Perfect position for Wembley Arena
Swimming pool cold !
Facilities, excellent location, staff very accommodating. Would visit again.
More tea and milk on arrival would have been nice but nothing major.
Bed was comfortable
Room service were rude on the phone.
Either the TV remote wasn't functioning properly or the LG TV was just slow in loading up. Quite complex especially if you are not too IT literate.
It was luxurious, the staff were so friendly and a stone's throw away from the wembley arena and stadium. Highly recommended!!
Great breakfast, lovely room, all the mod coms, right across from Wembley, literally roll out of bed and into the stadium with loads of food places around so plenty of choice
They changed our room from stadium view because they had overbooked. Then no refund offered and then tried to charge me more
Understaffed reception. Poor wifi
I have chosen this hotel for the leisure facilities including the pool, however on the day of our stay the leisure facilities were closed due to functional issues and therefore I think it was an expensive stay as I could have gone to a cheaper hotel without these facilities.
Hotel had booked out most of the facilities to private parties forcing guests into limited breakfast and other facilities
Delightful decor, spacious rooms and those yummy Choc chip cookies.
No free wi-fi...
Very nice rooms: quiet, clean, comfortable. Good location conveniently close to the underground and easy to reach. Very good facilities. Good breakfast.
The customer service is really poor. I was asked to update the data of my payment card before my trip and, after having done so, I sent an email asking to confirm my booking (as I didn't hear anything from the hotel after the update). I received a reply only on the check-in day (that, obviously, I could read only when I had already checked-in). Even worse, at the check-out, I couldn't receive a receipt because of IT problems and I was told they had sent me via email my much needed receipt. Simply a lie. I have then sent an email requiring again the receipt and, after a few days, I still have not received an answer!
* Impressive location right next to Wembley stadion * Clean and spacious Facilities * Friendly and professional staff * Good quality restaurant and bar
* Bad to no mobile data connection in room (end of corridor) and conference area. * WiFi not always working as expected * Skybar lounge was closed in the evening for private yoga lessons (?)
Great location, absolutely spotless, food at event, breakfast and room service of very high quality. Asked for a quiet room and got it - never heard anything! A good night's sleep and excellent facilities.
The wait to check in - needs more receptionists on duty. Room very reasonable, but extras expensive - eg £4 for bottled water in the room. Wifi intermittent in public areas.
So close to Wembley Stadium.
Size of room - we had the deluxe king room with stadium view - and the view. OK so it was a football stadium but probably the most famous football landmark in the world! Plenty to do and see around the hotel area. Abundant choice of shops and restaurants. Breakfast excellent,
Reception staff slow, poor eye contact. Tried to get me to take a lesser room than booked but I refused and eventually they found one available! Not the best of welcomes.
Breakfast menu was varied.
Having to queue for breakfast, being offered paper cups for a drink, although breakfast menu was good it was only warm at best.Told we could not have a glass in the bar as England was playing that night, being offered plastic glasses in a 4 star hotel was insulting. The in room drinks tray was very poor as we only received 2 milks each day of our stay.Very disappointing , worst hotel in all our stays in London, will not be staying in Hilton Hotel again.
Being offered a drink while waiting to check in.
Queues for breakfast and running out of glasses, food and not being served tea at the table.
The bed was huge & soooo comfy. The view across to the Stadium was great with a wonderful top floor bar.
That we had to leave!
The hotel was attractive and we were pleased to be so close to wembley arena. The room was a good size and the bed was pretty comfy, all the staff we met where very helpful.
We arrived much later than the check in time of 3 p.m as the traffic was horrendous but we were told that the room wasn't ready we were both looking forward to a swim before shower and dinner to be ready for the event at 6.30 by the time we got into the room we didn't have enough time to swim so went straight out for dinner near by. The restaurant in the hotel was very expensive £100 for two fixed price, when you've just paid £240 for the one night stay it all adds up. We are not all in the England football team, which in fact I found out that the whole 4 th floor had been booked by them...that's why we couldn't get to our room!! So it very much spoilt our plans. That night I had a noisy air con/heat fan this kept me awake on and of all night.(I did mention this at check out and our car park fee of £15 along with the cost of 2 drinks deducted) We had to queue for breakfast even though there were plenty of tables but no staff to keep up with the input. Breakfast was average, and staff levels seemed stretched but still remained polite and a little embarrassed. I wouldn't stay there again as it wasn't value for money. The check in should be as its says we had driven for 3 1/2 hours and told we had to wait 1 hr 3/4 after check time in its not good enough.
Location and facilities were excellent, shame we were only there one night.
Seems to be a lack of staff, they were over worked and struggling to cope, even though they were still very friendly. Obviously management cost cutting or just a bad day.
Love the location and what the hotel provided
There wasn't much not to like the only thing that was disappointing was the confusion regarding what facilities came with the room as we thought we would get a coffee machine in our room but we didn't
The room was pleasant enough and quick check in
Room service ordered - arrived nearly stone cold with no covers over the food. Oddly the bread was still warm - but no butter. So by the time we got butter the bread had gone hard :( not worth the money for food!!
I found women's hair all on my clean dheets
I like the location
Shower was so horrible. Water goes everywhere. I was rly upset. M not going in Hilton again.
Food was appalling Being served drinks in plastic glasses was unacceptable
