Stayed here for two nights whilst at a friends wedding, the room was lovely - big, comfy bed, the breakfast excellent and very welcoming. Lots of local pubs nearby and perfect location for country walks and visiting the local towns.

The hospitality of the owner is first class, nothing is too much trouble, and the house is a delight to stay in. Our room was huge and had the most amazing views out of 3 windows across the garden and into the distant beautiful countryside. Very close to Lydford Gorge which is a must see. We had gone for 2 nights to be in the area of for a wedding and wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved the location and the character of the property. It's situated in the middle of paradise. You pass through stunning views to reach the place. Although you may have problem finding it, it's worth getting lost for it. We had a lovely time there. Angelina is very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and it was so peaceful and tranquil there. The breakfast was delicious.

We preferred if we had coffee making facilities in our room rather than having to make the coffee in the breakfast room and carrying it over to our room. Also the coffee was poor quality. Also there was no shower gel/bath gel products; only a shampoo and conditioner was provided. Apart from these the place is lovely and full of character. We loved it and will go there again.

Quiet, quaint and comfortable. We have no complaints about this B&B, the room was large and quiet and the breakfast was large and varied. The host was very welcoming and obliging. The food the local pub 2 miles away was very good.

Beautiful old farmhouse - 17th century I believe. Lovely and quiet with great views of the countryside. Good access for walks on wonderful Dartmoor. Very nice places to eat within a short drive.

    I can't think of anything.

All our requirements were catered for. Early morning cup of tea and an evening meal if we wished. The breakfast was excellant and varied from day to day. I loved the peace at the farmhouse yet it was only a few miles to Tavistock. We were made so welcome. I did indulge in ordering a cream tea! Will be back again. Thank you.
