Dirty rooms and cold breakfast
All great helpful friendly clean and good breakfast
I've booked a double room , double bed and i've received a double room with 3 single beds !
George and Fatima create a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was of a high standard. We had a pleasant stay and would use this hotel again.
The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order so piping hot. Fatima and her husband make a good team in the dining room. They are friendly and very welcoming.
Missed having a hairdryer in the room. Everything else in the room was good.
Cozy single room, en-suite with TV. I needed something close to the school I was studying at which it was. Also very close to town centre and public transport and Tesco's right in front of the hotel. Overall the hotel served its purpose. I needed something cheap and cheerful. I guess one cannot expect exceptional quality for that price. I paid £220 for 4 nights.
The shower was a mere drizzle with poor heat regulation. It was either nearly too hot or cold. Not the cleanest of rooms I have ever seen. Ok on the surface but lacks in detail. A single shelf wall unit wasn't screwed in properly and therefore unusable.
Too noisy!!! The man (receptionist) was talking loudly with other people all the night. There wasn't wifi connection about two hours at night. The heating didn't work in the room; I only had a small portable appliance for two people, the room was cold. The breakfast wasn't enough; you couldn't get the food you wanted because a woman, who was serving the breakfast, didn't allow you to do it; they are really stingy with the food. We'll NEVER come back there!!!
Enjoyable stay definitely stay here again. Got a taxi to wembley £12 each way.
We turned up and didn't stay - I would let my family stay there.
The property smelt, the rooms were basic. Next door was blaring out loud music and families were swearing on the road. Somebody was hanging out of the window with no top on smoking. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. I would like my money back please.
lovely room breakfast was lovely staff was friendly
distant to certain places
Proximity to Wembley arena.
Room too small
Value for money Parking Cleanliness I had a single room with shower and toilet. Big Tesco store over the road to stock up on snacks etc.
Internet wireless was very weak. The bed could have had a standard single mattress that would have made it more comfortable. The sheet were nice but because of there silk like texture the quilt kept slipping off. Honestly these are minor moans, I would use it again without hestitation.
Hotel short walk to station. The breakfast was delious and the staff very friendly . Plenty of parking spaces .
The hotel didn't have a bar but Tesco is opposite and there were glasses in the room. Shower abit disappointing water didn't get very warm .
lovely clean room. staff were very pleasant. breakfast was nice
The staff made this place. The bed was a little small and the basin was tiny and we had to flush the toilet to make the shower work but the staff were friendly, accommodating and genuinely eager to help. They make a good breakfast, too. Very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.
proximity to centre, parking, people are nice
shower had hardly any water, just a few beams, and was at best at a temperature not even close to warm-water. The bed was very small and had no comfort, like a very old matress where you can feel the springs.
Excellent free parking facilities. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast, fast service. Beds comfortable. Even let us check in early because room already available.
Helping staff, Good breakfast
Bad Wifi signal, Small rooms, They gave me a room on second floor when they knew I have small kids, No hot water in the basin (problem in the specific floor where i was), Problem in heating (may be specific to the room), Very bad mattresses.
The staff were all very approachable and friendly. The room was very clean and fresh looking. The breakfast was very good and set us up well for the long journey home. This hotel is situated close to the town centre and the tube station is just a 15 minute walk away. Wembley stadium is just a short bus journey away. All in all brilliant value for money.
Nothing everything was fine.
The breakfast, especially the coffee
The mattress was a little thin but as I was so tired at the end of a long day I still had a good night's sleep.
Ledge on top of the basin, water controller needs to be check as its take long to provide hot water
Friendly & clean
The location was brilliant to access train/tube stations to an event wembley. the room for 3 adults was perfectly acceptable and the choice of wifi was a treat. breakfast was great and the cherry was being told we can save 25% by booking direct. which we will again.
Nothing. For the price we got loads and the staff were better than most hotels ive stayed at that cost twice the price.
the position to wembley, the ease of travelling to and from the centre of London and the overall hotel experience
Good location, 10 minute walk to the local tube Harrow on the Hill and a Tesco opposite. Breakfast was adequate.
Bathroom was quite dated and the shower not very clean. We had a double room at the front, the head of the bed was in the front window so quite drafty and noisy. The room was at the end of a short corridor with only 3 rooms but there was footsteps heard until the early hours so we didn't get much sleep, this might have been the member of staff going in and out of the office. I would say £75 a night is quite expensive for the standard of room but it was our first stay in London so that may be cheap for London prices.
