No wifi except in small foyer noisy train line behind no cooling very hot room terrible sleep
The hotel' location is very good
The room is very small so the quality of sleep is frustrating
Proximity to the underground entrance
the underground was open to the sky out of our bedroom window, very noisy
CERTALISED LOCATION NEAR THE UNDERGROUND AND EATING PLACES
NO CAR PARKING EVEN TO UNLOAD THE LUGGAGES.Telephhones not clear.Room too compact.Mattress not comfortable
The breakfast was very good-tasty.
Possible problem with drainage as terrible odour present on ground level. Sink covered with shaved hairs therefore had not been cleaned. Bird droppings covering the whole of the window!
liked bed, breakfast and bathroom
lack of tables at breakfast, price for room and no free wi fi in room
Breakfast was good
Room tiny. Air conditioning very very noisy so could not sleep. Ok but pretty expensive for what it is.
Close to Earl's Court Tube Station which is on three main lines - Circle, District, and Picadilly. Fantastic English breakfast which goes to 10:30am on weekends. Barkley's bank around the corner and a McDonald's for late night snacks. Free wifi in the lobby and LAN in the rooms if you have a laptop.
My room had the rail tracks right outside so it was noisy until the Tube stops after midnight. Room was tiny but very clean. No safe in rooms.
Location, building and room plus breakfast were all good.
No WiFi connection in my room (not disclosed at time of booking) and poor TV reception
Me and my partner stayed at this hotel as we needed somewhere close to the hospital after having a minor operation so we were really looking forward to watching tv - when we turned the tv on every Chanel was blurred we called reception who sent the manager up an he said he could not do anything!! We popped out to the shop and when we came back to the room the carpet had been shampood and was soaking wet????
Rooms very small and stuffy
Bathroom smelled of drains. Train noise incessant.
Breakfast was good and staff very good. The water in the shower was very hot and plentiful.
Hotel sign is small and difficult to spot. Generally quite noisy in the night from other guests and clunking doors. The mattress was lumpy with creaky springs! The room was also smaller than imagined.
Really close to earls court station, supermarket, pub, kfc, mc donald
Really noisy... NEXT to the metro so you can not sleep. You will hear it allllll night long.. terrible. -Deluxe room??? Soooo tiny..small... if you are a slim couple you can manage... but if you are a little big bigger... you cannot turn around. shower is terrible for long people elevator till the 3th floor only small breakfast room Not worth the money
Nothing. Don't recomend.
Small, tiny, claustrofobic room. Soaking Wet carpet. No information on the front desk about parking, we got toad and they didn't even care!!!!!!!
Friendly and breakfast also price.
Location really should have been described as Earls Court Room was very small.
Given an uncleaned room with used bedlinen and towels, complained, was moved to another room which was already occupied, moved again. Bedroom claustrophobically small, impossible to access bathroom if someone was sitting on bed. Wardrobe space 6" depth.
Close to underground. Breakfast
Room was not properly made up, sheets instead of duvet covers no small towels only bath towels Bathroom very small room itself small and smelt damp.
Tiny rooms that you can't swing a cat in. Rooms are so hot like a sauna. Very noisy traffic going by so you cannot sleep. Very bad value for such poor accomodation.
Location is good and if you manage to get a room facing the street, then you're fine. Room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Also the staff was excellent, very professional. They changed my room no questions asked.
First they tried to put me in the room on the side of the train tracks. The window was tiny, like a hole. And the room itself was horrible, so avoid that side. I asked for a different room. Also, you get wifi only at reception office.
Staff were very nice and co_operative especially the Egyptian staff Mohamed. Hotel is very near to the tube station. Reakfast service and staff were very good.
Rooms were so small .
Staff very friendly, great English breakfast.
Shower water very very very small. Almost can't shower. And no wifi in room
The room was refurbished and very nice.
Housekeeping would enter the room without knocking or announcement. Someone came into my room early one morning which woke me up, then left. Rooms are then checked a second time by staff each day. Too much
breakfast was best bit
everything else. will never go back here. definitely not value for money. horrible rooms. hotel needs some serious updating.
