Localização. Quarto confortável. Melhorar zona de recepção. Aumentar os canais de TV e verificar o acesso à internet nos quartos ( não estava a funcionar ). |

Localização. O quarto era francamente pequeno mas muito confortável e bem equipado. Fiquei no 5º andar que é ligeiramente recuado. Nos pisos inferiores calculo que os quartos sejam maiores. Bom plasma. Diversificar os canais televisivos. Só contei 6 todos ingleses. O televisor merece mais e os clientes também. |

Location is a strong point, 50 meters from the tube in a nice area of London.
Rooms are very small, nice and comfortable but small.

We were in London for a Conference. Excellent hotel for ease of travel to the sights in central London. Friendly, very clean, excellent food and facilities. Hotel rooms quiet at all times. No complaints. |

lovely room,staff & very close to Earls Court Tube St.....bakers oven at bottom on street, much better for breakfast time. held baggage til transport left! i was very happy with the price i paid but would not have been happy to pay the £400/night as advertised in hotel. Breakfasts expensive! |

The close availability of restaurants, the tube and bus lines Our room had a skylight which was nice but the shade over it could not be closed so the early morning light woke us up. |

The standard of the rooms was high with excellent facilities - iron, dressing gowns, hairdryer, large plasma TV's with internet access. As a larger party, the hotel worked hard to locate the group together. |

the staff were helpfull and the room was very nice, if a little on the cosy side. good tube access and good surrounding area. the t.v reception was poor and so was the selection of channels. the bathroom had a t.v in it, but i did not get to enjoy it. |

It was very very clean and ensuite was beautiful, it had everything you would want in the room including fridge, reasonbly priced. The room was very small, for a 4 star hotel I would expect a much larger room with a kingsize bed, it seemed to me that it was a 4 foot bed and there was such little room we kept hitting our feet on the corners of the timber frame. While everything was provided in the room there wasn't enough room to use things comfortably like table and chair and ironing board. |
