Hotel is terrible! Ordered a stay for 4 nights and eventuall after 1 night left the hotel for another one twice as expensive.

Helpful staff

Lift, corridors and room were unnecessarily.....uncomfortably hot. Probably overheated. Didn't like the bags of rubbish in the street every day. Prevail on the city council to improve garbage amenities. It was far better at Knightsbridge and elsewhere.

Nothing, horrendous stay! DO NOT GO!!

Bath without a curtain so when you take a shower the floor and toilet were all wet.

A little small, found it a bit hard to get into bathroom since door cannot open full way because of the bed.

well, I booked this hotel and when we arrived we were brought down the street to their "main hotel" which turned out to be the Best Western Shaftsbury and were put in a room there. I never saw the inside of the Kensington Town houses. the only thing I can say is the location is great! a 2 minute walk to Earl's Court tube station.

The Room we had overlooked the Tube Track and therefore it was very noisy. This room was allocated because 5 hours before my arrival I was called and advised that "the boiler in my room had broken and therefore we need to change your room" The window was covered in bird mess which is an extreme health hazard.

The decor was very tasteful. Breakfast was very good.

There was no dining room due to refurbishment, which we were not aware of until we arrived, and we had to eat our breakfast balanced on a tray on the bed. Room was very small.

Absolutely nothing!

The rooms were so smelly. You could smell the drainage in the bathroom. The air con system released a smell of drainage when switched on. Every 30 seconds the entire building would shake due to the train lines outside ( every 30 seconds ) towels were rotten! Breakfast was in a carton container which come from a greasy spoon down the road costing a fiver but would be sold on to the customer for 12 pound. Never would I step foot in this pit ever again. Stay away!!!

The staff is friendly and professional. The location this very convenient for shops and tube station.

I booked a deluxe single and it was very small. Bad sound proof as I couldn't go to sleep until the tube stop operating and got woken up by it I'm the morning, the shower is way too small and I'm a very small person.

The unexpected fire alarm early in the morning at 4 a.m. 2 consequent nights.

Staff not helpful when i want two rooms side by side they give me the rooms quite far without telling me previously that they dont have the rooms as requested. It was difficult since my baby (who stayed in other room) sometimes needed me at night. The rooms is very tiny, its difficult to move.

The location is very nice: there is a tube station for 3 lines (one of them is the one taking you to the airport which is so useful). Rooms are small but comfy and clean. The stuff is helpful and friendly.

In our room there were some problems with bed - it was a sofa instead of normal bed. Besides the neighborhood is a little noisy - you can hear trains in the night. Wi-fi is available only at the ground floor.

The cost was great for a nice room. Great location in regards to near a tube station and the area.

The underground was right by our window making it loud and hard to sleep. Also, it was very hot in the rooms and there was no way to adjust it.

Good location Really good shower!

Light in room was missing - exposed wire from ceiling so room was particularly dark. I also couldn't turn off the light above the bed so I had to remove the key card from the slot and then dash to the bed before it was pitch black. I informed them and they said they would send maintenance, but didn't seem overly concerned and didn't apologise. Staff on reception when checking in not particularly friendly or welcoming.

local to earls court

double room was like having a double bed in a single room.?tube railway line was outside the window?awake most of the 2nights stay?no one told us about the noise of the tube trains going past the room?

Location was good. Near to Euston, some good bars and places to eat within walking distance.

Room backed directly onto rail line, very loud. Tv did not work. Bed was terrible.

The design for that kind of money. For the same money you can get much worth in London. Receptionist (boss?) and porter are very good, attentive, good service there, flexible. Tea, coffee and even cockies for free. Fridge (could be colder)

Loud (window facing the tube line) but was ok 4 me. Rooms dark (light over desk would be nice). Minor maintenance issue, but ok at a rate around 60 £ per night. Only 7 (or so) tv channels (London has about 30- 40 on Freview / dvbt). Location is ok for money, bus to Harrolds ;-) big minus: u had tge Dont Disturb Sign out but housekeeping called !!! :-( Regarding when to make the room. Ever heard about jet lag? That is an absolute no-go, sorry !!!

Slow internet connection and only wired internet in the rooms, but they are renovating and promised that will provide Wi-fi in the rooms soon
