Hotel w pięknej dzielnicy,ale pokój dostaliśmy poza głównym budynkiem wielkości małej przyczepy kempingowej !

Bardzo mały pokój ,chałas dochodzący z innych pokoi a w szczególnosci z łazienki .

Good location very close to Earl Court station which is easy to get from most underground lines, lovely looking hotel inside and out, bar/restuarant looked nice but we didn't use it. Staff friendly, good rates, very clean.

Room had damage to the wall and a sensor by the air con ,stuck to the ceiling with silver gaffer tape, looked unproffesional, the tv was faulty as the picture continually went from light to dark and room was like a sauna with air con going no lower than 18 degrees and no window as put in a basement room, but it was cheap

The staff tried to give me a basement room when I had booked a deluxe double. The receptionist was very unpolite and kept answering to my demands while on the phone with someone else, checking stuff on the pc. On the whole staff was quite unpleasant towards all guests, as I witnessed.

The location of the hotel is OK.

We stayed in a room in the basement with two small ceiling windows. We prefer a 'normal' room with 'normal' windows.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind and pleasant

The room had no window, I was changed to a room with a window but half the quality and for the same price. When I was changed rooms, I found a bottle of wine half empty in the middle of the room and the bed was not done properly.I Was offered a free glass of wine which I found totally ironic and was changed to a free breakfast.

i liked the room as it was a cosy size, not too small but rather liveable. the tv was a good size aswell

i did not particularly like being placed in a room which was in the basement as it was far too dark and there was a window but no light as it was not a real window. Also i had read reviews about the basement rooms and predicted that i would end up being given one as i was with my boyfriend and we were a young couple only staying for one night. it almost felt as if we were being considered not good enough to stay in one of the upper floor rooms as the man on the desk was not very friendly to us either. Another thing, the tv just froze on us and would not turn off so i had to sleep with the light from the tv shining in my face meaning i was in and out of sleep the entire night

I was glad that the hotel was bought online I would never pay your room rates.

Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful and never saw any smile. Room internet did not work

first room was sort of a cellar room with heating constantly on, very hot in room. We requested to change rooms and were offered a nice room on the third floor, rooms are tiny, but that's london

I liked the good location-close to the tube! the staff was very helpful and nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. the price was very good for the standard of the hotel!!

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast service was excellent.

Single room smaller than I expected from the web site. I would have preferred a separate shower.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had a problem but I checked in late on Saturday night to find that they had a problem at the hotel and could not accommodate my stay. Great for a lone woman traveller trying to find alternative accommodation at 10 o clock at night
