Service was generally good. The single room was the smallest I have ever seen in over 40 years of international travel - although adequate for sleeping - and was on the first floor, overlooking the London Transport Tube line. If I had been informed about that in advance, I would havespecified a room on the other side of the hotel or chosen another hotel. |

Wouldn't know - was asked to pay for our rooms then were told we were being transferred without good reason to a location far from our ultimate destination, incurring £27 worth of taxi fairs Lots of people were complaining about the size of the rooms, I would recomment that you do not deal with this hotel as you're company will get a bad reputation |

The location was very good and close to a tube station with plently of restaurant options and internet facilities close by. The rooms are small but I knew that before I came so I wasn't particularly disappointed. You can hear the trains passing through but that didn't bother either, as I am a deep sleeper. |

The bed was comfortable. Other than that the bathroom was small. The wallpaper was coming off the wall, due to damp, and it was black and moldy. The lamps didn't work, although they did look nice. |

Hotel was acceptable and comfortable enough but my main concern was the size of the room. Please see my comments below. My room (401) was little bigger than a cupboard and if I stay there again I will refuse to accept any room with a "01" in the number. |

I liked proximity to the tube and other amenities the room was crammed with suff that you cannon possibly use- given the space available: the big cupboard with a hairdryer in it , chair and ironing board that would be able to use - no space on the floor.. the overdimentional curtains look awfull- the windiws is quite small - so would be better to use just small light proof curtains. |

The rooms were clean and presentable. Location is V accessible. The first room we had was too small, transferred to a bigger room at the basement. The railway track was just behind the hotel, and it can disturb you. BUT, the staff were really awful!!! Unfriendly, unhelpful. I had to lunge my own luggage when they had a porter there. Im usually a gd tipper, but I refrained from tipping in this instance cuz they did not deserve it. |

Very clean and comfortable and good value for money. Breakfast room and quality of breakfast excellent. Room was extremely small for a double, For example, the door would not open fully because of the layout just inside and we had difficulty in getting our suitcase through the door. Similarly, the bathroom door would only open half way due to the bed being about 1 foot from the door. Any overweight person would have great difficulty in using the room or the bathroom. |

Very good situated hotel in central London only 2 minutes away from Earl's court tube station. Good services although they make you pay the hotel stay in advance (quite strange for a central London hotel). Great breakfast - not included in the price. Clean and nice. The customer is asked to pay in advance the whole stay. The room I was given was licking internally water and I was not refunded or discounted anything - kind of frustrated since all my clothes were wet but refused to discount me anything or refund me since I had paid everything at entering the hotel. Instead I was changed to a smalled room. |

I liked this hotel because it was lovely and quite and it was close to the tube line ,also as I had my young son with me we felt very safe in the hotel. With been in the hotel with my young son it would have been much better to have had a vocal point where we could have met others,ie bar |

Given it was my second time at the hotel I already knew the handy location and the staff manners. Yes, unfortunately unlike last time, I was given a fourth floor room facing the tube trails and it proved to be extremely noisy. Keeping the window open to refresh the room was unbearable. |

We actually did not stay in this hotel because as soon as we arrived, we were informed that there was some problem with our room (a boiler that broke down or sth similar) so we were going to get a room in a "better" hotel. |
