200 m från Earls Court tube station som har Picadilly line direkt från Heathrow, nära bra resturanger Rummet kunde varit något större men för London så är det ändå bra. |

Enkelt med in och utcheckning. Rent och snyggt på hotellet. Ett mycket bra läge. Rummet var lite för litet och så saknade jag fönster i rummet. |

Små men rena rum. Fräscht och fin restaurang. Däremot var servicen och bemötandet mindre bra i restaurangen. Ex de slängde kvarglömda barntillbehör vid frukost. Kocken var mindre tillmötesgående vid ett enkelt tillägg. Kanske en mindre bara dag :-) |

The Shaftesbury Kensington var ett mycket trevligt hotell. Hotellet har ett bra läge på en lugn bakgata och det är bara 150 meter till tunnelbanestationen Earl's Court (4 stopp till centrum och man slipper till Heathrow på samma linje). Det var många som klagade över att rummen var små bland kundrecensionerna men så upplevde inte vi fallet. Vi bodde i ett dubbelrum. Vi har inget att klaga på över detta hotell. |

Vi fick först ett rum längst ner men blev uppgraderade den andra dagen till ett bättre rum högst upp. de var väldigt tillmötegående! det första rummet var fuktskadat |

Otroligt krångligt att betala hotellet. Vi försökte med en faktura i förväg men det verkar omöjligt. Rörigt i lobbyn. |

Location was excellent being a 2 min walk from Earl's Court tube station, price was fair compared to theres in the area. Staff need to smile more, food was rubbish and room was tiny with no view. |

Location was great, we got upgraded to a Club Room which was very nice. Staff friendly and great cheap deal. Didn't bother with breakfast, chose cheaper option of eating out instead. |

The location to the tube It took 2 phone calls to reception and 30min wait for towels and no one seemed too worried when I reported a rat running around the corridors. Also the layout of the basement and ground floor rooms are confusing, easy to get a little lost. |

Convenience - a number of great restaurants, take aways and supermarkets. Also the tube was very close by - a nice, quiet location. The room itself was quite small, like everything was cramped in and not enought space to move around, I left the hotel with 4 bruises on my legs from walking into the bed and cupboards!! |

Booked deluxe double. Extremely comfortable and very close to Earls Court underground. Spotlessly clean and reception staff very pleasant and efficient. We paid £75 for our one night stay and was more than pleased. |

The location is excellent, and staff very friendly. We stay before and had room 305 which i requsted again as was a special occasion for me and my girlfriend,we got room 105 which was very nice but too small, struggle for two people to move around it,got annoying in the end.shame. |

Free Internet connection (but no Wi-Fi), tea-making facilities, as well as tea and biscuits. My "deluxe room" was in the basement---quite cold, especially in the bathroom---impossible to stand on the floor without slippers (had to buy ones). |

The place is near to Earl's court underground station.tha staff are knid and cooperative.. The room is clean and good cleaning service. The design of the stairs ,you need to walk down stairs in a narrow steps.... |

It was close to where I was working the following day The bed was the narrowest single bed I have every seen and needed to be to get in the small room! Also in the middle of the night I went to the bathroom, as I turned the light on to find a cockroach running across the floor!!!!! |

Good location very close to Earl Court station which is easy to get from most underground lines, lovely looking hotel inside and out, bar/restuarant looked nice but we didn't use it. Staff friendly, good rates, very clean. Room had damage to the wall and a sensor by the air con ,stuck to the ceiling with silver gaffer tape, looked unproffesional, the tv was faulty as the picture continually went from light to dark and room was like a sauna with air con going no lower than 18 degrees and no window as put in a basement room, but it was cheap |
