The attitude of the staff and the quality of the service and room. No, but note that it is located a £9 taxi ride from the city centre, so a car is really a must. |

The room was lovely and the staff were very polite and helpful, I liked most that I got the room on offer at half price. I feel that was a reasonable amout of money to pay for the hotel room, as I would have been dissappointed to pay full price. I also feel that the restaurant was way to expensive, so we went to eat out. Too expensive |

Excellent service and the swimming pool facilities i.e. sauna and steam room. Very fresh and clean room. Free parking was a major bonus. Extremely good value for money. Would 100% go back |

The fact we only paid £52 / night to stay at an amazing hotel! Couldn't find a spa... but the pool and sauna were enough so it didn't matter too much. |

The staff were really nice, the room was great and the food was very good The prices in the mini bar (chocolate bar £3.75) were rediculous |

we didnt spend much time at the hotel as we were out in london alot, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and a nice size. we stayed in a disabled room as it was the only room available to us at 1pm, we didnt mind but the only problem was the water from the shower literally went everywhere as there was nothing blocking it from escaping, also we were no towels left for us when our room was changed |

A lovely shiny new hotel which I'd find hard to fault. Let's hope it stays this way. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food was excellent. The buffet style breakfast was great in general but the table staff were a bit too eager to clear plates, literally whipping them from under your nose before your cutlery had a chance to settle. I also think condiments such as ketchup and brown sauce should either be found on the tables or as individual sachets on the buffet. Having just one bottle of each for all to share on the buffet caused a queue and were often running out. But they are my only (fickle) complaints! |

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Especially as a new hotel, everything was bright, clean and fresh. |

Staff were great, and was impressed they sourced Gluten Free bread for morning toast (I am a coeliac and made the request on registration). Room facilities were good. Good value and it mached the exectations I had based on online reviews There was nothing within walking distance to the hotel. To purchase anything - not even a small shop. Meant that taxis had to be taken just to pick up minor items. Also I think £15 to connect to internet is a bit rich. I would expect any hotel positioning itself as a business-friendly hotel should offer internet as a matter of course. Or include as a bed-rate option? |

Impeccably clean and fitted to high spec. Mattresses very comfortable. Location, but then it's a business hotel. |

When trying to speak to reception via the bedside phone it became apparent that it was not functioning properly though the desk phone was fine. Reception came to the room to ask if they could help because they realised we were trying to contact them. |

very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, staffs were nice, just as good as the Hilton's name value, I had a perfect holiday. Rooms are not very spacious. GPS did not find the right way that I could access the hotel thru due to completely brand new streets and old streets closed! |

nice relaxing stay, room was comfy and an decent size. everything was clean but what do you expect with a hotel that was opened this year the in room movies were ridiculously expensive, the hotel wasn't within walking distance of anything. |

Highly recommended. The location is excellent should you be visiting Reading/Windsor/Basingstoke or the surrounding district. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Would certainly go back again. |
