing a kiln to sleep in

queing for breakfast and in spite of all the signs they put up about busy times to avoid, we missed them! Noisy guests in next door room...were still partying at 5.45am at which point we got reception to quiten them down...bit late for sleep by then! Lots of giggling, cackling hen parties...yuk!!

Located right where we wanted to be: very near shops and concert hall

As expected it took me 2 hours to drive to the hotel from home, however it took me another hour to find the car park! The last vital yellow sign for access to the Hilton is nowhere to be seen.

Hilton advised FULL, booked a room through Bookings.com at a much better price. Pricing was incorrect at check out. Room was adequate but noises from rooms above.

It was my partners 30th birthday, we were upgraded & given complimentary wine, balloon & basket with water & pop etc which was really lovely. May even come back for my 30th in July! Rooms were nice & clean & the beds & bedding very comfortable. Lovely central location very convenient.

The beds were a little small for us personally as we kept knocking each other in our sleep & waking up which was a shame as it was a very comfortable bed.

All staff were very friendly & location of hotel was perfect. We didn't have anything to eat whilst staying at the Hilton Nottingham but everything looked nice & was presented well.

Very creaky floorboards in both our room & room above. As we were only there for 2 nights we didn't make an issue but did expect more as the Hilton brand is based on luxury. The decor was dated & the view from our window was a brick wall... All issues that we would have raised if we would have been staying longer.

Room was clean , hotel was in a great location down side was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar although other bars are very close little dis organised at breakfast had to wait for a seat for ten minutes another couple came Down down and were seated immediately fire alarm was set off at 6.30am and we had to evacuate on a Sunday morning but that couldn't be helped and we did receive a letter of apology overall a good hotel with excellent facilities great location will definately be back

Paying for parking!

The front desk was very friendly.

Room was not worth 64 pound especially without breakfast. The fire alarm spoilt the trip with no structure of staff no one checking a register did not see no one until the ground floor and then she didnt speak just pointed to the door.

Room service took ages, no body answers internal calls from the room phones. Menu disappointing in restaurant.

I ordered a double room and it only had a queen size bed....this made for a difficult nights sleep for two fully grown! adults. we had a lovely evening out and came back to relax in the bar in the hotel. we sat with our drinks and there was only one other couple in the bar at this time. me and my husband were watching the highlights on tv and the male bar staff just turned over clearly seeing we were watching it and not talking to us.
