Windows is not possible to open. Conditioner is broken (only as ventilator) All items are old. There are blood-sicking bugs in the bed. Very bad.

I got bitten by bed bugs , although I read it in two customers reviews I gave the good will and thought the hotel will solve the issue and change the beds, however, I got severely effected and have been on creams and antihestimanie tabs and still not getting recovered....booking.com following up to get full refund, and am sending my hospital and pharmacy reciepts as well...the hotel should be reported to health and safety department in the uk. It might not happen to everyone , depending on immunity and level of personal heyigene, but it happend to me and two others...!! Forget to mention that in the second day I saw small black bug and very tiny red bug, and the bites and rash started to appear in the night, and immediatley checked out...!! It really affected my trip badly...althouhg I stayed only two nights !!

I liked the location which was convenient for my purposes and proximity to Underground station. It was too hot and ventilation/air conditioning inadequate. The rooms were too small particulatly the first one offered which was barely able to contain the bed. Replacement room was noisy because of the adjacent rail/underground lines.

We liked the locality and the cleanliness This is no deluxe double room We have never stayed in such a small room. It just about got the bed in, but we could only just move around it. There was nowhere to put anything away. All in all a very claustrophobic experience.

Did not like anything other than location Shower was bad, very small rooms, booked deluxe double and was given standard single (because of price we paid), Initial room was right next to underground trains which ran all night, Windows did not shut properly, only 1 blanket and 1 sheet on the bed, heating did not work in the room.

Very close to London Underground (Tube) - about 10 minutes walk. Room facilities seem updated and feel very modern and comfortable. Beware some rooms are prone to Underground transportation noise. The rooms facing street are much better off.

Due to a water leak at this hotel we were relocated to the nearby Best Western accommodation. We were happy with the alternative offered and our comments refer to it. The room was well laid out and pleasant to stay in. Easy walking distance to nearest tube station, close to choice of restaurants and shops. Heating and air/com excellent. Although the room itself appeared clean there were a few minor concerns where more attention to cleaning was required e.g. Bathroom light switch dirty, TV remote control was filthy, Microwave had been used and not cleaned afterwards, Black stain inside the fridge. Other matters which would benefit from attention are - The TV only worked on 6 channels and there was no facility to try retuning it. The Bathroom door would not open fully due to it catching on the floor. No code for the room safe. Lift broke down during our first use of it accompanied by a member of hotel staff. During our 2nd of 3 mornings there a cleaner twice knocked the door between 9.15 and 9.30am.

Sits over the tube line - very noisey in the room, and yet not in the reception which we were next too... The matress had some bizarre lumps in it. No working wireless as advertised, even the wired connection didn't work. No cable had to ask at reception, also no TV remote control - some one else commented on that. Found a great pub that served breakfast for a fiver each just round the corner as there are no facilities in this hotel and it was 1/3 of the price they quoted for the partner hotel.

Horrible place, rooms close, very poor cleaning, do not change clothes. Payment is required for a room in advance. Service staff stealing money!! 100 euros were stolen from the room. The hotel manager said that staff had nothing to do with that. Even the apology did not bring .. The area around the hotel is dirty and not attractive. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not spoil your holiday!

Really it doesn't have the worth to stay in this hotel, rooms are very small and can't be breath in the rooms, if you put one bag in the room there is no way to pass around the bed and chair. I will never stay again in this rubbish hotel. I don't like anything of this hotel even I think to stay in the hotel is the waste of money.

The hotel itself is small but I was pleasantly surprised by it. The carpets are a bit tatty, that was the only fault I could find with the hotel itself. The room I had was small but exactly what I expected for a London Single room, similar ones in bigger hotels I have paid probably double the price for. The only negative thing I could say was mine must have over-looked the railway and I found the noise of the trains a little high. However, I am a country person so not used to hearing any urban noise over-night - could be that I was just a little sensitive. Staff were excellent and breakfast in the hotel opposite very high standard.

The location was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room which is probably more equivalent to a single room, on the photographs on booking.com the rooms appeared to have desks and chairs in them...there wasn't any, and no room for any. The room was barely big enough for one person, even in the corridors you had to walk single file. If you're claustrophobic forget it. I think they need to be more honest about their room sizes.

Luxurious room. Smart appearance at front of house. Room was on (almost in) the railway tracks. My night's sleep (well, the hours one would normally sleep) felt like I was on the midnight sleeper to Glasgow. Quiet from about 1 to 5.30 only. Never again. Perhaps it's only the single rooms at the back? But I did ask for a quiet room before I went. Queue at reception was too long for me to wait to ask for a change of room (I did start queuing, but gave up - I had to get to my meeting.) TV hopeless. Got abut 4 channels sometimes, but picture broke up too often, screen often went black.

“Lovely modern apartment, good quality fixtures and fittings. Had everything required although didn't need to use dishwasher or washing machine. Appliances such as hob and microwave needed a little figuring out how to use as I couldn't find any instructions, but not a major problem. Apartment was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, slept very well. En suite very nice. Tesco nearby Earls Court tube station about 6-8minutes walk for me.” Julie, Padiham Lancashire |
