Score from 1754 reviews Very good
good location. friendly staff. good value for money.
poor lighting in room. poor water pressure in the shower. no wifi internet except in the reception.
Good location. Plenty of places to have breakfast other than at hotel. Comfortable bed.
Had to move room after 1st night as felt trains were running though it. Got a much better room, small but adequate for the remaining 3 nights stay.
Close to tube station close to Covent Garden , clean and reasonably priced
Room a bit small as I was in the eve on the very top floor.
small room in the basement without windows.
Convenience for business (near Olympia)
No car park
I appreciate the Duty Manager, Mr. Naveen Kumar, who was exceptional in providing personal care.
Everything: nobody to clean, none to attend our needs, no WiFi, congested room, very bad breakfast etc. etc...
Due to the uncomfortable, dirty and stuff of the first room, I was upgraded to the executive apartments that is located at the end of the street. Extremely quiet and cleaner than the previous. Staff were quick to deal with any issue and very polite.
Don't book a single room it's not worth the money. The room I had been given to start with was too small, uncomfortable and quite dirty and noisy.
It was a nice hotel in a good area, really close to Earls Court tube station. On arrival we were greated by very friendly staff and were given help to our room with our bags. Room was clean and there was a decent shower.
The bed in our room was very very soft and quite small for two people, even by London standards. The place needs a little TLC. Decor is a little shabby and a few little things need fixing.
Location, near Tube station and lots of restaurants and shopping facilities around
Room - lights not working; air conditioner unit not working; was given fan as an alternative; unwilling to change room to one with working order despite there were still many available; after much insistent, they agreed to change room Staff - unfriendly staff, no smile at all, arguing all the times Wifi - out of order all the times, need to go to nearby associate hotel for internet
Great value for money. Terrific position right next to Earls Court station. Great breakfast room & food. Helpful staff
Very tiny rooms
Nothing except it was handy to the railway station.
We stayed in room 201. It was difficult to get into the room which was extremely small. We had just 6 inches between the wardrobe and the bed making it very diffficult indeed to get in. I struggled to lift the heavy bed aside enough to get into the wardrobe which was tiny. I had to take an ironing board out in order to get our clothes in. The hangers were at the wrong angle . The bathroom was through two heavy doors with a kind of landing in between. When the second door was open one couldn't reach the light switch. The bathroom was ridiculously small. When standing at the sink ones leggs were hard against the toilet. By struggling past these two obsticals one reached a tiny shower. My wife just about managed to use it.. I couldn't! The sink was blocked so that the dirty water wouldn't flow away properly. The room was adjacent to the railway line. With trains operating after midnight and again from abour 5 am it was almost impossible to sleep. If one used the television one couldn't hear it due to the train noise. I could go on even more but it is just not woth it! We didn't eat at the hotel as we were bothered that as the rooms were so bad it was probably just as bad in the dining room. We will never know! We will never use this hotel again nor will we use the firm that booked it for us. Superior room! What a laugh!
Hotet was clean , staff were helpful well situated for our needs which was visiting family off earls court road .
Noise from the tube, small bathroom, being in a room in the basement.
Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Perfect location, just 3 minutes walk from Earls Court tube station and the high street. i didn't dine in the hotel so can't comment on food / drink offering.
My room over-looked the busy tube line, trains trundling by every few minutes. Didn't bother me that much, however not all guests may be able to handle the noise & distraction.
Perfect location for sightseeing Surrounded by lovely restaurants Very close to underground Delicious breakfast
Need more tables in breakfast room Shower too small No mattress cover
Well the stay overall was good the hotel was clean and comfortable but this is the park grand hotel which is the one in the pictures the London premier is the sister hotel with minimal facilities and so we upgraded which was for 300 pounds for our 12 day stay the staff was wonderful very helpful in both hotels to be honest
I did not like their payment upfront policy it is unheard of for me and my family. It was relatively inconvenient, the original room was really small and in the basement so it was not the best stay we upgraded to the sister hotel which seemed more suitable I don't like that the pictures of the hotel are for the park grand and not the London premier Kensington it is very confusing.
The location, 3 min walk from Earl's court station
The noise: the room was just above the railway lines. You just couldn't sleep after 5.30 am. The whole room was shaking. The room was incredibly tiny. No wifi access in the room.
The staff were very friendly and there to help and make your stay a good one, very clean throughout and breakfast very nice and plentifull
Rooms a bit on the small side, I refer to ours as I never saw other rooms, but never spoilt our stay
Location Cleanliness Friendliness of staff
Bed was a bit too squishy
Location Cleanliness Staff
This hotel has a 2 or 3* reception, with only a very small seating area and no bar, however the rooms are 5* complete with 32" flat screen TV.A few steps from the hotel brings you on to Cromwell Street, turn right and take an afternoon stroll to the Oxford and Regent street area.of London.
Don't be even 5 minutes late for breakfast,as the hotel has no flexibility policy in this regard.
Clean tidy needs refurbishment. Curtains down on one side and chair very, very well used and uncomfortable. Could not see TV from bed. Seemed that members of staff on same floor and came in late and/or went out early. Saw them in the uniform so presumed they were staff.
Shower was scorching hot and although they got someone to look at it, it was no better. Smell when you entered the stairwell for breakfast. Put me off eating. The fact that I was in a separate building. Felt a bit insecure. Some of the staff did not have a very good command of English. The porter who showed me to the room especially, and he could give me no details about the hotel, not even what time breakfast was served.
The location was decent, as it was near Earl's Court tube station.
The room smelled like sewage to the point that it was impossible to stay. When we were moved to another room, it smelled like tobacco, even though it was supposedly smoke-free. The room was cramped and dirty (the pictures were very misleading), and bed was extremely uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend that visitors find accommodation elsewhere.
The breakfast was ok
The trains rattling by all the time. The noise of flushing toilets sounded like the water was coming down the walls in the room. Too noisy. Asked for a 7 30am wake up call which I'm still waiting for. Missed an interview because of that. The room was like a shoe box. Pigeons trying to get in the window which was covered in droppings
Location and staff. Smell from shower drain was putrid and I asked for another room. Attended to quickly and moved to a room which did not smell bad albeit somewhat smaller.
Smell in shower.
Nice looking hotel
Hard pillows, trains shake the building and its like sleeping in a train station
