We liked the area - a quiet, beautiful, clean, with lots of shops and cafes on foot in 10 minutes you can reach one of two subway stations, to the bus stops a couple of minutes. Across the road is a Tesco supermarket. We also liked the breakfast in the hotel and that it is already included in the price. In other similar hotels in London, breakfast poorer or expensive. On a clear sunny day in our room on the roof even after 18 pm it was very, very hot, about +30 degrees and no air conditioning there.

Fairly clean. Breakfast was okay. Rooms were not tidied properly - sheets were only changed if you made a request. room was not hoovered either. Heating was inadequate (had to use my own fan heater - espacially during the cold spell - that we had). Very noisey hotel patrons who kept violently banging doors - and running up and down stairs - managment seemed reluctant to tackle the problem when complaints were raised regarding the issue.

Great Staff, we were backpacking and needed a good nights rest, the hotel was in a great location only a few minutes walk from the underground and was very quietbut still in a central location. Would highly recommend to young couples who are backpacking, the price is very reasonable and not much more than a hostel in London based on 2 people staying in the room. It in a safe location and easy to find. We were upgraded to a room with ensuite washroom, however the tap did not work and the water pressure in the shower was weak, however there was a washroom right outside the room which was available to use anytime.

Excellant service nothing was too much trouble, pity a few more value hotels do not operate like this. Nice cooked English breakfast all cooked by friendly chef Tony who makes lovely bacon. Excellant carparking spaces at the back which is free and very unusual for a London hotel. Also the Wifi is free and not charged for as advertised.

It was local to buses, underground and shops. It wasnt the cleanest hotel, the breakfast wasnt great, small room, limited facilities, communal bathroom. But it served its purpose.

The Hindes - exactly what it says on the tin... Cheap as chips (for London at half term) and on the whole OK. Single room with en suite - all in all not bad and would stay again... For the cost - zero!

Kitchen is okay and breakfast are not bad. The hotel is very poor and not completed room by decoration, tv is not very good. Clean towels aren't enough. Bath room by sharing? I dislike it should be room by own bathroom. Smell is absolutely horrible that I couldn't sleep for all night. There are no air fresher. I think this hotel rate is 1 out of 10 I will going not going that hotel again.

A bit run down and in need of several licks of paint. But if luxury is not a priority then this hotel is good location and value. We were attending Wembley stadium and it is literally about half hour away including the walk to the station. Rooms and facilities basic to be kind room we had had no toilet or shower although there is a shared one on each floor.

Very noisy. I had booked further weeks, but cancelled them. On my second night there, I ended up looking for a late night pharmacy to buy earplugs.

Good location, free parking and breakfast included in cost- value. I requested a twin room on the original booking but was told this had not been forwarded by the booking website so myself &my friend (both 6 ft) had to share a small double bed. The shower head was poor and impossible to use.

For the price we paid, we were very pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. The staff, especially the owner, were very friendly and were happy to organise taxis for us whenever we needed. Tea/coffee provided in the rooms was a nice touch and breakfast in the morning was delicious. I would definately stay here again! The shower was abit slow running and not particularly hot.

The location was perfect for getting to Wembley for a concert. The 182 bus takes you there and the n18 night bus brings you back. Nice cheap price. It was soooooo noisy at night we didn't get any sleep.

The staff were incredibly noisy from 7am onwards. During the night the fire alarm went off and the staff member had clearly had no training around this. Luckily there was no fire and we all went back to our rooms after he eventually worked out how to turn the alarm off.

Location. Our room smelt of smoke as soon as we entered, to such an extend that it made me feel sick. This made all our clothes smell also. The window in the toilet had no handle, so could be closed securely, we pushed it close from the outside and locked all our valuables in the car.The noise in the morning woke us up, staff started getting breakfast ready really early and was shouting(our room was downstairs and close to the dinning area.)
