Kensington Town House

Μου άρεσε η εξυπηρετικότητα και η ευγένεια του προσωπικού και το γεγονός ότι το ξενοδοχείο βρισκόταν σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση από έναν κεντρικό σταθμό του μετρό.

Τα υδραυλικά του, σε ένα από τα τρία δωμάτια όπου διαμείναμε η παροχή νερού ήταν κάκιστη. Την ευρυχωρία των δωματίων του, όλα τα δωμάτια που επισκεπτήκαμε ήταν εντυπωσιακά στενόχωρα με άχρηστα διακοσμητικά έπιπλα και με ανεπαρκή χώρο, ακόμα και για να ανοίξει κανείς την πόρτα του μπάνιου, πόσο μάλλον να τακτοποιήσει τις αποσκευές του ή να κινηθεί άνετα.

Καθαριότητα μοκέττας και κλινοσκεπασμάτων. Ντουσιέρα χωρίς πόρτα.

Room had a functioning air conditioner. (Good thing, too, since the window either could not be opened or was too heavy and badly balanced for a person of average strength to open it.) Light-weight blanket on bed was right for the interior temperature, and a heavier blanket was available in the wardrobe. I liked the dim-able ceiling light in the entry, which I could leave on overnight and not need to leave the bathroom light on. Tea and coffee facilities were generous.

There was no way to support the hand-held shower head, to allow an actual shower. You either clutched it in your hand or let it drop to the floor. The soap dish part of the shower appliance fell off when you touched it. The can lights in the bathroom ceiling cast shadows that made it impossible to see one's face adequately in the mirror. The remote for the television did not function properly, nor could I operate the TV from the controls on the unit itself. (I did not contact the front desk for assistance on this.) The room was so close to the above-ground subway tracks that I heard every train on the Piccadilly line and the District line all night and from 5AM the next morning.

I liked the location as it was close to all amenities and very central, the staff were polite and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The room was small but it was perfect good for a lone traveller like myself.

Yes... The room was very tiny, no room even for the second suitcase. Air conditioning not working, very hot and noisy. And the window was not acoustic, very hard to sleep due to the underground noise. At our third night, thy didn't replace our coffee nor washed the dishes...

Wouldn't know - was asked to pay for our rooms then were told we were being transferred without good reason to a location far from our ultimate destination, incurring £27 worth of taxi fairs

Lots of people were complaining about the size of the rooms, I would recomment that you do not deal with this hotel as you're company will get a bad reputation

The bed was comfortable. Other than that the bathroom was small. The wallpaper was coming off the wall, due to damp, and it was black and moldy. The lamps didn't work, although they did look nice.

The kettle did not work and the cooked breakfast was not very warm even at the start of breakfast at 7 am

Friendly and curtious staff and really nice choice for breakfast. Bed very comfortable.

TV in bedroom, although did not spoil weekend, the picture quality for news channel and others was poor.
