Always enjoy a swimming pool and steam and sauna rooms and these did not disappoint. The breakfast too was very commendable. Check your credit or debit card bill afterwards though. (See my negative comments on overcharging)

Room described as Deluxe double room. It was adequate and standard in my opinion with no particular frills. Only an estate agent could describe it as deluxe. As I said it was adequate and there was nothing wrong with it other that the description. My main ire is reserved for whoever charged my credit card bill incorrectly which I would not have discovered had I not double checked it. It was bearable at £234 for 4 people but certainly not at £362 as they charged me. They have told me today that they are refunding me. Just as well I left these comments til I had seen the bill !!

Considering that the service and the food were of more than an acceptable standare, the Cofffee, both in the dining area and the room, was poor.

The room floors are bad, always made noise while walking. A total turn off

Location, in middle of city. concierge was helpful. late check out was no problem

Tired and slightly grubby. poorly maintained. parking difficult to get to. uncomfortable bed & noisy with old sash windows. Breakfast drinks cleared away when we went to the buffet. Some staff less than helpful.

staff very helpful, especially Concierge. they were able to give us gluten free cereal and bread at breakfast which is rare.serving staff extremly helpful. Our room was nice and quiet, apart from early hours of the morning due to drunken shouting, my husband had a disturbed night.

Car park difficult to find due to one-way system. Nottingham itself has some nice places to eat, but not much that we could see in respect of culture apart from the theatre and castle. Art collection there is worth seeing. One day is enough for us. Of course, there are loads of shops, clubs and pubs for younger visitors.

Everything! We were looked after really well right from our arrival to our departure. The nicholsons restaurant is a must really enjoyed our evening dinner made all the better by the friendly staff 10 out of 10.

Could not fault anything,got to be one of the best we have stayed in. Will certainly be returning to this hotel.

Small uncomfortable rooms

The location was perfect for both my business trip and my wife's break. Breakfast was very good and the facilities where good

No water or biscuits in the room, and not enough towels for two people.

the price, I got the double room for 59.

disappointed because I think it doesn't met the criterion of a 4 stars hotel.

the dirty walls, the toilet did not flush when we first arrived, but they did fix it whilst we were out and neither of the lamps worked in the bedroom

Hotel room was listed as double deluxe. Room very small could not walk around bed! More like a standard than deluxe. Standard Rooms are bigger at the premier in and less expensive. Would not stay there again.

The location, discount on my bill due to the problems listed.

In a 6th floor room, no lift, felt like a B&B annxe. Noisy air-con all night, cheap and (very) squeaky bed. Far from the normal Hilton standard. Extremelt limited parking so £13 for overnight in the multi- storey. Wouldn't stay here again.

Room was small & basic. Stains on carpet which looked like sick next to the bed. Bathroom stunk of egg. View of back of grotty hotel. Would not recommend.

slightly too small room for 2 adults to get ready to go to a wedding and misimormed of gym n pool hours so only had 3/4 hour in both

staff very friendly and helpfull on the door step to all bars clubs shops and restaurants

told there was car parking in hotel then told no spaces have to park across the road for £13.room was very small and bed had wheels on that moved every time u sat on it,room was very tidy but hall ways and lifts were very untidy would not stop there again very dissapointed
