Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast service was excellent. Single room smaller than I expected from the web site. I would have preferred a separate shower. |

A big difference to the last time I stayed. Friendly staff, who made you feel welcome. Was pleased to be upgraded, however the room and especially the bathroom were a lot smaller than the normal room I had on a previous visit! Think you may need to look at the classifications you use for your rooms! |

I have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had a problem but I checked in late on Saturday night to find that they had a problem at the hotel and could not accommodate my stay. Great for a lone woman traveller trying to find alternative accommodation at 10 o clock at night |

Very comfortable, stylishly appointed rooms. Friendly, attentive staff. The room was exceptionally dark in the night which was an unusual and pleasurable experience in London. It was difficult to get round the bed due to the width of the room and the wall mounted tv screen at the foot of the bed. |

The room was comfortable and had a fridge and microwave although the TV didn't work. However that didn't bother us as we were on a sight seeing trip. I didn't like the fact that they took full payment on my Visa when I arrived, and that they wanted security of another £30 in case we had any extras - it was late and we were tired so I agreed but I will not stay there again because of this. Clearly from the Welcome pack they have had bother with guests damaging room property and smoking in the rooms, but as I had no intention of doing either I felt judged before I had stepped through the door. Also there was something in the bathroom that looked like a TV but as it never worked I wouldn't be surprised if it was a security camera. Not going back ever and if I could be bothered I would write to Best Western. |

Staff and service was OK I was sold a Deluxe Single over the internet, and what I got was bunker 2 floors below ground level. Not terribly expensive, but if I had known that the Deluxe Single was below ground level without windows, I would never have booked this hotel. |

The free broadband which was very quick. The hotel overbooked on my first night and I had to be transferred to another hotel. I did however get a free English Breakfast as a result. |

The position is very convenient. The value is OK but the rooms are tiny. The extension around the corner is in a noisy spot so stay in the main hotel. |

Nothing. We paid extra for the deluxe only to be placed in a basement without enough room to swing a cat!!! The smoke alarm/sprinkler was hanging off the ceiling, the rooms were exceptionally dirty, the toilet seats did not fit properly and consequently I have spent my time since trying to realign my vertabrae! The rooms were also very dark, dirty and noisy. The vibrations and noise of the tube further disrupted sleep and comfort. On booking in we were told that our rooms were located in the extension??! The reality was that we were taken across the road to another building (not the one advertised) and placed in the basement. The standard of the hotel is completely misrepresented and ruined our time there. |

The quality of the room was way ahead of what you would normally get for this price. It was a very reasonable size (I had paid a little extra for a single occupancy double room). But be aware that I was put in a seperate building about 75 yards away from the main buidling. I don't like being taken to a room off the main site without being asked first. I had chosen this hotel carefully because it is in a relatively quiet location and the building I was taken to was much closer to the Cromwell Road -although the noise was not a problem in my room. The only niggle I had was that the bathroom, which although well appointed, had some basic maintenance problems...not least the badly cracked toilet bowl. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this hotel. |

The location was excellent We were disappointed with the room that we booked as it was in the lower ground fllor with little natural light and therefore was very dark. We asked for a change of room which was handled well at reception. However, the room was smaller than the original one booked and was quite crampt. |

Nice clean hotel, very near to earls court tube station. Really central to London. Overall good experience except for trying to find the room !! Minor detail - staff at desk checked us in and advised our room was just down the stairs & down the hall. In fact, it was down stairs and down, then up a few floors - it was very hard to find. We had to ask for assistance from another member of staff to find the room. Staff at desk should have shown us to our room or organised some one for us. |
