Windows is not possible to open. Conditioner is broken (only as ventilator) All items are old. There are blood-sicking bugs in the bed. Very bad.

Clean and comfortable. Good location. The shower had so little power it was like trying to wash under a leaking tap!

On arrival we were checked in promptly by a very polite gentleman. We were advised that we would be staying in their sister hotel across the road. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. The location was second to none, just 2 mins walk from earls court tube station. Excellent

Close to underground. Easy to find. Room pleasantly comfortable. Basic reception area and facilities. Very poor aerial/TV reception made it virtually impossible to watch TV when I wanted to.

Rooms are cramped and claustrophobic. The hotel backs on to a railway line so if you are unfortunate enough to have a room that side of the building the trains, which are seriously noisy, keep you awake until 3am then start again at 5pm. No sleep!

The location is really good, because it very well connected. The subway line is one way whiout transfers to picadilly, the big ben, or the portobello market. It has places to eat nearby The room is big enough Wifi is only available at the lobby area (wired connection is availabe, but no way to connect an ipad with that) No toothpaste in the bathrroom

Because several rooms were flooded I had to be moved to another hotel several miles away in Bayswater. This was unavoidable but inconvenient. The staff were efficient in arranging taxis etc but were obviously very harassed and preoccupied. The hotel I was moved to was fine although my room was minuscule!

Very nice Staff! My 6th time in London in the last 5 years, but the 1st hotel where they kept what they were promising! Very nice rooms, not only on the photos! Although the hotel was nearly full, it was very quiet, so we could relax well! Good located, easy to reach the highlights of the town. The receptionist 1st tried to give us a "fantastic" room on level -1, as - he said - this is the only room availible right now. Very dark, nearly no daylight in the room. After we said we don't like this room "somehow" he found another room on the 1st floor. Than this room was really okay and nearly luxurious.

Room was surprising lovely for the cheap price. Very comfortable and clean. Train was very very loud. Staff were lovely except we arrived at lunch time after 12hrs of travelling, took a nap and were woken by a staff member knocking once then walking in asking if we wanted soap??!! We were only just covered under the bed. Not great!

It was close to Earls Court Underground station. We were going to a concert at the Royal Albert Hall, therefore it was quite close to our destination.

Convenient to Earls Court and tube without being too expensive. Good breakfast, but in another hotel down the road. Room was only about one foot bigger all round than the (small) double bed. Toilet/shower was very small, even for someone of average size. Tv remote did not work - flat batteries?

Location and price. The room was good for the price. Facilities were good, a microwave and a fridge. The location is excellent and if you are arriving at Heathrow the journey is a doddle. Many opportunities to go out for a meal and close enough to the west end. The bed was small and the mattress a bit hard. The bathroom had a bit of mould in the bath. The temperature in the hotel and in the room was rather high.

To be fair it was a bad experience & theres nothing I liked. But I guess if Im being generous, the location is good. They struggled to find my room, I was sent to another hotel to collect my key then shown to yet another for my room. When I entered it was already occupied! I was then given a room in my booked hotel and it was the size of a broom cupboard, tiny, and it was dirty. There were either blood or wine stains on the lamp shade & it was impossible to walk around the bed. The staff were inexperienced and although apologetic did not have any answers or solutions. Poor service all round and would never stay again or recommend. The room pics shown are actually of the Best Western across the road, a syndicate hotel, where we eventually stayed. Breakfast was awful... It took an hour to get into the room we eventually stayed in.

“Staff friendly, helpful, polite. Hotel nice, clean & tidy, room excellent. Didn’t have breakfast, but the dinning room was clean, tidy, well presented & on leaving the food smelt very good. The wife & I was very pleased & would stay again & would recommend it. Roger & Sue Penny” Roger, Ilminster Somerset |
