my bath plug was broken from the day i arrived and they jsut couldnt get it fixed but really quite a minor issue!

The hotel; was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly very close to Earls court station, lots of places to eat 2 minutes walk away for a mini break or business trip it was perfect

Breakfast staff were excellent

Room was not made up after my first night. I asked the hotel to do this which they agreed to do but didn't. I raised this again with the duty manager who said the manager would be in contact. I had 2 more nights there - ample time for the manager to contact me but he didn't.

Slow lift

staff were very helpful in terms of changing my room from 002 to 11 hotel location is very good.

Room offered in the ground floor 002 was very bad in terms of location and access.

Great comfortable bed and excellent breakfast

Hotel said restaurant would be open after 19th April but on arrival we wanted to book a meal only to be told the restaurant wasn't available. Your advert is misleading. We were told we could bring something in but we didn't have time to go shopping before the play started that we were going to see. The green light in the bedroom over the door disturbed us all night. We were over the front entrance and the closing noise of these doors closing kept us awake throughout the night. Room 106 suffers with the noise of water falling in pipes behind the air conditioning vents.

Convenient for City transport links and to Heathrow Staff attentive but powerless to do more than apologise. And hopefully listen and learn from the first airing of several complaints which will become very, very frequent as the months go by. MEMO to owners: These complaints were serious and should not be taken as UN-important. I test new Hotel refurbishments for the Owners as part of my Consultancy role. You have fallen for the PR of the Architect/Designers and you were unable to supervise the stupidities which have now been replicated in 175 expensively refitted rooms. Live and learn because you arenever going to be able to recover form these basic errors.

Tv ceased to function and could not be fixed. Curtains are very poor quality for 4 Stars. Carpets are fine however. Lighting controls require a training course to operate - or the mandatory attendance of a teen-age person. Design of facilities in bathroom is very, very poor. The Architect/Designer should be made to take a shower and then see why the customer will be upset. Or they could be publicly sponsored for the Worst in UK. The shower taps are impossible to reach without getting wet. The wash-basin is far too high and unless the customer is over 6 feet tall then the basin position is very difficult. For children it would be useless for washing. And for most women in fact, the bathroom is an expensive and efficient device to cause maximum non-returns of customers. The new dining area is soulless and looks more like a starched school dinner room. The Bar is the most unfriendly Bar I have ever seen in my 55 years of international travel The Architect and the designer should be banned from all future commissions. This is a disaster for the Franchisee of so called London Premier Hotels. Best Western are living up to their well-earned reputation as providers of Gloss and varnish as thin coverings for inadequate essentials. Never again. Not in the same league of comfort, design and quality as a genuine Premier Inn. Where I prefer to stay. Irving Scott CA7 1EQ

The size of the room was ideal and location was excellent.

The room was not quite what was expected. two twin beds pushed together instead of a double.

When I booked with Booking.com, I was given a sterling price and an "indicative" euro price. When I came to pay, there was a considerable difference between the indicative euro price and the price (in euro) which I actually had to pay. This was not because of a change in exchange rates over the course of a few days but a charge that was not flagged in the original booking. This makes your "indicative" euro price quite false, I believe, and I hope you do something about it. Your staff at the desk, by the way, had no idea what I was talking about.

Room was small but beautifully appointed. Quiet - no noise from other rooms. Lovely bathroom. All the hotel was very tastefully decorated and very smart.

No Wi Fi in rooms. Bar was very poor - just a few stools at one end of the breakfast room. All the guests were at an Earls Court exhibition, and desperate for a beer at tea-time after a hard day on our feet! But bar not open until 6pm! ....Can't understand the hotel's failure to capitalise on this lucrative revenue!
