the breakfast was great
no wifi in bedrooms
Service was terrible, was moved rooms at 1am in the morning. Extremely loud train noise in the room. TV not working
We liked the room, staff and breakfast. Good value for your money, plus a good location.
There wasnt anything not to like as it had everything you needed.
The bedrooms are in a building 150 yards down the rd the tub keeps you awake at night the free wifi cables won't fit an iPad and the rooms are freezing cold
The en-suite smelling of sewage
The breakfast was excellent!!!
Very very small room, iits clean but blankets is old and poor.Wc door is next to bed.Subway passes by the hotel and is heard in the rooms from 5.30 a.m. till 24.00 p.m Brekfast is not in the same hotel.
Location was great breakfast was excellent, staff were nice, all in all very good stay , you get what you pay for
Room bit on the small side but for £88. I certainly can't grumble , the room was very hot n couldn't get the air con to work properly but they may have been me
good location for travel and eating
queue's at breakfast
Good Location, friendly staff, comfortable bed.. unfortunately these are the only plus points for this hotel
Requested upper floor but given ground floor; unable to sleep due to noise of tube trains; damp, smelly room; shower head clogged; if you posses a left arm then you can't sit on toilet as it's against the wall; room so small had to move bed to open bathroom door; numerous bulbs not working; in need of serious renovation
Hotel was in a great location for attractions around london both tube and walking distance rooms were pleasant and staff very helpful
No wifi in rooms only in lobby areas though knew at point of booking so expected on arrival
The first night we were given a room on the rail tracks which was noisy and quite cramped! But they were very accommodating and moved us the second day to a different building and a very nice room. The staff was courteous and friendly. We would recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again.
Our first night in our room on the rail tracks!! Awful!
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and warm. Very little noise.
Accepting that you pay for what you get nevertheless in a deluxe double room I would expect to be able to at least walk around the bed. This room was so small only one person could stand up at a time and you had to climb over the bed to get to the far side of it.
Staff were courteous and efficient, room quiet and clean, if small, and the hotel has an excellent location. Thoroughly recommended.
We did not might going across the road for breakfast which was an excellent buffet. Only downside no WiFi in room.
It is close to Earls Court station, which is its only plus.
Just a tiny little broom closet, with a lumpy bed. Noisy. Very impatient and indifferent staff.
Convenient location due to proximity to Earl's Court Underground and excellent links to centre of London and on same line as Heathrow airport.
Small rooms and only cable connection to wifi in rooms. Breakfast service started relatively late for a city hotel and there was not enough tables so long waiting time to be seated.
I was so pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. For the price it was amazing. I had a single room on 3rd floor which was adequately roomy, the bath/shower room was clean and modern and well equipped and the bed was very clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and the full English breakfast (included in the price) with many choices, was one of the best I have ever had. The hotel is only 300 metres from Earls Court station.
No wi-if in bedroom !
Size of the single room
The bed was very comfy!
Nice decor in the room
Room was next to the tube line and even through triple glazed windows, it was very loud. Sheets were dirty and the duvet was just a sheet and a blanket.
We asked for quiet rooms and were put at the back - on top of the tube line - so not only did we have trains rumbling past the window every 2 minutes but the room shook. The walls were damp and wallpaper peeling off. The downstairs rooms are effectively basement rooms which isn't ideal and breakfast was served in the hotel opposite. Over promised and under delivered on all scores. Need to be more honest.
The Location is excellent, very close to London's main attractions and very easy to reach them with public transportation (underground). The room was quite spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast had a selcetion of bread, pastries and fresh fruit. Staff was helpful and kind.
My room was located in a lower ground with a tiny window, threfore very dark but the main problem was the noise coming from above. A person who has sleeping problems should not book a room like that. The bathroom was very small, without windows and in need of renovation. Bad smell coming out of the pipes and the ventilator was extremely loud. The Restaurant was located in another Hotel across the street. No Internet at the room, only in the Lobby.
Great location; friendly staff; clean; luxury rooms - very good value for money.
No warm water on one morning; bathroom had a strange odour - neither bothered us too much.
The bed that is all.
Tidy bedroom but we were moved. Un clean bathroom. Tatty furniture. Heavy doors Fittings and finishing poor e.g lift buttons missing, screws missing in lamp fitting. No hot water in the first room.
