Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, ordnade så jag kunde låna både adapter och mobilladdare. Jag hade föredragit något än filt som täcke. |

Ganska mysigt hotell med bra läge i ett trevligt område nära Earl's Court Underground som har hissar och direktförbindelse med Heathrow. Bra om man vill spara på transferkostnaden! Frukosten blev lite billigare om man förbeställde i receptionen dagen innan. Mitt enkelrum hade varit betydligt rymligare om man hade gjort avkall på "designen" och placerat sängen med långsidan mot väggen, nu var det svårt att både få plats med resväskan och kunna röra sig i rummet... Vid några tillfällen dundrade tåg förbi och huset skakade, men det var inget stort problem. Annars var det lugnt och tyst på nätterna. |

Det är bekväm och med alla komfort man behöver. Mycket rent, fräsha sängkläder som de byter ofta. Bästa var att det ligger mycket nära en stor undergrund station och att det var vattenkokare i rummet med kaffe te, socker och mjölk varje dag. Nej. |

Fint renoverat, charmigt med engelsk stil Bokade genom er och bokade lyxrum men det var inte någon skillnad på standard och lyxrum. Vi fick först ett rum i undervåningen. Byte till högre upp men då blev rummet mindre och liknade ett standardrum. Jag hörde mig för men fick då otrevligt svar att det inte fanns några standardrum. Föreslår att man inte bokar lyxrum på detta hotell. |

Hotellet låg i ett bra och fint område Det som väldigt negativt var att tunnelbanan gick precis utanför och det dundrade i hela rummet när det kom och vi bodde ändå högst upp på fjärde våningen. |

Rent, bekvämt, tyst. Tyvärr var vi under vår period hos er utan hiss, vi bodde två trånga trappor upp.TV`n var i viss utsträckning ur funktion, dett utgjorde inget stort problem |

Proximity to Earl's Court Tube station. It was relatively quiet. Free internet connection. The room, although small extremely small, was modern and clean. |

The room was lovely, compact but had everything we needed. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring, a pleasant area that was close to shops and pubs and restaurants and of course Earls Court and the tube station. It was a noisy hotel, the rooms did shake a little as the rumble of trains went by. However, if you're only using your room to sleep then you'll hardly notice it. |

Free newspapers, lcd tv, proximity to train station, large room Having to pre-pay a 50 pound deposit for 'incidentals' such as phone calls, no sky channels on tv despite it being advertised on this website, had to change rooms because 1st room hadnt been cleaned, door key card played up continually, no safe in room, couldn't open the window for fresh air |

The room was excellent We coul not find the breakfast room when we asked the staff at reception who spoke very little english he sugested we used the hotel down the road.but as it was raining very hard we decided to wait for breakfast there which we were told would be from 7am.staff appologised for being late. |

The underground trains could be heard from our room. I had to ask the desk to move room as we could not sleep. the rooms were small and the first room had no glass panel in the bathroom door. |

easy to the metro underground to get around and also to get to Heathrow Airport the shower was really small, found it difficult to have a shower, could not shave legs while in the shower, very tiny...the room was really tiny, single bed, but i thought i asked for a single deluxe, - room was too small, found it diffuclt to move around.. the lights in the room had no bulb, i had to use the lamp throughout my stay... but the staff there were relatively friendly |

The hotel is located in a very interesting place, walking distance from museums, and 2 minutes from Earl's Court underground station. Too noisy. Apparently the hotel is so close to the underground that you can feel the metro passing until late night. |

Very clean room and ensuite facilities. Internet access was generally reliable and the quality of furnishings was excellent. Staff were warm and friendly. If you can deal with the noise of the trains, this is a great place to stay on a budget. The hotel backs onto the railways lines. It was therefore difficult to sleep except between 1am and 4am when the trains were not running. When the trains were running, the room was actually vibrating every 2-4 minutes. A shame because the hotel was so nice otherwise. |

Overall the location for my trip was good, along with the staff. Room I was booked into was already occupied; the second room had the last occupancies clothes. However, the staff did contact me to offer breakfast at no extra cost. |

The bedroom space had been well designed Totally inapproppriate for stay as it was work related -was unable to use my laptop except in the reception area-worst of all I was kept awake by the underground trains running close to the hotel! |

I could not work out how to let the water out of the sink! What's wrong with a normal plug? I could not dry myself after my shower as there wasn't room to move! I have never had to pay a deposit on arrival. Why was the hotel called Kensington, the receipt Hogarth hotel & the key card said the Shrewsbury. Very strange! I stayed a nearby hotel 3 weeks ago which had a normal sized room & breakfast for £58. Yes plenty as described above. & another laughable point was that the receptionist tried to tell me the room I was in was worth £210 per night. I had booked 3 deluxe single rooms, God knows what the basic single rooms are like! |
