Hotel w pięknej dzielnicy,ale pokój dostaliśmy poza głównym budynkiem wielkości małej przyczepy kempingowej ! Bardzo mały pokój ,chałas dochodzący z innych pokoi a w szczególnosci z łazienki . |

Wystrój pokoju sprzyja dłuższym pobytom - nie jest to typowy biały sześcian :-), lokalizacja w londynie bardzo dobra - 2 minuty do Earl's Court Underground Hotel ma problemy z ogrzewaniem / ciepłą wodą - psuje im się boiler lub coś tam :-) Grzejniki w pokojach zapowietrzone a obsługa wciska bajke że to ze względów bezpieczeństwa tylko 1/3 grzejnika jest ciepła :-). Standardowo jak to w starszym hotelu - problemy z kanalizacja - pozatykane odpływy z wanny i umywalki. Internet wprawdzie darmowy ale jakość beznadziejna.. |

wystrój pokoju bardzo przyjemny...szkoda ze za taką cenę taki mały pokój - zdjęcie nie oddaje rzeczywistości. Dobry obiektyw:) stosunek wielkości pokoju do ceny...zdecydowana przesada - ale i tak nie jest źle w porównaniu z innymi hotelami |

Location was excellent being a 2 min walk from Earl's Court tube station, price was fair compared to theres in the area. Staff need to smile more, food was rubbish and room was tiny with no view. |

Location was great, we got upgraded to a Club Room which was very nice. Staff friendly and great cheap deal. Didn't bother with breakfast, chose cheaper option of eating out instead. |

The location to the tube It took 2 phone calls to reception and 30min wait for towels and no one seemed too worried when I reported a rat running around the corridors. Also the layout of the basement and ground floor rooms are confusing, easy to get a little lost. |

Convenience - a number of great restaurants, take aways and supermarkets. Also the tube was very close by - a nice, quiet location. The room itself was quite small, like everything was cramped in and not enought space to move around, I left the hotel with 4 bruises on my legs from walking into the bed and cupboards!! |

Booked deluxe double. Extremely comfortable and very close to Earls Court underground. Spotlessly clean and reception staff very pleasant and efficient. We paid £75 for our one night stay and was more than pleased. |

The location is excellent, and staff very friendly. We stay before and had room 305 which i requsted again as was a special occasion for me and my girlfriend,we got room 105 which was very nice but too small, struggle for two people to move around it,got annoying in the end.shame. |

Free Internet connection (but no Wi-Fi), tea-making facilities, as well as tea and biscuits. My "deluxe room" was in the basement---quite cold, especially in the bathroom---impossible to stand on the floor without slippers (had to buy ones). |

The place is near to Earl's court underground station.tha staff are knid and cooperative.. The room is clean and good cleaning service. The design of the stairs ,you need to walk down stairs in a narrow steps.... |

It was close to where I was working the following day The bed was the narrowest single bed I have every seen and needed to be to get in the small room! Also in the middle of the night I went to the bathroom, as I turned the light on to find a cockroach running across the floor!!!!! |

Good location very close to Earl Court station which is easy to get from most underground lines, lovely looking hotel inside and out, bar/restuarant looked nice but we didn't use it. Staff friendly, good rates, very clean. Room had damage to the wall and a sensor by the air con ,stuck to the ceiling with silver gaffer tape, looked unproffesional, the tv was faulty as the picture continually went from light to dark and room was like a sauna with air con going no lower than 18 degrees and no window as put in a basement room, but it was cheap |

It was very convenient for Earls Court Underground. It was situated in a quiet road The room was smaller than I expected and in the evening the staff were sometimes absent in the bar |

Staff were helpful , room wonderfully clean and quiet. Breakfast fare was well cooked, with lots of choice. Each time I have stayed here, the breakfast table always had something missing, like a spoon, a cup and saucer, etc I had to ask for replenishment, or steal from another table. This lack has been consistent over four visits. It is the only drawback. |

The room was very nice. We ordered a taxi via reception, obviously someone they use frequently and we were ripped off. The cost was a fixed price to take us a short way and cost £12 whereas a black cab cost us £6 for the same journey back. If the hotel are giving business to a regualr cab firm they should check that they are giving good value for money or else start using another firm. I cannot however blame the hotel reception staff for the actions of another firm. The hotel location is quite rough. |
