Big room (and bathroom) for London standards, well maintained and clean. The sound isolation was good, Close to metro station and to night bus network.

Location near underground and ease to find

Tv location to bed, softer pillows. More milk in rooms (Hot Chocolate would be good too)

Perfect location- just a short walk from the tube. Ceveral pubs and shops in the area but just a few stations with the tube to all major sights.

It was a bit hard to find since we didn't know the reception was the same as to Best western hotel. It wasn't much not to like- maybe some people may think the rooms are too small. We had a double superior room- and I actually like that it wasn't to big.

Staff friendly, helpful, polite. Hotel nice, clean & tidy, room excellent. Didn’t have breakfast, but the dinning room was clean, tidy, well presented & on leaving the food smelt very good. The wife & I was very pleased & would stay again & would recommend it. Roger & Sue Penny

The hotel is very close to a tube station (5 min walk) and near a busy commercial street so many services are easily accessible. You can get to most of central London's attraction in a few minutes by underground which was great. Despite the small size of the room, pretty much everything you would expect of a modern hotel room was there.

It's a really small room : not for claustrophobic travellers ! I don't know if its usual in the uk but the room came with just a telephone directory and no other information about the hotel (room service or other services offered at the hotel) or the area.

It was very central and and easily accesible from public transport, the bathroom was large and clean. The room a decent (london) size. Seperate building from the actual hotel so felt more private and independent, which I liked. The room had an ironing board, iron, and microwave, whic was a positive surprise.

The room did however not have toiletries, only shower gel, which was suprising and disappointing for an accomondation of their rating. The tv volume was set to a very silent max, which is understandable as the building is old and not soundproof, but it was too silent, I am in my thirties wihout any hearing issues and could not make out what the actors were saying, so didnt watch any movies in the evening.

The breakfasts were good

THe room was very small. No wardrobe etc. I could lie in bed and touch the bathroom door ,the wall at the bottom of my bed and the window. The sheets werent that clean. The carpets and decor to teh room was very tired. We were given an "upgrade" and a complimnetary breakfast. MAybe the breakfast was to offset the impending doom of the small room.

All'arrivo, come descritto da altri clienti sul sito, si viene dirotatti dal corpo centrale ad una altro edificio. In ogni caso anche questo è molto decoroso e tranquillo e non abbiamo avuto necessità di chiedere il trasferimento nel corpo centrale.

El Hotel se situa muy cerca de 2 estaciones de metro en un barrio tranquilo pero con muchos comercios y restaurantes al rededor. Elegimos la habitacion superior, estuvimos en la ultima planta, la habitacion pequeña pero suficiente para 3 dias, ademas teniamos un microondas y calentador de agua para poder desayunar en la habitacion. Estas habitacion no estan en el mismo edificio que la recepcion pero no cambia nada. Tuvimos una duda y en 5mm estaba en la habitacion un empleado del hotel para indicarnos.

Lo unico que podria decir en contra es que en cuanto llegues te hacen pagar la estancia. En caso de que tengas algun problema o algo supongo que seria mas dificil discutir (no fue nuestro caso).

Pulizia della camera, ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani ogni giorno e la camera e il bagno erano molto puliti. Ottima posizione a 2 passi dalla metro di Earl's Court (in 15 minuti si arriva in centro), con molti ristorantini, pub e supermarket aperti fino a tardi per uno spuntino o per fare una spesa veloce. Avere il frigorifero e un microonde (oltre al classico bollitore) in camera è stata una piacevole ed utile sorpresa. Per chi come noi arrivava da Gatwick Airport consiglio di prendere l'Easy Bus dell'Easy Jet, lascia a 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel e a 3 minuti dalla metro di West Brompton (prenotatelo prima perché è molto piccolo...circa 20/25 posti).

Niente di particolarmente significativo, solo un po' di problemi a trovare l'hotel all'arrivo, visto che sul sito non è segnalato il numero civico. L'ingresso è in realtà quello dell'hotel Best Western al N.33!

Sa situation géographique est un atout important car l'hotel un peu décentré de la ville mais présente les intérêt de la ville. (Restaurant, magasin, etc) De plus la station de métro a proximité est également important. La chambre est confortable et le personnel sympathique.

Les photos présentées montraient les lieux d'un angle très favorable, la chambre est un peu petite. La moquette n'est pas propre. Le lit est petit (vraiment) La salle de bain est froide car ne présente aucun chauffage. Le bac à douche est cassée, les finitions sont catastrophiques dans la douche. Et enfin, très régulièrement le train ou le métropolitain faisait vibrer bruyamment la chambre. Je suis franc, veuillez m'en excuser.

Çok sami ve içten destek olan, yardımcı olan personele sahip bir otel. Earl's Court metro istasyonuna çok yakınlığı Londra'da her yere rahat ulaşım sağlamaktadır. Otel tamamen dolu olmasına karşın sessizliği ve organizasyon gücü dikkat çekmektedir. Resepsiyon, kat, restoran görevlileri samimi, güler yüzlü ve ilgilidir.

Odalar küçük olmakla birlikte Londra'daki otel standarlarına göre böyle merkezi bir yerde uygundur.
