The beds in the room were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful

I walked past a room at 10 pm on the ground floor and there were trays with half eaten food on them. The same trays were still there at 9am the next morning. Also the guests above me were very rowdy until around 4 am.

The location, in respect of access to motorway and city Centre. Facilities were excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The only issue was that the leisure facilities didn't open until 08:00 on the days we were there (weekend) I would have liked them to open earlier 06:30-07:00. This is my preference and not a criticism of the hotel.

Near to where we were going for a party.

Staff without exception were polite, friendly and helpful. The impression was that they could not do enough and also, they were pleased to ensure that your stay was enjoyable. Food, breakfast - just what I wanted and more than enough choice. Lunch - superb.

Room 233 - very noisy - needs triple glazing - by 6am, motorway traffic noise made further sleep impossible.

The staff were very friendly from the receptionist to the cleaners. Walking down the corridor all the cleaning staff smiled and said hi. The breakfast was incredible with everything you could think off. Staff were efficient and did not rush the guests at all. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Its hard to find fault with the place. A couple of lifts were out of order but that's about the only issue and it didn't pose too much of an inconvenience.

No water in room as expected and room service did not include all items requested.

Room too hot, didn't feel like an upgraded room but that is what I paid for. Hotel is just average.

We have no complaints about this hotel except what stated about the food and drink.

Excellent very helpful staff. Good sized room - better lighting than the Waldorf where we stayed recently. Cleaner than the Waldorf. Very good breakfast options.

Steps up to the front entrance with no ramp option for wheeled suitcases. Poor decoration at rear entrance by spa where we waited for a taxi. Very long walk to room (well you did ask)

Saturday evening a disappointment as pool was closed and we couldn't eat in the bar area because a large party was in there

The cost of the extras on a fairly medieocre omelette. Omelette with fries amd small glass of vino =£26!!!!

No seats at breakfast, had to sit at dirty table, which we were told would be cleaned immediately. It wasn't cleaned for 10mins.

Charging for a bottle of water, No mini bar Some black marks between tiles. The view! Building compound Lack of information about where the food came from. No fresh fruit at breakfast. Radiators were off when we went into room, very cold! Limited choice of tv channels with no info button.
