The staff were very friendly and there to help and make your stay a good one, very clean throughout and breakfast very nice and plentifull
Rooms a bit on the small side, I refer to ours as I never saw other rooms, but never spoilt our stay
Location Cleanliness Friendliness of staff
Bed was a bit too squishy
Location Cleanliness Staff
This hotel has a 2 or 3* reception, with only a very small seating area and no bar, however the rooms are 5* complete with 32" flat screen TV.A few steps from the hotel brings you on to Cromwell Street, turn right and take an afternoon stroll to the Oxford and Regent street area.of London.
Don't be even 5 minutes late for breakfast,as the hotel has no flexibility policy in this regard.
Clean tidy needs refurbishment. Curtains down on one side and chair very, very well used and uncomfortable. Could not see TV from bed. Seemed that members of staff on same floor and came in late and/or went out early. Saw them in the uniform so presumed they were staff.
Shower was scorching hot and although they got someone to look at it, it was no better. Smell when you entered the stairwell for breakfast. Put me off eating. The fact that I was in a separate building. Felt a bit insecure. Some of the staff did not have a very good command of English. The porter who showed me to the room especially, and he could give me no details about the hotel, not even what time breakfast was served.
Nice looking hotel
Hard pillows, trains shake the building and its like sleeping in a train station
Quite, calm and very well presented place to stay. Stayed in a small and pleasant single room and although it is small it is very comfortable.
No fridge in the room and I have stayed in just as good hotels in the area with breakfast included for the same price.
Location - a couple of minutes walk from Earl's court tube. Tube - if with bulky baggage, the tube to and fro Heathrow are with lifts, i.e. no carrying up or down stairs. Clean. Airconditioning. Amenities - hairdryer, ironing board, ref.
Bathroom is cramped - they should change the swinging doors to sliding or barn type doors. You have to maneuver around the door to reach the sink because the door's edge, when open, touches the bathtub and blocks access to the sink :( No rack to place luggage on except the floor.
Close to train station and shops
Being a very hot week for London the hotel didn't have sufficient ways to cope with the heat the fridge wasn't even cold ( I had to go to the shops often to get cold drinks) most of the time the aircondioning didn't work when I spoke to the staff they said it needed gasing nothing the could do till the next day !! Also hotel doesn't have wifi in the rooms . Having to go to the lobby all the time was very anoying
Location is excellent. Staff very friendly and efficient. Clean.
Small rooms but okay for a short stay.
The room was tired and the bathroom so small that it was hard to get into the bath and because they couldn't install a large shower screen due the size,so the pressure of water had been turned down so that you won't flood the bathroom
NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING I recommend no one to go
rats and mice in the room very very small room no fridge no internet changed our room 3 times ac are not working every day no good supply of water
very unhelpful staff, asked to call a taxi and rang one cab firm and said they had no cab, then told me she didn't know any more cab company's and I would have to find one myself!! Very poor I taugh,
Easy access to transport
Right next to tube line so very noisy. Tv signal was below par and no spoon to stir tea in the morning
2 minutes from Earls Court tube Good restaurants close by Air conditioning
No mattress covers Noise from trains at back of hotel
Clean and comfortable in a good location, close to Earls Court Tube Breakfast
Rooms were minute Lousy shower pressure Wi-fi only in lobby Internet in rooms via cable, didn't work
Great location with easy access to shops, underground and sites to see. Hyde Park just a stones throw away. Staff were so helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend this to anyone else.
The entrance to the executive rooms.
Frequent breakdown of the elevator. I am yet to get refund of the deposit i paid.
Location is very good.
the room is very small
Great helpful and happy staff. Fantastic location close to tube station and shops. Rooms well appointed and stocked daily which was great.
Rooms a little on the small side.
Staff were so good and friendly Hotel was neat Very good service and helpful staff
The way booking handled my reservation.. Too many issues and mistakes but booking did their best to fix it and they did so I thank them and respect them to the max
Convenient location, quiet, lovely room 50m from reception, good breakfast, 24/7 helpful staff
No Wifi in room, long way to reception, door key needed remagnetising twice, once at 2.30am
Very good location and helpful staff. The room is newly refurbished.
'Too small' is my overall impression. Very narrow corridor. The lift is too small for two persons with luggage. Inside the room, one of us had to sit in bed to make room for the other person to move. I'll only recommend it to backpackers but definitely not families or business persons.
Location Room Cleanliness Air Con
Room was very small Railway line running across the back of the room was very noisy.
