jedynie polska obsługa była na tyle przytomna, aby mój pobyt nie okazał się totalną katastrofą i nareszcie na trzeciej zmianie obsługi recepcji udało mi się dostać poprawnie wystawioną fakturę

beznadziejne śniadanie - serwis poniżej wszelkiej krytyki, jedzenie kiepskie jednak świeże a cena jak w niezłej restauracji za 18 funtów można niedaleko zjeść obiad
w pokojach głośno - teraz w głównym budynku mają remont, więc część pokoi jest w innym budynku- brak klimatyzacji w budynku a w pokojach szwankuje i było zimno.

It is well situated - The room had every amenity - including Internet access - Iron & Board -Bar Fridge - |Microwave oven - Large flat screen TV- Comfortable room - Full bathroom & Shower - Very clean and tastfully furnished - Staff friendly and efficient - They certainly deserve their 4 star status

It was close to the venue I needed to get to. Hotel was lovely and staff were very helpful

We were in London for a Conference. Excellent hotel for ease of travel to the sights in central London. Friendly, very clean, excellent food and facilities. Hotel rooms quiet at all times.

lovely room,staff & very close to Earls Court Tube St.....bakers oven at bottom on street, much better for breakfast time. held baggage til transport left!

i was very happy with the price i paid but would not have been happy to pay the £400/night as advertised in hotel. Breakfasts expensive!

the staff were helpfull and the room was very nice, if a little on the cosy side. good tube access and good surrounding area.

the t.v reception was poor and so was the selection of channels. the bathroom had a t.v in it, but i did not get to enjoy it.

It was very very clean and ensuite was beautiful, it had everything you would want in the room including fridge, reasonbly priced.

The room was very small, for a 4 star hotel I would expect a much larger room with a kingsize bed, it seemed to me that it was a 4 foot bed and there was such little room we kept hitting our feet on the corners of the timber frame. While everything was provided in the room there wasn't enough room to use things comfortably like table and chair and ironing board.
