The road leading to the hotel is directly opposite Earls Court station, and only a 3 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is close to restaurants and bars, as well as fast food joints and a supermarket The hotel has an annexe down the road that it (tries to) puts you in, I paid for a luxury single room and they put me in a basement room with a tiny window that the size of it my pc screen is bigger!! I guess it was to hide the awful street and basement view!! Plus I am sure I could hear the rumble of trains in that room (from earls court station) which is very near. I complained and demanded I be located in the main hotel, but was fed some bull that the hotel was full owing to repairs to 3 floors of the hotel (as if!!-wouldn't make any commercial sense to close 3 floors!). The receptionist then said I could cancel my reservation and he would give me my money back. Which no sane person would as going to another hotel you would have to pay the extortionate rack rate. So I demanded to see the manager, who came took one glance at me, knew that I meant business. Didn't even bother to come over to me or say anything, and merely instructed his pleb of a receptionist to 'upgrade' me, and lo and behold a room was available. Its strange that the room I was then put in was a normal single room, I certainly didn't feel upgraded, there were club rooms on my floor but my room wasn't one of them! The contempt which the hotel has for its guests is incredible, I don't mind pay nor staying in an annexe if this was made clear at the time of booking, but you cannot advertise a luxury single room in a four star hotel, then put guests up in alternative accommodation down the road in 2-3 star level accomodation with absolutely no facilities!! With no offer of an apology nor a discount. Its appalling practice.

Nothing deluxe with this hotel. We first got showed a room in the basement... Lots of rooms in the basement it seemed... We asked for a new room, and that was better (with a window!) Very small rooms, but clean and also the hotel had a good location, near Earls Court subway, and easy to walk around.

On arrival on what was probably the warmest day of the year thus far, the air conditioning in the room we were allocated didn't work and the room was very hot. An attempt was made to fix the problem but was unsuccessful. We had to tell the hotel that we required another rom with working a/c or a move to another hotel. The re-allocated room was satisfactory. We felt that the hotel should have checked the operation of the system as a routine.

The main building is fine, comfortable and clean. The secondary building is terrible and this is where they placed me on my first night. The train, which was just ouside my window, woke me up @ 6:00 am (I checked in at 2:00 am so this was most unpleasent). The amenities, etc do not come close to those in the main building. I complained the following morning and was moved to the main building. I will never stay here again as it appears this is their customary practice and if you do not complain, they will keep you in the seconday building.

Location. It was close to the London tube and walking distance to Albert & Victoria Museum. Charming street with pubs and fast food eating places close by. The reception staff arranged for cab to the event and to the hotel at very reasonable fares. The room was cramped with a smaller than standard size bedroom. The door jammed and we needed to call the front desk for assistance. Around 9pm the tv went out and it was due to maintenance work.

Location is good. Breakfast is good too. Services can be improved. Don't really feel like being welcome when checking in and in the restaurant for breakfast.

nothing good, compare with double charged (after serveral require and confirm with booking site, they admit they made a mistake that everyone charge double on certain day...) How do i put this, the Hotel is really the worst i had ever booked. i choose advance purchase but they made a mistake made us pay twice!!after credit the total amount on midnight of the day we departure (which is the reason i haven't got the chance to check my bank on my way to london), they ask us pay again in frontdesk (have to say one indian with bad attitude toward us). Now to think back which made me even more angry, i want to tell everyone ever plan to set foot in this hotel. The best part is we paid double and what do we get? they led us to a room underground with a fake window, that's right, they tell us no other room availble which i check later online have different result of course, they agreed to change a room for the next three more days, but anyway, image when i look at my bank account after left this hotel to a such beatiful city edinburgh, the nightmare was on and on...they denied they charged double in the first contact, which i have to provide more details info from my side to show them. We were so confident to choose a best western hotel for 4 nights! non-refundable! Big lesson...

Central location The first night we arrived at 1am and we where put in a different building across the road from the hotel. The trains started at 530 am the noise was horrendous we got no sleep at all. This was a very bad decision by the check in desk staff who would be very aware of the noise problems putting us into another building next to the rail line I will never stay in this hotel again and would not recommend it.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. I was put over the road to apparently the extended part of the hotel. It was in room 15 and was situated on the ground floor next to a busy footpath and road, also right next to a loading bay. I was kept up until 2am then woken at 5.30 by the laoding bay. I had to go to an importent meeting the following morning with little as 3.30 sleep. This part of the hotel should not be used and should never class itself as 4star accomodation. I would never use this hotel again

The choice of food for breakfast and the helpfulness of the dining room staff Quality of bedroom. It was described as DeLuxe Double. It was anything but de luxe. Two people could not pass each other without turning sideways. Bed was so close to the wall it was necessary to enter sideways. Even double bed was small.

Staff were excellent. Very welcoming and efficient and were 5 star in their approach. Room was good, although carpet was a bit threadbare in places, but that would be our only negative comment. Will definitely be staying again because of the welcome we received

Very well equipped room-bathroom with cosy ambient; Nice position in a very calm district; Silent; Friendly staff and helpful if needed; Very good value for Money; Room size quite small, but I have no benchmarks vs other hotels in London, so I guess is something in line with city standards;

Comfortable room, great size tv, lovely bathroom, microwave which was handy Reception was stuck up and cold, didn´t like the attitude of some of the staff. Tv wasn´t working at early hours of the morning. We all have to work and I also work night shifts, but still maintain a friendly persona to my patients I have to care for, think this is necessary in all trades of work.

Good Location..near tube thats on all main lines..very clean and comfortable. Staff..costs nothing to be polite and friendly and that makes the experience better for the customer...our custom pays their wages so we should be treated with courtesy.

For the money I paid, the hotel was perfect. I even had a room in the basement and it was fine. It was perfect for one person, it would be too crowded for more than that though. The room was extremely small, but because I was 1 person it was fine. Anymore and it would have been too cramped.

The hotel was very clean bathroom and toielets brand new. The hotel offers many facilities such as wifi, jym and breakfast. Do not stay in the upper floor because apparantley the water flow do not get there! The hotel staff explained to us that they own their own water system and therefore it is very weak in the upper floors. We stayed at floor number 5 and the water flow was terrbile, took us ages to take a shower, which was very disappointing of course. The "Deluxe Double Room" are also very small, we couldnt even open the closet because it was tight to the bed.

It's located in one of my favourite areas of London. Good access to public transport is important when I am on a buisness trip, and I know Best Western will always consider that of equal importance for their customers. The polite staff and the clean communal areas impressed me a lot. I enjoyed the full english breakfast and full selection of newspapers on offer. My room was very comfortable. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Well situated, near to South Kensington and a easy conective underground station (Earls Count, 250 m). The rooms are renovated, with modern baths. The continental breakfast is good and has a good join (£ 11,0). The team is no so fast... If you order a towel, must be waiting for 1 hour. I had order a knife for make up my lugage but I'm still looking for, in Brazil, after 48 hours!!!!! A wireless internet conexion is imperative in times of tablets...

Spacial room, discounts, apples:) Even in the double room there is only one cable for Internet access. What if both people in the room have to have an access to the Internet simultaneously? There was a spider on the ceiling.
