Hotel rooms are clean and of good standard and great swimming pool and gym. Wonderful buffet breakfast! The beds. I stayed here on several occasions and the beds used to be lovely and comfortable but sometime earlier in the year the rooms were refurbished and the beds were changed. The new beds might be orthopaedic but they are hard and uncomfortable when you are lying on them for a few hours and you will suffer with a sore back next morning, if you can get a full nights sleep at all ! They should have left what worked well alone. I did email their complaints section to give my views on their beds but no one ever got back to me. |

Room was comfortable. Staff appeared dull and not very pleasant. Room was much smaller than we had received during previous stays. |

During my stay at the hilton templepatrick i found the staff very helpfull and plesent. I found the choice for breakfast excellent and the grounds very nice. First i would like to bring to your attention the speed ramp in the driveway as we nearly riped the undercarrage off our car when first approched the hotel.I was a bit dissapointed in the discription of the accomadation as i had booked the kings room and felt it was a normal double room, in which i had booked an extra bed for a child which was not in the room. The rooms are very hot during the night thank god they have fans in the rooms as you can only open the windows a jar due to safty locks. |

Good value for money, excellent food The standard of the pool. In the interest of hygiene, all people using the pool should wear swimming hats. The water drink dispenser at the pool was not working, it appeared to have air in the system. There should be at least one cubicle available in the changing rooms for privacy. Not all people like to undress and dress in front of other users. |

The room was clean- and bathroom was well stocked. The restaurant staff - were untrained, wore grubby suits & were sloppy. The food at breakfast was awful - it is difficult to get breakfast wrong. We have stayed in many hilton hotels & you know what you are getting - this cost us £188 for 1 night - it does not deserve 4*. thank you |

Country setting. The leisure facilities were not clean, the showers and floors were filthy dirty. A very loud wedding in the hotel. Definately not up to Hilton Standards. I got a special offer and would definately not pay anymore for this hotel. |

I liked the decor in our room We ate in the Kinahans Bar-Brasserie, however there were a group of men who were members of the golf club in the Hilton, one of the men sat at our table and wouldn't leave, he was drunk. The bar man and waitress both seen this and done nothing, I was quite annoyed about this as they clearly knew we did not know this man. The waitress apologised for him ruining our meal as we were leaving, I think this is not good enough, it seemed because he was a member of their golr course he was allowed to do what he wanted! A member of staff should have asked him to leave us. And the plug was stuck in our sink which meant we couldn't use the sink because the water couldn't get away |

Attention to detail by staff, very comfortable, general cleanliness of hotel, great atmosphere. One minor flaw, the receptionist would not make a dinner booking for me, but rather sent me down to the restaurant to book myself. In most hotels it is customary for the reception to handle dinner bookings. |

The facilities are very good and reasonably priced break in high season. Bar food competetively priced. Wine expensive. Bar menu limited and have stayed a few times now and on most occasions staff fail to bring tea / coffee at breakfast |

The location was ideal for our needs and my son was well occupied during his free time. The food was good and staff were friendly and helpful. A little old and slightly musty/stale smell in some areas. |

The hotel was not aware of some of the things we'd booked (breakfast, and cot), which was annoying. |
