Wij kwamen bek af aan op de kamer en hadden daar gelijk een "hèhè - lekker" gevoel. Ik vond het ontbijt erg karig. Geen vleeswaren of ei voor op brood. Fruit uit blik. |

Staff tried their best to resolve the situation. Turned up and found only one room had been reserved instead of two! Then, after complaining, they managed a second room which was meant for smokers.....! As I had booked two non-smoking rooms the hotel refunded the price of one. Bit of a nightmare at the end of a hectic day, but the staff were helpfull and managed to resolve the situation to the best of their ability. |

Struggled to find hotel owing to postcode. Room was cold because heater was not working. Assistance in rectifying this was poor - had to sit with two duvets around me. Breakfast good value. |

The staff were very freindly and efficient the room was very noisy from the motorway/airport/trains The door to the bathroom had been broken down its length and repaired with packing tape --poor quality!? |

Very Clean and comfortable great location for NEC, Shopping etc Either cold or cooked meats would have been nice for breakfast since a "continental breakfast" (on the continent anyway) would comprise of a selection of cold meats and boiled eggs. |

It was conveniently close to the motorway for the purposes of having an overnight break during a very long journey. The breakfast buffet arangement was fine and the coffee was excellent! The receptionist gave us a very good recommendation for a restaurant.[Duet] The absence of a restaurant within the hotel - the pub on the site was not quite what we wanted. Whilst the recommended restaurant was much appreciated the absence of any printed directions and sense of direction of the receptionist was very disappointing. We were told a 10 minute walk - its at least 20 and as the hotel is largely in an industrial area it would not be suitable or safe for females to walk at night. Finally I was not impressed to find that I was charged a different rate than had been guaranteed on line and had I not paid attention on checking out it would have gone unnoticed - a definite black mark!! |

I had to leave this hotel at 2.00am because I couldn't sleep. It was far too noisy and there was a lot of noise from the residents as well as the traffic. As I mentioned above I would never stay here again it was far too noisy. |

I thought that the staff were helpful and pleasant. The room and bathroom were both tastefully decorated, modern and very clean. Also breakfast was included in the price what a bargin. Check in was at 1400 hrs and not a minute before. |

The staff were very helpful, the breakfast included was very good, a lot of choice. The bedroom and bathroom was of a good size, and very clean, plentiful hot water.We were just there for one night and we were satisfied. |

Only stayed one night. No real comments to make. It was difficult to find using sat nav. Had to phone hotel and they gave me a different postcod of building nearby. |
