Близкое расположение от метро Earl's Court, отзывчивый персонал. сделать комнаты побольше - слишком маленькие. |

Понравилось прежде всего расположение. От станции метро можно добраться практически до всех достопримечательностей либо напрямую, либо с одной пересадкой. Плюс аэропорт находится также ветке... Неудобства: окна номера выходили на железную дорогу метро. С учетом того, что номер был чуть больше купе... То ощущение было такое как будто ты в поезде едешь... Благо приходила я поздно, а уходила рано, а ночью поезда не ходят... |

Удобное расположение, довольно близко к основным достопримечательностям. Правда, немного тесновато, но идеально для недорогой ночевки, когда большая часть дня уходит на экскурсии и прогулки по городу. |

Уютный, хотя и очень маленький номер, есть все необходимое, сантехника - очень даже не плохо, расположение хорошее (очень близко метро). Минус конечно же в крайней близости от метро (пути проходят в 10 метрах от окна номера). Уборка в номерах проводится не качественно (имеется в виду пол - необходимо его просто как следует пылесосить - впечатление об отеле улучшится) |

Room had a functioning air conditioner. (Good thing, too, since the window either could not be opened or was too heavy and badly balanced for a person of average strength to open it.) Light-weight blanket on bed was right for the interior temperature, and a heavier blanket was available in the wardrobe. I liked the dim-able ceiling light in the entry, which I could leave on overnight and not need to leave the bathroom light on. Tea and coffee facilities were generous. There was no way to support the hand-held shower head, to allow an actual shower. You either clutched it in your hand or let it drop to the floor. The soap dish part of the shower appliance fell off when you touched it. The can lights in the bathroom ceiling cast shadows that made it impossible to see one's face adequately in the mirror. The remote for the television did not function properly, nor could I operate the TV from the controls on the unit itself. (I did not contact the front desk for assistance on this.) The room was so close to the above-ground subway tracks that I heard every train on the Piccadilly line and the District line all night and from 5AM the next morning. |

The staff were wonderful and tried very hard to make things right. Never met a more courteous group of people. The plumbing. Stayed in two rooms and both had drainage problems. Quite disgusting in both, which is a oity because the hotel has great potential. Overground tube line almost touches one side of hotel - did not worry me but guess it would affect some guests. |

I liked the location as it was close to all amenities and very central, the staff were polite and the room was very clean and comfortable. The room was small but it was perfect good for a lone traveller like myself. |

Courtesy of hotel staff Yes... The room was very tiny, no room even for the second suitcase. Air conditioning not working, very hot and noisy. And the window was not acoustic, very hard to sleep due to the underground noise. At our third night, thy didn't replace our coffee nor washed the dishes... |

Service was generally good. The single room was the smallest I have ever seen in over 40 years of international travel - although adequate for sleeping - and was on the first floor, overlooking the London Transport Tube line. If I had been informed about that in advance, I would havespecified a room on the other side of the hotel or chosen another hotel. |

Wouldn't know - was asked to pay for our rooms then were told we were being transferred without good reason to a location far from our ultimate destination, incurring £27 worth of taxi fairs Lots of people were complaining about the size of the rooms, I would recomment that you do not deal with this hotel as you're company will get a bad reputation |

The location was very good and close to a tube station with plently of restaurant options and internet facilities close by. The rooms are small but I knew that before I came so I wasn't particularly disappointed. You can hear the trains passing through but that didn't bother either, as I am a deep sleeper. |

The bed was comfortable. Other than that the bathroom was small. The wallpaper was coming off the wall, due to damp, and it was black and moldy. The lamps didn't work, although they did look nice. |

Hotel was acceptable and comfortable enough but my main concern was the size of the room. Please see my comments below. My room (401) was little bigger than a cupboard and if I stay there again I will refuse to accept any room with a "01" in the number. |

Friendly and curtious staff and really nice choice for breakfast. Bed very comfortable. TV in bedroom, although did not spoil weekend, the picture quality for news channel and others was poor. |

I liked proximity to the tube and other amenities the room was crammed with suff that you cannon possibly use- given the space available: the big cupboard with a hairdryer in it , chair and ironing board that would be able to use - no space on the floor.. the overdimentional curtains look awfull- the windiws is quite small - so would be better to use just small light proof curtains. |
