Room was very well equipped and very comfortable. Staff helpful. Very convenient position for travelling to surrounding area. Close to bus stop to Aylesbury so no need to use car. Parking and one way system are to be avoided.
Dinner expensive. Cooked breakfast appeared to be sitting in the pans for a long time consequently we did not have a cooked breakfast.
Helpful staff, good facilities
Confusion over dining arrangements because of a coach party
Restaurant and food excellent
No hot water
Excellent restaurant service
Free access to leisure centre and gym. Cleanliness of bathroom
We went and ate out for breakfast as we thought £12-15 each was ridiculous and not worth it. We got three days breakfasts for 3 for same price as 1morning at hotel for 3. Also beds were quite small and uncomfy but we did get a good lie in due to blackout curtains
Breakfast included in the rate Free parking
Internet expensive unless you join IHG Club first Dinner menu limited
The staff were excellent. So very helpful and attentive.
I don't sleep very well when I'm away anyway. I found the beds a little uncomfortable.
Nice large modern hotel, all the staff were very good and the breakfast was pretty good too.
The price of the starbucks coffee in the bar, and the beds were on the hard side of firm!
Bed was ultra comfy. Nice and clean. Breakfast had a pleasant atmosphere and good food. Staff I encountered were all pleasant and polite.
Only stayed one night and didn't have enough time to utilise your pool etc.
problems regarding beds was eventually resolved by management staff, they certainly went the extra mile to ensure our stay went well.they were outstanding ten out of ten.would definitely stay there again
i booked four twin rooms for eight male golfers, on arrival we had four doubles nobody was happy about that. the management were brilliant and found four camp beds so we all slept a lot happier.
Cleanliness of room Attitude of staff
Poor quality toilet roll !
Excellent room. Good breakfast.
The mattress on the double bed was too hard. Got up every morning with a bad back. Choice of a la cart meals limited and too expensive, also the drinks were expensive.
Pleasant staff throughout - good facilities and restaurant. Great stay.
We were surprised how good the food was, both at dinner and at breakfast. Pleased to be given a free upgrade when we asked.
Prices of drinks, especially wines at dinner, were exorbitant. The seats in the lounge area were uncomfortable.
Paying for Wifi is not acceptable for an hotel servicing the corporate market. Most cafe,s offer this service free.
Flexible on check ins Responded to water issue with free breakfast
No running water in the morning
We asked for ground floor rooms which were accommodated and he also ensured they were as close as possible due to mobility problems. A midday checkout was great. Also enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the reception area.
We had asked for an early check in but only 1 room was available. Rooms were not as luxurious as the ones we had earlier in the week. Menu expensive. Also we didn't like the 'kids eat free' which means those without kids are subsidising them.
Swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Nice big room with lots of extra touches.
Our friends booked a single room and had a double so one of them had to sleep on the sofa bed. Air conditioning in our room was very noisy. Expensive for food.
The helpfulness of the staff; nothing was too much trouble and everyone was friendly and good-humoured.. Particular thanks to Emily and Operational Manager Grant Kennedy for their help and advice when we had a problem with the car.
couldn't fault this hotel.
would of been nice for breakfast to be included.
The hotel staff did their best to provide an early check in for us but were only able get one room ready. It was fine on this occasion because we were all able to get changed and drop our bags off before going to a wedding. The room was spacious, clean and had good facilities. We had to ask for an ironing board and iron though. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful, efficient and polite. We would stay again!
no fridge or mini bar in room. long long walk from reception to room eating facilities very busy with functions and tours so no room in restaurant.
The room was clean and spacious and the bed was huge. Like the relatively early check-in at 14.00 and relatively late check-in at 12.00.
Any extras (breakfast, coffee, WiFi etc) are expensive. However there are very good deals to be had on room only bookings.
Airy feel, pleasant staff, breakfast, size of room
