Distance to MRT
Price, cleanliness Was put in a basement room far from lift/reception Smell of carpets
Really lovely hotel, great location !
Only thing that let it down was the noise level in the morning you could hear every door that was opened and people talking while I was trying to sleep
The mini bar for definite
The menu (room service) was abit over priced
A room at the back of the hotel which wasn't overlooked. The room was quite small but didn't feel claustrophobic largely because of the view. Good sized bathroom
Shaving mirror oocation - I kept bumping my head on it! The approach to the hotel from Earls Court tube involved passing a drunk person peeing himself outside an NHS walk in centre - not attractive.
Newly renovated. Very clean and staff helpful. Good breakfast. Overall, excellent value for central London.
The way leading to the hotel from the Earls Court tube station has a couple homeless people and some parts of the street are filthy.
very kind, helpful and responsive staff, good location, good shower facility and everything was super clean
the ground floor room was a bit hard to reach, we had to get up and down through the first floor before getting to our room, but the staff was very helpful with our luggage
You are on the picadilly line, very handy.
Room and bathroom were lovely
Our room was in the basement and did not have a window. Would have preferred to have some natural daylight
No hassel check in and out Lovely room Enjoyable stay
as a business traveller, hardly no wifi connection in the room is absolutely not acceptable...
Lovely hotel in a great base for site seeing in London. The staff were welcoming and accommodating and the room was clean, comfortable and modern. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose it again.
The location was perfect. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The room was very small and very dark. A small window, with no view and the lighting very poor for a naturally dark room. The heating/air conditioning did not work. It was either too hot or freezing cold.
Nice rooms, location and neighborhood. Friendly hotel that makes you feel like home.
Nice room. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location close to the tube.
Comfortable room Quiet Good value for location Close to train station
This hotel is very well located close to the tube station. Lots of fun pubs and restaurants very near by. WiFi is complimentary. Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. Helpful staff.
Clean large room and facilities
Basement bedroom with no natural light . Can hear everything from the bedroom next door.
Superior double room lovely, spacious and had everything, nice bathroom
Nothing to say, better than we expected as our room was nice
One of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. Easy to use aircon Large and quality shower Polite, attentive staff Quiet enough rooms (some noice but minimal)
Location is Earls Court, not Kensington Very slow lift
room , hot water , tea/ coffee making facilities
Breakfast not brilliant , coffee way too strong .
For London it was quiet enough to get a good nights sleep, easy to travel to and from, ideal for a short stay when all you want is somewhere to sleep after days and nights out .
Why o why do all bathroom fittings have to fail in hotel rooms. Ok it was just the toilet roll holder loose but come on your cleaners see this every day, report it fix it, it's only a small thing but not fixing it makes you look bad.
Good location for working in London. good value for money for London. Checkin and checkout flawless. Able to leave luggage for pickup later. Good quality room with microwave. Restaurant OK for meal, but lots of places local.M&S food close if want to self cater. Tube also close if want to go into central London. I was working in Lewisham and Kingston and both were easily accessible due to close Tube.(Earls Court).
Convenient location Paddington station to catch Heathrow express for elderly parents with limited mobility
Small room very hot and stuffy even with air con on
Location close to everything transport, shops, restaurants. Rooms clean and staff helpful.
Wi Fi terrible in room.
We were in the basement of the hotel, a convoluted path to the room to say the least. It smelled aweful down there. Like raw sewage.
