Relaxed friendly hotel. Cheerful helpful owner, chef and staff. Good position and easy to find. reliable WiFi. Excellent food.
The service from all who were associated with this hotel. They cared about the clientele. The food was excellent.
There was nothing to dislike.
#Cottagey feel, quaint comfortable rooms with all the facilities provided. Really enjoyable evening meal well presented. Very good breakfast. Lovely grounds and ample parking.
Excellent food, quiet location, small hotel, very friendly owners and staff. Great place for a relaxing break close to Malvern.
Was here before and you cannot beat the feeling of returning to a place and being welcomed back. Always friendly and ready to help. Highly recommended.
Airy breakfast room overlooking garden Excellent breakfast with a choice of fresh fruit served on pretty china Well located for Malvern and Ledbury
Noisy plumbing/central heating Poor water pressure-I could not get more than a trickle out of the shower, though the temperature was was fine after a bit of twiddling
As a group of 4 ladies we were made exceptionally welcome in a warm and friendly atmosphere. good food and service, lovely location
Bath in our room , would have prefered a Shower .
Location, was very nice and the building itself is sound, with lovely views.
Basic cleaning. it was clear that the room hadn't been cleaned properly for some time, The bed didn't get made at all during our stay. the advertised wifi didn't work during our stay, and the subject was dismissed when raised.
The breakfast was good, made to order, freshly cooked and hot. The evening meal was very good. The location was lovely.
Disturbed sleep on our second night as we had a mouse in our room.
Welcoming. Friendly. Excellent food. Bedroom cosy and felt happy in it.
Having to leave after yummy breakfast the following morning!
Hosts, welcoming and generally helpful. Quiet room at the end of a corridor. Food very well prepared. Intimate dining room, great if you like interaction with other guests (we did).
No wifi in bedroom, but ok in conservatory. Minor repairs not fixed but not really a problem.
Very cosy and relaxed. Will definitely return for a longer stay.Loved lying in bed looking at the Malvern Hills.
Didn't stay long enough !
Perfect views of the Malvern Hills; convenience to the above plus Ledbury and Worcester. The grounds are a perfect retreat for relaxation. The owners and staff very willing to help in anyway.
The location. The warm welcome. The food The general feeling of the hotel.
Poor shower performance and Luke warm water when the hotel had more guests. Poor wifi access.
I liked the location, food, hospitality
Lack of shower but understood reasons for not being able to have one in the room allocated
Friendliness and excellent food. Short journey from the M5 but you feel in the heart of the country. Very good value for money
Really a positive. I had to point out they had undercharged me.
Great welcome and very clean and quiet with a great breakfast and very helpful hosts who kindly dropped us off when visiting friends
Location ,friendly, nice warm will come, other guests very nice, the young girl serving breakfast was very homely and polite, give her a pay rise, happydays
It was all good
Clean, tidy, welcoming, good food available and in pleasant surroundings
This was a last minute booking for us and we very much appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the comfort and homeliness of the hotel.
Very pleasant and helpful owners. My husband is quite disabled and although the hotel is not at all geared for disabled visitors, they did their best to provide help where they could. Breakfast was exceptionally good with wonderful nicely cooked bacon and good decent coffee and proper toast.
I liked all of it really with the exception of the price which I thought was a little excessive for the overall quality of the hotel. That having been said it was in a highly desirable place in the Malverns and I expect prices there are high anyway
very quiet and peaceful location.
Staff and their willingness to help
No restaurant or dining facilities that evening. If we had known this we probably would not have booked. After a long drive we had to go an find something.
