Lovely new, renovated room. Was worried I may get one of the older rooms but I didn't so was really pleased about that :-) Had room service (drinks) which was very reasonably priced too.
Reception area, conservatory, shower, bathroom mirror
Lack of milk in room, tv not in good position
Food was very good. Treatments in the spa excellent.
Bed was rock hard. Heating hardly working so was very cold and on one occasion no hot water. Room allocated was missing what was advertised on website Wouldn't stay here again.
Plenty of toiletries & a face cloth each!! The double and family rooms are large & spacious & as we were meeting up with our family & grandchildren, extra rollaway beds or sofa beds were required. The staff provided them promptly & with a smile. Lovely pool & jacuzzi available which we were looking forward to but grandsons had coughs & colds so not used. Meal in the Omnia restaurant was good but on the Sat night it was fully booked as there was a wedding on. We were advised they could only accommodate guests who had pre-paid for their meals. But to compensate they organised us a taxi to the restaurant of our choice. It was much appreciated. And the bill was spot on for the four rooms we had used plus bar bills etc. I was impressed.
Wanted to keep bedroom warm but not too hot as grandsons had cold but could hear the heater coming on & it sounded like furniture being moved in room below. May not have noticed this though but their coughing kept waking me. Would certainly visit St Anne's Manor again.
Restaurant was first class
Our room was a little too far from the reception for my Mum to walk But everything was fine We didn't get s discount in the restaurant first evening but asked at reception the second night and were told of the special rate which was half price to the first evening!
My second stay in 2 months and was impressed yet again on my second stay
Having to access spa via reception in dressing gowns-can't guests have a more suitable access door?
Pool and beautician. Lovely staff, thank goodness for immigration.
Large and Spacious
Mould on the window frame, shower curtain and bath mat. Although the shower curtain and bath mat were replaced by the staff who were very helpful the window frame was left. The heating in the room kept cutting out and we had to keep on asking reception to reset it.The fair rating for the bed could possible be improved my the addition of a memory foam topper. we were looking forward to some relaxation in the pool and spar but on 2 occasions the pool was being used by a swim club and were not informed when we booked and the spa was part of the reason we booked this hotel
the breakfast, was good lovely choice
hotel was very cold, towel heater not working, informed staff but was not fixed. not a good choice for complimentery tray in room, hotel ladies toilets disgusting, included urinels. would not stay in a hilton hotel again!
Staffs attitude was terrible and didant even wanna help us would never go again.
I liked everything about the Hilton St Annes. The accomodation was clean fresh and comfortable. Staff were accessible, friendly and helpful. The cost was very reasonable and breakfast was enjoyable.
The bacon was burnt and even the rashers not visibly charred tasted that way. This was the only blemish on our stay.
Had to wait to be seated told approx 30 minutes. Drink whilst waiting juice needed refilling. No one knew how to access hot water for tea also cold milk for tea required filling. Eventually enquired at bar for juice. Milk and hot water. Who were obliging! We left without breakfast and stopped enroute elsewhere!
Location Parking Gardens
Very poor WiFi performance Our room key card required changing four times because of faults
Internet was included in the rate. It was very quiet in the rooms.
Facilities were a little dated. Menu selection in the restaurant was not as extensive as other Hilton's and marginally more expensive.
Comfortable bed & pillows, quiet room
Most of breakfast items were no where hot enough - this was at 0840 on a Saturday morning, cannot think of a reasonable excuse why this should be
Beautiful room and very quiet for a good nights sleep in a comfy bed.
Everything was perfect, staff, facilities, food and wines! Certainly recharged my batteries for my busy, hectic week ahead. Highly recommend a stay here and will book again soon.
Didn't want to leave!
Staff, especially the bar/restaurant manager. The meal was a terrible experience and he done everything in his power to rectify the issue. Everything else very ordinary.
Meal. We, along with several others that night had an extremely bad experience. The hotel never charged us, maybe the chef was having a bad night.
Loved the setting and liked the look of the upgraded decor in some rooms - unfortunately mine wasn't one of them!! - but it was still comfortable and clean
breakfast was a bit of a disappointmnet as we had to wait some time for the full english breakfast to be replenished but I do appreciate that quite a few people descended all at once as the hotel had hosted a wedding the previous day
Smart, clean, good night's sleep and excellent breakfast
I stay at St Annes Manor 3 or 4 times a year when visiting family and I love it because from the moment I walk through the door I know I'm going to have a great experience. The staff are always welcoming and helpful - no matter how busy they are, the rooms are clean and have everything I need for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is outstanding. Its always a pleasure to stay at St Annes.
On this occasion I was put in a room on the ground floor in a busy corridor. This was very noisy at night as there was a wedding on and people traffic going past my door kept me awake until 1:30 am. On the plus side, I mentioned this to the Reception the following morning and they moved me to a quiet room for the remainder of my stay with no problem at all - so a minus became a plus because of the wonderful customer service !
Good was good. Pool facilities were good.
Sauna was not working. One of the bedrooms we were given was quite dated.
Location - close to both LEGOLAND & Windsor Castle Size of Family Room Warm Welcome
Children's indoor "play area" - located in an extremely small area under a staircase!!
Clean and tidy, no disturbances.
The prices of food and drink however, being from Manchester I am aware cost of living is more expensive in London.
a very pretty area very relaxing. The food was very good.
there is no free internet and the cost of obtaining internet is in my opinion to high. we had to wait quite some time to be seated for both an evening meal and breakfast.
