“ It was very welcoming,, The desk staff were extremely helpful on arriving and when asking how to get to the sea front on public transport, which was most convenient just opposite the hotel. The location was also perfect for easy access to the main A27.by car. ”

Hotel staff were great The hotel shower was so poor frankly I have never had such a weak and tepid shower. The TV had poor reception, the picture was awful (if you could get a channel).

They charge £14.99 for wifi in room, and when mistake was made on bar bill the staff refused to listen to anything that I had to say. Would definitely not return!!!!!

Free parking, Manage to sleep, Didn't get no trouble, a few friendly staff My stay this time was terrible! Asked for a double bed only got 2 singles! although I booked it over 5 weeks ago! Room was a bit of a downgrade since my last stay! Smaller and was noisier surroundings! Got offered to move rooms after one night but wasn't worth it only stayed for 2 nights!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the restaurant Dinner Menu and the excellent execution of the dishes I chose including an Indian spiced Sea Bass with superb Bombay Aloo

The hotel was comfortable, clean with spacious rooms. We also had a good meal in the restaurant. My wife has a difficulty in climbing stairs even to the first floor - there is not even one lift in the building. I suggest the approach from London or the West be clearly described on your internet brochure - we got lost in the middle of Portsmouth, ok our own fault but ......

Good location. Friendly staff. Good sized room with very nice bathroom. Drinks were very expensive. That my nieces who were sharing a room got asked to be quiet when really it was the people in the room next to them having very noisy sex!

The standard of our stay was excellent on all fronts especially considering the reasonable price. We stayed there for our wedding night and was touched to find a hand written card from the staff on our return from the wedding wishing us all the best. Would stay again and would recommend. Our stay was just not long enough.
