Staff were very welcoming on arrival. I was upgraded to a club room which was very nice. The hotel is a very short walk to Earls court tube station. The staff were very helpful and nothing seemed to much to ask There is a good choice of places to eat nearby. Although the fitness centre is small with just a handful of cardiovascular machines and some resistance machines it was adequate for a workout. I did not have food here so can't comment on the food. Will stay again if in the area.
There was nothing to dislike.
We had the best time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. We would defenetly stay there again.
We loved everything it was great.
Brilliant location, 2 mins from Earls Court station and easy walking distance to Knightsbridge, Hyde Park etc. Staff very friendly. Room small, but had everything you needed. Would recommend and would use again.
Lovely room except had a burnt smell - room had microwave so assume something had been burnt by previous occupant.
Location and cleanliness. Travelled in my own bit felt fine
Very close to underground. Excellent bathroom and bed. Microwave and fridge in room. Breakfast very good.
Room was full of little lights that kept the room light at night. Had to use clothes to cover some, find switches to turn off others, unplug one and stick a piece of card on the ceiling to cover another. We stay in a lot of hotels and I've never encountered this before. Seriously, If you like a dark room then bring something to stick card (from the notepad on the desk) to the ceiling to cover the worst light.
This is my second stay in this hotel, and I like everything in it. The price is very good as well compared to what you get.
Good value for money
The lift was too slow and the keys kept failing
I loved my stay at the park grand . Have had some bad news about a family member and almost didn't come , but I'm so glad I did it was a fabulous stay and I'm looking forward to staying there again, staff were so nice they even gave me a free upgrade wow how amazing they are.
I like everything about the park grand .
Good central location
An initial problem with the wifi which was quickly sorted. Oddly positioned off switches for bedside lights and no plugs close to bed.
It was friendly and comfortable and close to the tube station.
It was noisy at night, doors banging, just needs some thing to muffle the sound when you close the door. Traffic from the high street could be heard that was with the window closed.
The room is big and clean
Very noisy outside at night
Location was decent
Room was smallest I've ever stayed in during. My many trips to london. Staff not super friendly and room was so inconvenient to get to. Especially with heavy bags the room was a maze to get to and you had to go up and down steps with no elevator access. Not impressed.
Accommodation and service was excellent - room 003. Close to Earls Court Tube. We were in London to see a show at the Royal Albert Hall and this was walkable. We had our evening meal in the Whole Food Market on Kensington High Street, would recommend it.
Needed to ask for more milk but this wa ssoon resolved.
Service. When the tv stopped working, staff were straight onto it.
Pricey, but that's London I suppose!!
Evaluator is too slow
Good location and cozy room
Very comfortable high standard hotel...in a quiet location with easy access to the west end and central london.
fantastic rooms great service gym many restaurants nearby
The staff was really nice and chatty, they made me feel like i was at home.
What i didn't like is i was gave a room where it was really far and it felt like i'm in a dungeon or a basement. as soon as i covered with the sheets my body started to get itchy, and my hands were red , not sure if its clear or just i'm allegric to the type of sheets.
The staff are all really friendly and can't do enough for you from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave and after. They were happy to keep our bags whilst we toured london even after we checked out which was nice to be able to not worry about our belongings and carting big bags about through the crowds.
Great location minutes walk from earls court tube. Very helpful and friendly concierge staff. Room very clean worn modern bathroom.
Room was small ish but fine. There was nothing bad to comment on really
Smallish rooms but it was only for 1 so fine
