Food is expensive and not great quality but OK
Pool closed for maintenance without informing us prior to arrival. No realistic evening eal for children. Room was very cold as the heating was faulty. Duvet on the bed was very thin for January temperatures.
The whole stay as enjoyable. Staff of Hilton were helpful and efficient. Excellent experience.
Comfortable beds & pillows. excellent breakfast
I think residents should get free parking
Dinner was good
Staff were all efficient and friendly from start to finish. Used pool which was clean and warm. Breakfast was fab. Had a brilliant stay.
Mirrors and lamps were dusty but this did not spoil our stay although it was quite obvious and some people would have complained. Rest of room was clean.
The Christmas party food .
Cold bathroom ,poor construction of hotel, old fashioned TV hardly functioned, wifi was intermittent and poor; it needs major modernisation and refurbishment
Lounge, Swimming pool and breakfast
Costa coffee was far too expensive.
Pleasant room, comfy bed and pillows. Good bar service and lounge area very nice. Free parking over NY.
A little overpriced for room only.
We had a lovely stay at the hilton, during our short trip to Warwick. It was great to unwind in the pool, sauna and steam room. The comfortable seating area around the bar was a great place to sit and chat.
Comfortable bed Nice staff
Feels like you are in cheap motel but not as in a 4* hotel: 1)Bathroom was very old and need to be up to todays standard - with a walking in showers etc. 2) there is nothing complementary - for £150.00 per nigh- they need to offer at least a bottle of water for free; 3) Breakfast - red grape was unwashed , orange juice was tasteless , very watery 4) TV set was very old and remote control did not work properly.
Free parking, nice pool, friendly staff
Much more than the 10 minute walk to get to racecourse!
The rooms need updating when you go to a Hilton you expect the best and this did not show in the rooms the rest of the hotel was great the breakfast was poor had to wate 20 mins for eggs then they brought 10 out but there was a que of 20 so had to wate again
Liked staff, food, facilities and location
No view from my window :( just a flat roof and some air con units
The good helpful staff food was good room was very clean
awful room old and lifeless furniture too much attention to parties restaurant was full because of above deluxe room? no slippers, bathrobes springs in mattress very noisy very poor value
Our room was a good size, comfy beds and clean, modern bathroom. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
reception and bar staff very pleasant and attentive room small but clean
Swimming pool staff clearly untrained in how to speak to people!
Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Good location
Breakfast was busy and despite having a lot of waiting staff around, I couldn't get their attention to order coffee. Bath wasn't cleaned thoroughly - it had hairs Charging over £3 for a bottle of water in room
comfy beds, decent pool and gym.
lack of entertainment - a games room (snooker table , etc), would have been good.
Perfect location for us - just off the M40 and only minutes into Warwick, with ample, well-lit parking (free at weekends). We received a very warm welcome at check-in. A minor maintenance issue in our room was dealt with impeccably by very efficient and friendly staff. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in in ages! All in all I can't fault our stay - and have only praise for the Hilton staff here.
The mineral water provided in the room, priced at £3.95, stayed firmly unopened!
Comfortable room was deluxe though friendly staff
No atmosphere in restaurants in fact we went to a bar across the road to discover that's where most of the guests were. Had more food choices on the menu and better value for money personally I think 9 pound for a slice of cheesecake to much. Also I thought there was a spa pool want one and steam room smelt awful. No reception staff when we used leisure facilities. Didn't like the fact trays of food were left overnight in the corridors not a fan on smelling stale beer and curry when coming out my room. Certainly stayed in nicer hotels.
