Bed and facilities were good and manager offered a complimentary drink to make up for check in confusion. Value for money ok given the cost of airport hotels, though £241 for a twin room with a cot seems steep nonetheless.

Location good as we had to catch 6:30am flight. We stayed the night before with our 2 kids under 5yrs. We've stayed at a premier inn before so knew what to expect, facility wise. Not plush, does the job for one night.

Concierge staff are amazing, front desk staff are good but need to pay attention more to what customer needs.
Rooms and bathrooms needs to be more clean.
Everything except as follows
I objected vehemently to being phoned in my room by the bar staff, to pay my bill when I had charged it to my room, having told reception that I would settle the bill in cash & especially when it was suggested payment should be collected from my room! I have never been hounded for payment like that, anywhere in the world. Obviously, I would settle in the morning. I never did get my 52 pence change. Not nitpicking but the principle - clearly your rules don't work both ways!
Everything! Good location for terminal 4/Heathrow express. Excellent staff, room with good soundproofing, breakfast, restaurant for evening meal.
A bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for - we've been before & will go again!
Bed and facilities were good and manager offered a complimentary drink to make up for check in confusion. Value for money ok given the cost of airport hotels, though £241 for a twin room with a cot seems steep nonetheless.
I arrived late with my children en route to meet my husband in Far East. Lat minute unplanned booking due to missed flight connection at Heathrow. Upon arrival the woman at the reception desk was discourteous, did not crack a smile, and seemed annoyed to have to deal with me. I was exhausted and travelling Ali e with two small children. I booked a king room hoping we would all fit into the bed but received a smaller room instead for same money. No explanation was given until I pressed and was eventually told that they thought a cot in a twin room would be better as cot doesn't fit in with the king room (I presume the floor space for king rooms is the same hence lack of space). I had conflicting info from the porter, another check in clerk no finally the manager. At this point it is midnight and I need to be at the airport in 6.5 hrs so needed this palaver like a hole in the head. All could have been avoided if the original check in woman had been honest with me.
Ease of reaching airport and soundproofing
It is ridiculous that wifi has to be paid for in your room and is only free in the hotel lobby. The computers are antiquated and printing boarding passes impossible to print
I could easily commute to business meetings with the Tube, there is M&S for snacks in Terminal 4 as well as a good value restaurant if not choosing to eat in the hotel. Public area on the ground floor is modern spacious giving a North American feel to the hotel. No aircraft or traffic sounds could be heard inside our room at the expense of a window that does not open. Excellent ventilation system.
Room not as big as Hilton in North America but still spacious by London standards.
The whole experience made the start of our holiday great

Staff particularly helpful all round
No complaints at all. Didn't use wifi.
Nothing physically wrong with the room, and clean.
Billed as linked to the airport - true, if your flight departs from Terminal 4. Otherwise really no more convenient than anything else to get to Terminals 1,2,3 or 5. Also why on earth would I pay for wi-fi when everyone other hotel gives it to guests as a courtesy? Finally, facility was completely charmless. Oh, and desk personnel are automatons who cannot field questions which are not on their short list.
Air conditioning didn't work, so too hot to sleep.bad luck as that's what the plan was, before a long journey the next day.
Newly refurbished rooms on the ground floor level were fabulous. Hotel is comfortable and quiet. Staff very helpful.
Getting to the hotel from T 1 or 2 involves either 15 + minutes in a cab door to door from T2 (£15 cash) or walk + free train + walk. Not an option if you have heavy luggage but the cheapest option. Getting from hotel to T1 or 2 involves a walk and then the option of the tube or free train - or a taxi.
Easy to terminal 4
pay for Wifi was not fair i used it for 2 hours only
Excellent customer service. Great restaurant. Comfortable rooms with great bed.
Nothing
Location and breakfast were good. The bed and linen were very comfortable.
A touch on the expensive side and then they hit you hard for extras too (breakfast, water, Internet).
I like the convenience to Heathrow terminal 4. The staff was very helpful. Hotel is clean.
Parts of the hotel are showing their age. Food is fair
Location Breakfast buffet Comfort of bed Helpfulness of staff
Low light in room Cab fare toTerminal 2
Hotel was up to par with dining and bars and the cleanliness of room and hotel.
Beds not much comfort and wifi was poor. Had to keep logging in every 10mins or so the entire night/morning.
Beds, pillows, convenience to airport
That we would have to pay for internet when all other hotels include that as free.
