Very little actually. The staff were poor, very abrupt, rude. The room was unbelievably small, heating didn't work. At night there was an incredible noise from the boiler/air conditioning that woke my partner and myself up several times. When I called reception they doubted the noise, said the wanted to check it out and wanted to come into my room at 1.30 am! I obviously refused!! |

The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and staff very helpful. Actually it was difficult to find as the real name is Best Western Shaftesbury and no indication of "Executive rooms"; pls update your website accordingly not to mislead future guests. Also pls provide the street number and exact metro station directions, as the closest stop is Earl's Court, not Gloucester Rd. |

Pleasant room, contemporary decoration and fairly priced with good security. None of the ceiling lights worked. Two windows wouldn't close completely which resulted in greater noise intrusion from the road outside. Poor TV reception on some channels. |

Very near to earls court underground (3 min walk). Very quiet. Nice and helpful staff. Big bath for London standards. Newspaper everyday. The first day they tried to give us the room early and it was not finished (lack of towels and not very clean). |

I was sent to a room opposite the hotel. There were no facilities and the underground was directly below my room which was in the basement. Very noisy and the room was very small. |

according to the value of money spent, the facilities were very nice, close to the station. The duvet was very thin and the room was freezing cold at night |

Location and room was nice enough. My flight got delayed and my husband called to cancel and I still got charged full price for the room and couldn't get in until 12: the following day. |

Near underground station and shops Check-in was slow. Guy stared at his screen for half an hour. Room got pre-charged for all nights plus 10 GBP per night deposit. First 2 nights we spent in a tiny room so small, you couldn't get out of bed without tripping over things, like a lamp in middle of room for lack of space. Microwave in room didn't work. They made no fuss over changing room for last night, which turned out 3x bigger! |

Lovely and attractive room, quiet and comfortable, modern and good facilities. We had everything we needed. Gorgeous modern clean bathroom. Free daily papers and fresh fruit in reception. 5 mins walk to tube station and good shops and restaurants. They told us that we had to use the cable for internet, and even when when they were having probs with their router, and were trying to sort it for us, they omitted to tell us that there was actually wireless internet!!!! It would have saved us alot of trouble, but was just an oversight! |

We reserved two rooms, a double which was just perfect, and a single that was small, even if the price was almost the same. However the stay was pleasant, the hotel clean and perfectly located, the staff friendly, the internet connection free even if slow. no particular complain |
